Will rebook Timmy's place again when we go back to Hawaii next year. There's a lot of restaurants that are walking distance. Waikiki beach is about 10-15 mins walk. Its paid to park in the garage but theres free parking spots near the canal (if you get lucky, it gets filled up pretty fast.) There's also plenty of equipments you can use when you go to the beach so you don't need to buy/rent when you get there. The living room area has a stunning view outside and the balcony is a nice place to wind down after a hectic day. We didn't go to the 6th floor but it has the pool, gym, and convenience store. Highly recommended!

Great condo, great location. I really enjoyed my stay and even extended another day. Will look to book again my next visit.

Great place for our family vacation. Super close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Very short drive to the beach or walkable. Wonderful host! Was very attentive to anything we had questions about.

Nice location right next to snorkeling beach although beach itself wasn’t long . Lots of fish in the water and turtles. Clean and nice view from the deck. Easy drive to different towns depending on the daily plans

Staying at Kona Magic Sands is just amazing! Abra’s unit is one of the best! Very clean and has everything we needed. We love have a unit with a lanai and this one did not disappoint. We love being able to just walk to the beach next door. Abra provided everything we needed to enjoy our time on the Big Island. I would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Auch wenn sie für vier Erwachsene etwas klein ist, haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Badezimmer an das Schlafzimmer grenzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und wir würden wieder dort übernachten!

Beautiful location and unit, made our Maui trip all the more lovely

We had a great stay! The host was very communicative and responsive, which made check-in and any questions during our stay easy to handle. The location is super convenient—close to everything—and having parking and pool access included was a big bonus. It’s spotless clean throughout the apartment. The king bed was very comfortable, and the bidet toilet was a nice luxury touch. A couple of things to keep in mind: the shower water pressure is on the lower side, and there were some stains at the bottom of the tub that could use more attention. Also, it gets noisy on Friday and Saturday nights due to the bars on the street, but the other nights were peaceful. Overall, a good stay with thoughtful amenities and a very helpful host. Would recommend with a few minor caveats.

The home was well appointed. It was large, comfortable and the views were just amazing. Dvid was a great host and easily available for question. Overall a great stay.

We had a perfect stay at the whole house! Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Beautiful views from the deck and access to a great trail down the street. Great location for lots of amazing outdoor activities.

Pali Hale was pure magic. Perched on a cliff with breathtaking ocean views, the energy of the waves made for a serene, unforgettable stay. The home was spotless, with fresh sea breezes and subtle Hawaiian scents setting the perfect tone. Reading and meditating on the patios was a dream, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, providing great local guides. Thoughtful touches like music on arrival made it even more special. An ideal retreat for family—truly unforgettable!

Great place to stay in Waikoloa Village. We were in town for a race and it was perfect for us. Lots of space in the main living area and beds and rooms were comfortable. Lots of great supplies in the kitchen as well as toys/games/amenities for kids. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Mary’s place! Although it was a little more remote than expected, we appreciated the access to the different beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The snorkeling at Manini Beach was spectacular! Because we had our 8 month old granddaughter with us, we also spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool. The “glamping” aspect of our stay was fun and we enjoyed the sounds of nature, particularly our rooster alarm at the crack of dawn which certainly helped us get our days started. We would highly recommend Mary’s place and wouldn’t hesitate staying again when on the island.

Perfect location as a beautiful home. The view is lovely and the sunrises are amazing. While the home is in a small condo building, you can’t see anything except the ocean from the windows and it feels very private. The home has everything you need from a well appointed kitchen to all of the beach goodies you could hope for. The location is great for exploring the island assuming you are able to tear yourself away from the beautiful private beach right in front of the unit. Host is very proactive, quick to respond, and has great advice if things to do on the island. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful location with a very calm and serene pond and Koi fish! It has a wonderful porch with lots of chairs, and the bathrooms are fantastic. You are right next to the ocean and can walk right over to experience the waves and the surf. And there is a gate at the end of the driveway that helps you feel secure. It’s a very nice home and I’m glad we chose it!

Iliahi gave us instructions and recommendations, also prepared the place well before our arrival. They were friendly and helpful. The place was exactly like what was shown on the site. It is right in front of the ocean. We enjoyed the stunning ocean view right from the balcony. Thanks, Iliahi!

The balcony was my favorite place on the island. The only thing that didn’t make this 100% was not having A/C. My advice is to stay busy and out of the condo during the day. It wasn’t too hot once the sun went down, but it was very hot after lunch-sunset. It was very spacious for my family of 5. The master suite’s light didn’t work and the fan was stuck on low. The vent fan in the upstairs bathroom didn’t work, so it got really stuffy when taking a shower. They do have 3 fans to use: one tower, 2 desk tops. Kitchen is fully stocked, & snorkels, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, & 4 beach chairs (do not recline) were available. No need to pay for a snorkeling excursion to snorkel with turtles. We saw a ton from the balcony & snorkeled. There is access to ocean but not a sandy beach area. Tiny area at condo next door but high tide takes it away pretty early. Short walk to a sandy beach. Being on the west side, was peaceful but a good drive to different places. Debbie is really sweet!

It's as stated with a bit more as far as miscellaneous useful house items. being so central in Waikiki is great and there is an ABC store right across the street for basics if you're in a pinch.

You cannot beat the view from this place. We had a few touristy day trips planned but did not go- instead opting to just relax. We saw whales flopping in the ocean, turtles swimming right in front of us and the RAINBOWS were amazing! The place is as described and pictured. It is a bit secluded but also close enough to get food/shop, etc. Perfect. They have all TV apps and the pay laundry is easy to use with the app they have. If I ever get to make my way back to Maui- I will definitely want to come back here.

Great condo away from tourist area but not far from restaurants and grocery stores. I like being in small building instead of big resort. Well stocked kitchen and furnishings up to date. Clean and quiet. Real hot tub with jets was nice after being out on excursions all day! Kristina was very responsive and helpful. The coffee grinder broke and she had on sent to me within an hour! I would definitely stay here again if I return to the big island again!

The condo was perfect for our stay! It was very spacious and had an amazing view of the harbor, especially at sunset. Watching the sun go down over the water from the condo was one of our favorite parts. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The laundry room was super convenient, and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance to most places in Waikiki, including the beach and lagoon. One of the highlights was watching the Friday night fireworks from the lanai. We had a perfect view without having to deal with the big crowds. The place also came with beach gear like towels, bodyboards, a wagon, and beach chairs, which made our beach days even better. We had an incredible time and would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay!! Beautiful location, and quiet. the only downside was there was very little space to set toiletries, suitcases, etc. It was still very well worth the stay, though, and we really enjoyed it!

The view from the patio was breathtaking! The condo was spotless when we arrived and we found everything we needed for the stay. We had a question about the TV streaming and got a response quickly. The TV is set up for Netflix and Prime Video, but you need to log into your own own account so remember to bring your information. When we were there in the afternoon one day, a couple of big turtles came onto the small beach. If we had been there a week earlier, we could have seen the whales in the bay since it was time for them to head back north. We always found parking right outside the door. It was easy to get our parking permit. When we went into the office to get it, nobody was there but a basket with tags was available. Just fill out the form with your information and take one to use for the duration of your trip. We felt like the location of the condo was perfect for us. Four days gave us plenty of time to see the entire island.
