Best rental we've ever stayed in. It had every kitchen, bathroom, and laundry item needed. Great location and the host is extremely responsive. We loved it!!! Totally planning to stay there again!

The home was so beautiful and peaceful! The view from the Lanai is unforgettable! We watched the sunset every morning and the stars every night. The AC in the rooms was amazing after a hot day on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our Hawai’i adventure!

Lovely place with everything you need for cooking and beach days. This unit does not have an ocean view so don't expect that. It was well furnished and really comfortable for our family of four. Location was nice as these resorts have two little shopping areas with a few restaurants right on the resort - just across the street. Nice beaches just a short 15 min drive. Great response time with manager for a maintainance issue. Next time we might consider staying closer to Kona 30 mins away - very cute little town with tons of dining options and shops. Seemed we were driving down there often. Overall it was an excellent - quiet, lovely, low key family time.

We enjoyed our stay at Hawaii Life Rentals! Downtown Hilo was a short drive away and the place was quiet and peaceful. The 6 of us were comfortable in this rental and we also cooked a couple of meals during our stay here. Would recommend this place for families visiting Big Island

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well-appointed home! The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning tropical ocean view—we even spotted whales and dolphins right from the deck! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to a breathtaking black sand beach (clothing-optional), though swimming is best for strong swimmers. The home is comfortable and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. As expected in the tropics, the environment can be a bit tough on materials, but that’s just part of the charm of being in such a beautiful, natural setting. The host communicated really well and has done a great job keeping the space welcoming and well-equipped. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway immersed in nature, this is a fantastic spot. We would absolutely stay again!

Quiet and peaceful location.

This was a beautiful peaceful place and the outside sitting areas were the biggest plus to have. We sat out every night in the tower. Heidi our host was very responsive and we communicated well. We liked having multiple living areas as we are around 70 and there were 2 couples and a single. The pictures were representative however the sofas are starting to show their age as they have been well used because they are so comfy. Since we are older the foam mattresses on the beds were a little too soft for us but would be fine for someone younger. This was probably the most well stocked house I have stayed in ever. Lots of bed pillows and towels, laundry detergent supplied, even baggies in the kitchen. No need to bring toiletries nor buy toilet paper because they only give you one roll and they also supplied wipes to use for wiping down counters! There is room for 2 care or small suvs. However anything large like a minivan or full size SUV would be difficult to park .

We felt right at home! Great space, clean, comfortable and a sweet hot tub!!! Jolanta was responsive and so nice!!! Would highly recommend. We got so lucky to see Kīlauea erupting! Being so close by was amazing!!! Mahalo, Charlotte & Josh

Great place to stay with family

We stayed in the volcano room for a few nights and it was great, perfect for two of us. The room has everything you need and is very well thought out for the space and very clean and comfy, also has a cool theme. We felt very welcome here and safe. I would Definitely recommend this place. We had a fun memorable time. Thanks Yoko and Rocco 🤙

Wonderful place. Check in was a little confusing as I had not understood that you cannot park at Ocean Towers but also do not need to check in at the main lobby at Hilton. However, everyone was very helpful. The apartment was updated and very welcoming. Great bed and great bathroom. Amazing views from the Lanai and for the most part of the day not in direct sun which is perfect to just hang out and watch the whales.
