Enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, well furnished, and several fresh flowers were placed throughout. The host left a nice card and a bowl fresh fruit. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the coast. The host provided concise instructions about location and how to check in. Thanks for a great stay.

Such a nice little place! Excellent view of the ocean and the lanai was a fantastic place to sit and enjoy the morning. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook too! The place is full of thoughtful touches and we wanted for nothing-Robynne had thoughtfully provided everything we might need during our stay and she was so approachable and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re planning to spend a few days in the area. It is a bit of a trek into Hilo, but a lovely spot regardless!

We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. The bed was super comfortable, and the grounds were incredibly beautiful! If you stay here, be sure to take the shuttle down into Waipio Valley. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Christopher’s place was very clean, with a very comfortable bed, peaceful and quiet surroundings, nice location. Hosts were always helpful and responded very quickly in all correspondence.

Great location to access Kona and close to the airport. Comfortable and spacious place! Great communicative host (thanks for accommodating our request for coffee!)

I stayed at their Pua Suite, which is located on the 2nd level, and the views looking out on their gorgeous landscape was amazing. On a clear day you can see Mauna Kea and every morning I was greeted by a beautiful rainbow outside the living room window. The unit was peaceful, relaxing and again, the views were stunning. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and had very clear instructions on how to get to their place. An added bonus: their front gate makes you feel like your entering your own estate.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was so spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. We loved watching the horses from the lanai and having Buddy the dog greet us everyday when we arrived back. We felt like we had the best spot on the island to watch the sunset. The sounds of the coqui frogs at sunset was absolutely amazing and so relaxing to fall asleep to. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped for self catering and it was really helpful having some things in the cupboards like spices, oil, syrup, etc. We were so sorry when it was time for us to leave!

Photos were very accurate. Good amount of space for 4 adults. Beautiful view from lanai. Pool area was quite enjoyable with amazing view as well. Alexis was friendly, helpful & very responsive.

We loved our stay at Scott’s house. We were 4 adults + 2 kids and had plenty of space ! Sean, the on site manager, was helpful and easy to reach. The location is close to the airport and Harbour. A little bit further from the city. Parking was easy in the street just in front of the house. I would definitely consider going back if I have another opportunity to go to Hawaii.

Dara’s place was amazing! It was very comfortable, peaceful, beautifully surrounded with awesomely colored plants and fruit trees. There were a lot of amenities. The keurig coffee machine was a definite plus as you could enjoy your morning coffee inside looking out to the backyard or at the outdoor table and chairs at the front of the house. Her place was very clean and spacious for myself and my two friends. The living room couch and chair was very comfortable as well. Everything was well organized and not cluttered at all. Very easy to maintain. I’m grateful for the indoor washer and dryer as it allowed me to leave with clean clothes versus having a luggage full of dirty clothes. The ironing board and iron really came in handy as well to press the clothes I needed to wear for the event I was attending. I would highly recommended staying at Dara’s place again! 5 stars and then some for sure!

Our whole family LOVED this home. It is beautiful and peaceful. We had some difficulty figuring out the television and contacted Chris - he was there in a few minutes. It turned out a remote control had been misplaced by a previous guest and once he found the remote, we were good to go. That’s great communication and responsiveness! Great hosts! We highly recommend this home and this host. We will come back to this location if we get back to the big island! Thank you Chris and Masha!

We had a fantastic stay at Nurul’s with our parents. The home and views are beautiful. The location within the Big Island is pretty ideal, everything was clean and spacious and Nurul was incredibly helpful throughout our stay!

Staying at Hale Aka'ula felt like a dream, and we hated to leave. The home is beautiful and cozy and the view is spectacular. Jenne provided everything we needed for a great stay, we especially appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards! Having on onsite caretaker downstairs was excellent for a warm welcome, local recommendations, and even sweet treats. The location is peaceful and tucked into the mountains, but only 15 minutes into Kona for great restaurants and shopping and 20-25 minutes to beautiful beaches (We enjoyed Honokohau Beach at the National Historic Park for beautiful views and sea turtles and Manini'owali Beach for white sands, clear water, and fun boogie boarding). We also enjoyed a day-long adventure to Hilo (1.5 hour drive, lunch at Hilo Bay Cafe was our favorite meal on the island) and Volcanos National Park (2 hr drive). Our only regret is that we had dinner plans every night and missed watching the sunset from the porch!

Lovely home, great host-Lisa was very responsive and had lots of good recommendations. She provided lots of extra's like coffee (saved my life!) and beach chairs. The house is on the rainy side of the island and has some interesting wild life- I would definitely recommend earplugs if you want to sleep in! Very satisfied with our stay here.

Es war sehr ruhig und abgelegen . Ein Auto ist erforderlich, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Wohnzimmer ist abends sehr warm und ein weiterer Deckenventilator wäre schön. Um die schöne und großzügige Aussenterrasse zu nutzen ist es empfehlenswert Mückenschutz dabei zu haben.

Waikoloa Village is a lovely, friendly, and safe neighborhood. This unit was perfect for a single or couple. Clean, well appointed, quiet. I loved waking up to the birds! I would stay here agin.

Great location. We loved listening to the surf with the windows open early morning. Loved watching the fish from the lanai. Staci was great. Gave us great advice and was super responsive to our questions. Thanks!

The attention to detail in this updated condo is apparent. It is appointed with guests in mind--USB charging stations, water play equipment, well stocked kitchen, cooler, containers and ice for picnics... The waterfront location was great even though this isn't an ocean-facing unit, it is in a location that other occupants aren't walking by the front door, which is nice. Although we didn't use the pool, it was a nice little feature and appeared very well-maintained. We used the AC both for cooling the bedroom and to blur the traffic noise from the busy street below. It did the trick for both!

Condo is located right in Kailua-Kona and is really convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown and the beach. Complex is quiet at night which makes it great for a relaxing getaway. We also really appreciated having some beach and kitchen amenities such as beach chairs, snorkels, umbrellas and in the kitchen there was coffee, some seasonings and cooking oil.

We really enjoyed the condo and the views were out of this world. The building was quiet, we never heard neighbors, and the building was upkept. We stayed for 8 days, frequently hauling loads of either groceries or "stuff" and were thankful that there was an elevator to assist in the frequent trips to the car. The car parking space is located beneath the building in the shade, which was very nice to not have to get into a hot car each day. The condo was very clean and there were lots of little extras provided. There were lots of options for borrowing snorkeling masks and goggles, swim fins and even a beach umbrella. We packed lunches every day and we were thankful for the cooler options allowing us to pack what we needed to keep cool. Listening to the waves at night outside the master bedroom was very peaceful. We would wake up early and watch the surfers out each morning in front of the condo. Very relaxing trip. Our host was very responsive to questions and we would go back!

Thomas’ place was perfect for our family of five’s trip to the Big Island. It was walkable to our manta ray snorkel and around the corner from a beautiful lava and coral bay as well. The condo had everything we needed for trips to the beach and meals in. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and starting our day out on the lanai. All the bases are covered here, and nothing is too “precious” , which made it perfect for our kids as well. It was warm and humid during our stay and the air conditioning units were really helpful. There were many other thoughtful amenities as well. Overall a great place to relax and recharge.

Our host Kitty was always positive in responding to any queries we had about amenities or facilities. Proactive for sure. The facility was safe and comfortable and everything was within walking distance. Our most polite and kind in-person interaction was with the front desk lady at check- in - - set the tone of rest and relaxation for our family. We also loved the balcony with ocean view.

Great base for traveling around Kona and the Big Island. Lots of space. Good lighting and comfortable living room. Host was responsive when we arrived and unit had not been cleaned. Second bedroom is in loft space so sounds from whole unit can be heard (not great for light sleepers). Appreciated beach chairs etc but they could use an update. Has a/c in all rooms but temperature regulation in various spaces was somewhat difficult.
