Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

This home is beautiful and a five minute walk from a beach with clear waters. It is a little remote but if you’re willing to drive a little there are tons of activities in the north shore! Amanda is also a friendly host!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

The house was gorgeous, it matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. At night it was very peaceful and just the most beautiful views every morning. My wife and I loved that it was so close to the best snorkeling that we've ever done and if you didn't want to do the hike to get to it there's plenty of rentable kayaks nearby. We also managed to see a mama humpback whale and her calf in the bay while we were relaxing on the lanai. Last thing I'll say is that the house was close to alot of local food places that all are highly recommended. When I plan my next trip to the Big Island I will definitely be looking to stay at this house again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, blending, etc. Bathrooms were sparkling clean (could have used more toilet tissue) We loved the view and having the surf right across the street. Would definitely recommend this property to groups or families.

Nikki's place was exactly what we hoped for when booking the location for two young families. We spent hours on the beautiful porches, afternoons BBQ'ing on the pool deck and endless games of pickleball, fooseball and ping pong. The walkable proximity to Magics sands as well as the beach shack restaurant and bar and grill were added bonuses. The layout was great to split between two families, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well thoughtout. Would highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay on the big island. The property was fantastic. I would go again. The beach shown on line is not on the property or near the property but there is a small area on magic sand beach to wade into about 1000’ away that is a public beach. You need to drive 15 miles north to find a nice beach.

Chows place felt like “home”. So relaxing, watching whales and enjoying the peaceful sound of the birds. Loved the location, away from downtown and exactly as described. We would most definitely be honored to stay here again.

This was quite a charming place with supportive hosts. We enjoyed the frog song but some may find it loud. The property is rich in design elements and immersing you in the out doors. Local recommendations and flexible hosts made for an overall good experience.

The place was beautiful and well-appointed. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Jodi was an incredible host. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back!

We had an amazing 7 night stay at Tide Pools! It was so fun to have the pool table, Ping pong and our own private pool and spa. Kim was such an amazing host! Very responsive to any messages or questions I had. The house is in an awesome area in princeville. It’s a bike ride to the beach, as well as a short walk to Happy Talk Bar with amazing sunset views. The house had everything you need to cook home cook meals. If you want a place the whole family would love with a private pool and jacuzzi, don’t hesitate to book Tide pools! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!!! Kim thank you again for being such a fantastic host! We will be back again soon!

This house is wonderful - clean space, beautiful decor and landscaping, nice layout, and great pool! It is also super close to everything, but separate enough that you feel like you’re in your own private oasis. It was great that a variety of beach items, pool toys, and baby gear was provided. Hosts were very responsive and helpful as well.

This house is gorgeous, and so clean and new! Tons of space to lounge, very comfortable beds with plenty of storage space. Kitchen is beautiful, and totally equipped for whatever you want to cook! If you dont want to cook there are great places to eat within a short drive, also great beach within short drive(or longer walk). Fitness center really nice with lots of cardio and weight machines. This rental was fantastic! We had 6 nights here and were able to utilize the pool, the beach, and many other local amenities. It was a perfect place for my wife, 11 month old and I to use as a home base— the baby napped while we hung out poolside. The beach was incredible for little ones; shallow, no waves, sandy bottom and warm. There are walkable restaurants, coffee, hikes… everything you could ask for. We’ll be back again, for sure!

What a great stay! Nice and private - the ocean view and sunrises were perfect! The porch and outdoor eating spaces were awesome. The house was clean and had everything we could think of that we’d need. And that pool was pretty snazzy, too! Everything was just perfect.

It was a consensus in our family that this was our best vacation ever! We woke up in the morning to beautiful birds singing and the fragrance of tropical flowers. The location was stunning, peaceful and secure, and within walking distance of the ocean, great coffee places and restaurants. Sean and Anjali were great hosts and if you opt to stay at their home you will not be disappointed.

The jungle house was amazing. Super peaceful, worked perfectly for our family. Very much a secluded, jungle feel. Walking distance to a pretty (clothing optional) beach. The location is very private but also a bit far from other things on the island, be sure to map out the things you want to do and how far the drives will be in advance!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s tropical oasis! Mornings were super peaceful sitting on the comfy porch, enjoying a cup of coffee, and listening to the birds and ocean. Michael communicated proactively and throughout our stay. Great proximity to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park! There was a welcome basket with local fruits and treats that was a touching extra we really enjoyed! Michael’s home was clean and comfortable and we highly recommend anyone traveling to the Hilo side of the Big Island to stay!

We loved it! The grounds were beautiful and lots of birds to see. We loved the beach nearby (good warning of semi nude haha). The house had everything we could possibly need!

A dream! Our family had a marvelous time here. You cannot beat the location and view. Easy to get down to the beach and enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing as it’s never very busy in the bay. We spent a ton of time just sitting out in the gazebo looking over the bay. The beach gear provided also came in extremely handy. Kauai in general is just a beautiful island that we immensely enjoyed. We loved being out of the main towns just enough to feel privacy but close enough to get there in no time. Thank you so much!

Thanks for sharing the aloha spirit. Your place is great and is a situated in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to Hanalei Bay and nearby shops. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next visit.

Our family felt right at home, thanks to Donna! It was comfortable and clean, and really ended up being exactly how she described! We will definitely reach out to Donna next time we're coming to Kauai!

I live on Hawaii Island and work regularly in the South Kona area. I had some work colleagues come to Hawaii for some work in the forest, this place was the perfect fit since it is close, has several rooms and is ideally set up for a larger group. We were working away from the coast, but the location is ideal if you are seeking a coastal retreat. I recommend this location for larger families, or groups of friends that want to be close to the water. It is literally 100 feet or so from the coast in a very quiet neighborhood. Weather is hot during the day, so it is nice that there are AC units in the rooms, but the open lanai area, where the grill is, has just the right breeze to relax and keep cool. Napoopoo road is far from Kailua town, about 40 minutes by car, so if you are into the night life or like to go out to eat a lot this place is not as well suited. However, you get all the quiet and relaxation you could want in a domestic setting.

This place is exactly as pictured, if not better. It was easy to find, there were guests in the lower apartment that were very friendly and quiet, we barely knew they were there. We had a slight issue with the patio doors locking on us and Debbie their local rep came by within minutes to help us! (close them gently). The place was incredibly clean and cozy, the bed is comfortable and the chocolates, coffee and welcome Prosecco were very nice touches. We will miss waking up to the beautiful views and the sounds of the birds chirping. The rooftop deck was perfect for mid-day tanning and night-time star gazing (the stars were insane). 
We did visit the nearby black sand beach, it was pretty but personally a bit too much nudity for us (haha) but if that’s your jam then it's worth checking out. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and nice to walk around in. In the future, adding a small cool-off pool would be amazing to beat the heat. We would love to come back! Thanks Jenn and Kristian.
