The area was beautiful, beach, shopping, movie theater, resturants, and much more all walkable. The villa overlooks the golf course quiet and peaceful. The owners everything you need for a great visit to the beach, If you don't mind staying about 20 minutes from Kona, it's a great place to stay

This place was AMAZING!! The pictures did not do justice. The location of this unit is Perfect! It was very clean, had everything you need and more! Supplied the basics for cooking, bathroom, and kitchen but also supplies items for beach days. ( Chairs, ice chest, and towels. ) Also had amenities for families with your children like a pack and play! So very helpful. But the views are stunning!! People walk from up and down the street to catch the sunset opportunities from right across the street from this unit!! The patio view feels like your sitting in a jungle and views of the mountains. The beds were very nice and we enjoyed our stay so much! The neighborhood is in a very nice area with golfing opportunities but you are within walking distance to "Queens Bath" which is one of the most beautiful places to hike down to. Look it up! This is THE PLACE!!

What a wonderful place to stay in Princeville! This home was huge and so comfortable! It was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked with any items you'd need. There was a whole stock pile of beach chairs, beach toys, and extra snorkel gear. Rosi was an amazing host and responded within minutes. Actually, when we landed in Kauai, there were issues with our first rental, so I contacted Rosi to see if her place was open. She immediately had it cleaned and we were able to get into the home the next morning. We really appreciated everything about our stay in Rosi's home! Highly recommend! There was even an albatross chic in the yard nextdoor we got to admire!

What a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and clean. I have never seen a rental with such a well-equipped kitchen. Complete set of pans, rice cooker, pressure cooker, and so much more. The host was very responsive and friendly. There were local-made pastries and coffee waiting for us. It was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was perfect. The location was walkable to beaches. Great ocean view from the condo and patio. Reserved parking. This place is a gem. Don’t hesitate to book!

I can't say enough about the condo and how great Dave is. We use Airbnb about twenty times a year, and have been doing so for ten years--this is probably the best place we've ever stayed! It's huge and tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. The king beds were so comfortable, and it has a great indoor/outdoor living layout. The pool and grills are closeby, and everything around the complex is so well maintained. Dave was easy to communicate with, and really gracious. My elderly dad accidentally broke something on the first day and felt really bad about it--we contacted Dave right away and he was very understanding and helped make my dad be able to enjoy the rest of his vacation. We come to Maui and usually try to find the most affordable place, but after experiencing luxury like this, we've decided it's worth it to spend a little bit more but get a ton more.

Such a wonderful place! Our family, which includes 3 younger children, stayed for 3 nights to explore the east side of the island. The house exceeded our expectations and Leith was a great host with lots of recommendations. We enjoyed the pool/hottub and so neat being in what felt like a rainforest. The black sand walkable beach had dolphins swimming in the bay. Just be aware that it’s “clothing optional” which means that most people opt for no swimsuits 🤣. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of beach things to use (chairs, boogie boards, coolers). The Saturday farmers market close by was a fun experience! Closest restaurants/actual town about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect location on Island. Away from busy Honolulu but access to all. Beautiful beach view in resort area. Grills for cooking close walk. Plenty to do right in the neighborhood. Easy indoor parking.

Briana's place at the Marriott Beach Club is amazing! This was the cheapest listing for the Ko Olina area that I was able to find while not sacrificing comfort and amenities. The property is stunning with access to a beach/lagoon and several pools and jacuzzis. This is definitely a place to relax and chill - so different than the hustle of Honolulu/Waikiki. The free parking was also a great perk. Be prepared for expensive restaurants within walking distance though - all the resort restaurants. The not-as-expensive restaurants are about a 10-15 minute drive into Kapolei - which is no problem as long as you have a car.

We had an issue with TV and response was very timely. It was actually our not understanding the system. They were very quick to respond. We also asked for an 8 hour later checkout and provided a fair charge for the extra hours. We recommend staying her for a relaxing time. Thank you for hosting us.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. It is decorated so beautifully, in an ideal location, and was so peaceful to come back to at night. We came in late on Christmas Eve and I was grateful the kitchen was so well stocked because I made my family a Christmas dinner. My kids were excited about the hammocks and the games. Little details really so make a difference.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cattarina's place at the Poipu Crater. The location was ideal, close to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants, and shopping areas. The place itself is well-kept and spotless with all the amenities that made our stay perfect. Cattarina responded immediately to our texts during our week-long stay, and we appreciated her availability. The wonderfully put together pdf that she sends just prior to arrival contains everything you need to know about the cottage and more. A visually pleasing document! Highly recommended rental!

Melissa and Ian were extremely gracious hosts! They responded quickly to an issue early on in the stay and were also very accommodating with a late check out since we flew out late at night with a baby. We highly recommend staying at their place!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 3 weeks and would’ve liked to stay longer! Everything was as described in the listing, and it was perfect for our family vacation. Jenn & Kristian were very communicative and friendly - highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts provide a lot of extra little things that we appreciated: beach chairs & toys, as well as laundry and kitchen items that are not always provided with other rentals. We really felt at home. The location is excellent: very close to Brennecke's Beach and a short walk to Poipu Beach. Only area for improvement in my view was the pool area: the hot tub was not heated, and periodically there was a strong sewer smell there. Overall, we really liked the place and would stay again.

Wonderful, large 2 bedroom / 2 bath place a short walk from Poipu beach! The condo/townhouse is super nice - felt recently renovated. We easily settled in and felt comfortable lounging around in the space. Good privacy for groups because the bedrooms are on the lower level and on opposite sides. En-suite bathrooms for both (though one has a door to the hallway). A/C units and fans throughout for great climate control. Four outdoor seating areas + large living/dining space = lots of places to hangout. WiFi was fast and reliable. Main TV is huge! The pool on the property is solid - nice view of the ocean (and nice spot to hangout for the sunset). We liked that there were included beach chairs (though would have been nice to have an umbrella too). Also includes three hard-sided coolers! Would certainly go back!

Beautiful apartment within stunning resort community- only 8 minute walk to Poipu and Brennecke’s beaches. Huge, well appointed apartment with great natural light, stunning lanai on second floor. Highly recommended for families. Only slight issue was initial communication from host saying that there was no soap, cooking oil etc and we needed to bring our own. This turned out not to be the case and the place was fully stocked with spices, coffee, detergents etc. Also the noise from the upstairs apartment is very audible (footsteps and sliding furniture), however it’s not a dealbreaker given how gorgeous the setting and apartment are.

I had a fantastic stay with Club Wyndham at Wyndham Bali Hai Villas. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The pictures don’t give it justice, just beautiful! The location was perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to return in the future!

Great place, beautiful. It is in the first floor, si east to carry staff in. Kitchen gas amenities. 3 different coffee makers. Kim is nice and kind, answered all questions. Helped with all of the requests, provided suggestions. Just wonderful.

We loved it there. We felt very much at home. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great too.
