Our family of 4 adults and 2 children were very comfortable. One of us walked to the Grand Hyatt daily for a conference on the path between condo complexes, very convenient. The parking was easy, and the walk to the pool is beautiful. The apartment is large enough that we had space to be apart when we wanted. The big comfy couch was very relaxing, and we had enough space around the dinner table to eat together. The place is very clean, with fresh linens and towels. I really appreciate the beach toys, wagon, beach chairs, and boogie boards. We had great sleeps on the warmer nights with the central AC, and lots of fresh breeze on cooler nights with the windows open. Laundry was easy with both washer and dryer, and laundry detergent. The large fridge was very useful for all of our groceries and left overs from meals out. It was easy to cook, clean up, and make coffee/tea in the large kitchen space. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

We had a fabulous time in Maui and coming “home” everyday to Joe & De’s was just like coming home. Grateful for them sharing their little slice of paradise. It was welcoming and comfortable and we will stay again next time we visit the islands. Mahalo!

I had the pleasure of staying at Gal's property, and I can honestly say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. The communication was excellent—timely, clear, and always friendly. The space itself was exactly as described (if not better). It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would love to return anytime I’m in the area. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

This is a secure and peaceful gated resort. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with a dishwasher but had a prompt response and a credit since it was not fixed during our stay because of the holidays. The resort is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood, but there is not much you can do there: it is quite a walk to the ocean and nearby shops, so you definitely need a car to get around and enjoy Hawaii Kona Island. Ocean is only swimmable near Marriott resort, which is a 5 minutes drive. Parking with ocean access is available, but it is another 15-20 minutes walk. There are only a few nice beaches nearby. Hapuna Beach, for example, is 15-20 minutes drive. Other beaches in the area are rocky and dangerous for swimming. The pool in the resort is clean but small and crowded... But overall, we had a good family gathering and did enjoy our vacation.

Traveled with 2 young kids (2 & 5) and 2 adults. The location was fantastic & close to great beaches & a few shops for the kids. The king bed was very comfortable, the queen was more on the firm side. The place was described accurately in pictures, was pleasantly surprised by how well it was stocked. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with strainers, pyrex dishes, multiple nonstick pans and pots, a blender, cookie sheets, tea kettle, & 12 cup coffee pot. At the time of our stay, there were a decent supply of basic spices (salt/pepper, cinnamon, steak seasoning, garlic), cooking spray, & veg oil. The place was also well stocked with garbage bags, TP, paper towels, dish/hand soap, dish sponges. The only extra thing we had to buy was tin foil & sandwich bags for day trips. The most helpful additions were the beach supplies including: adult/kid snorkel, boogie board, fins, beach chairs/umbrellas, soft sided cooler, first aid kit, float noodles, beach towels. Also had laundry pods/dryer sheets.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The home is spacious and beautiful. We loved to cozy feel and Hawaiian decor. Right away we felt at home with the way the house is set and up and plenty of beach gear and toys! Seth was extremely helpful with communication and allowed us a late check out which was so helpful . We would love to stay again!

Great spot in Kihei that’s super close to the beach! The place was tidy w/ a full kitchen, washer + dryer & beach equipment. They did have quiet hours which made us a bit on alert when our two littles would scream/get a bit rowdy past the time frame. But other than that, it was a great stay! 😊

We were happy with TC and Kanani’s home. They are very responsive in our communication and guided us clearly. The location of the home is so convenient- perfect for the place we had in mind. The home is neat and well kept. The living room is spacious for our family to hangout. It is well supplied with all amnesties. Very reasonable price Airbnb for the location of their home. Thank you !! The next time we come back to Oahu, we would rent again if they are available.

We had a great stay at this condo. The complex was very quiet and well cared for. The pool was amazing! The unit was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. We do a lot of our own cooking when we travel, and this place had a great selection of pans and baking dishes. There is no barbecue/grill, so this was especially helpful. We were coming from the Canadian prairies and just dying for the fresh, warm air... so we didn't use the A/C at all and found the unit very pleasant with good airflow, and quiet enough that sleeping with the windows open was not a problem. As others noted, the beds are quite creaky, but the mattresses were comfortable. Overall a great, affordable and family-friendly option. We would definitely return to this condo!

Hugh and Linda are conscientious owners who have done a tremendous job is setting this townhome up. The townhome looks exactly as described. The kitchen has been thoughtfully appointed with all the equipment and appliances that you need to cook. The several days worth of Kona coffee they provide is a nice touch. The living area that adjoins the kitchen is a perfect size for two people with a large tv and more than adequate wi-fi service. We had no problems with our cell phone reception. Downstairs is the bedroom and bathroom which were perfect for our needs. The unit is located in a private community. The pool was a short walk from the unit and we never had a problem finding chairs to sit poolside. The unit is a short walk away from several areas of interest. Less than 5 minutes to the south is a bay where you can get on a number of fun snorkeling excursions. We did the night-time manta ray snorkel, which is a unique and incredible adventure you should not miss.

An exceptional property that exceeded expectations. The place is bigger than it looks esp the 2nd floor. We enjoyed the view and the lava path to the shops. Lots of beautiful beaches within short driving distance. The space was immaculate and uncluttered. Caroline was a great communicator. Highly recommended!

Townhome was close to several beautiful beaches, with great snorkeling spots. Garage and house was well equipped. Host was responsive when necessary.

The lanai and the adjacent shelter belt and vibrant bird life in the morning was wonderful; we were near the golf course but felt like we were in the jungle. This lower condo unit was exactly as pictured/described. Comfortable, relaxing, and minimal noise from adjacent units. It made a perfect home base since we wanted to explore all that Kauai has to offer: Na Pali Coast, Waimea Canyon, the Wailua River, and nearby Kilauea and Hanelai National Wildlife Refuges. Dan's responsiveness and organization was great; he had a number of food and location suggestions that were spot on! We recommend without hesitation!

Aimee's place is the perfect location for a Big Island stay. It is very centrally located for enjoying all the Big Island has to offer, so you're not driving too far for any one activity. The Waikoloa beach resort area has everything you need - a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants. We're not golfer's but there is no lack of courses. Our family used the pickle ball courts, bikes and beach chairs and umbrella. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's over the years and Aimee's is one of the best - good beds (always important), comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for everyone.

Vela was an incredible host for our north shore getaway! The location is perfect and beautiful with its own uniqueness. Being in a gated area, it offers peace and quietness. Located also in an area with tons of beaches and activities within a short drive or walk right down to turtle cove. Eric, was incredibly responsive and the property had everything we needed plus the extras we didn’t even think we needed like snorkeling gear, towels, and sand toys. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway.

This was my favorite air bnb I've ever stayed in! Lisa's place was even bigger and better than the photos. 6 adults had plenty of space without feeling crammed for our 7 day stay. The balconies were our favorite parts. Lisa truly thought of EVERYTHING -- from a full set of matching organic spices in the kitchen, to TP and soap in each bathroom, to coolers, towels, and all the beach gear you could ever want. Beds were so comfortable and Lisa was so easy to work with. If we come back to Kauai we will 1000% stay here again! Lisa's place set a very high standard for air bnbs moving forward! Thank you for such an amazing stay Lisa! Your hospitality and attention to detail is so appreciated, nothing went unnoticed!

Our family of 10 stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with loft and enough spaces. Home is immaculate with all the amenities and daily stuffs you would need at home. Loved our experience and would stay again. Walking distance to the nearby resort and local shops, cafes, theater, beaches. Parking for guests is a plenty. Right outside our door is the gym and swimming pool and trash bin, super convenient. The upstair balcony is spacious, and the backyard patio overlooking the golf course and pond is spectacular.

Everything was as advertised. Very clean, comfortable home. Close to turtle bay beaches and the pools on the property were also very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Andra was a very proactive and thoughtful host. There was construction going on in the area during our stay, and Andra was there every step of the way making sure that we were up to date on what was to happen and comfortable. The Airbnb was even better in person than the listing. It was very clean, updated, and decorated very nicely! It also had everything we needed for our two week stay. My daughter worked remotely during our stay, and would highly recommend to others doing the same. Also, the location is super close (short walk) to Anini beach and a running/walking path around the golf course, so this is was a huge plus. We had a great time here and would stay again!

We had such an incredible stay. For those staying on the island's south side, you can't beat this location. Close to Poipu beach and tons of great food. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and quiet. Small thing, but it was nice having beach chairs and an umbrella there for us to use. The host was so responsive and went out of her way to help ensure we had a great stay. We'll be back!!

Diana's home was clean and comfortable. Diana was consistently helpful and responsive with any questions we had. There were thoughtful and wonderful touches such as cookies and coffee on the counter when we arrived. We definitely recommend Diana's home for people looking for a quiet, comfortable stay on the North end of Kauai!

Our intent in visiting Kona was to spend most of our time at the beach, so we didn't plan to spend much time at our rental beyond sleeping and having our morning coffee and breakfast. Keoni's place was perfect -- it had everything we needed to rest and recharge before heading out for the day. The balcony was a nice place to have our coffee :-) It was also close to shopping, which was nice. The price was right (compared to most other places). We would gladly stay there again.
