Beautiful modern and clean apartment conveniently located providing privacy and all day sun. The aircon came in handy too. Very well equipped kitchen including condiments, gladwrap etc and various cooking and serveware. Laundry facilities were also well equipped including a laundry basket, pegs and clothes line. Also included board games which the kids loved. Pool was perfect for the summer heat. Beds, blankets and pillows were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful modern extremely clean home. Close to shopping and Italian restaurant Acosta the road is exceptional. Place is modern, very clean, high end linens and kitchen accessories. Loved that the host promoted local product art, plants and products. Tania was easy to communicate with, positive and friendly. We would highly recommend and we would stay again if in the area. Stunning location. Stepping out onto the beach was absolutely divine Geraldine was a lovely host, responsive and helpful. Very cute location. I would love to go back. Very doable to get to Gisborne especially if you hire a car.

What a fantastic place for a secluded and private space in the heart of Napier. The accommodation was just as described, Lynley and Drew welcomed us on our first day and made us feel at home . We highly recommend this apartment as a place to relax, unwind and watch the local birdlife.

Comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood but easy access to town centre

2nd time I’ve been here will come again. Here is Gisborne for work and was happy to see this available. Lovely and peaceful.

A fabulous place. Was perfect for the three of us with our own bathrooms. Clean comfy and peaceful. Definitely will be back and highly recommend. Sue was great for communicating and flexibility.

Louise was a very responsive and friendly host. We initially were a bit confused with the access point to the apartment as we arrived in the dark. The scaffolding steps are a little rickety, but are a temporary measure as the building bridge is being worked on. The beds are very comfortable! The view is incredible! The council is working on the public walkway/steps down the hill into town, so it meant a longer walk following the street into town instead. Not the end of the world on a lovely day.

Staying in an Art Deco architecture apartment is a truly gorgeous experience. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the sea, a peaceful moment that can heal all the worries in life. Sandhya has decorated the house with such warmth and coziness. Every morning, sitting by the window, enjoying the sea view while having breakfast is simply delightful. Upon check-in, there was a small issue where the cleaner had forgotten to take out the previous trash, which attracted some ants. Sandhya promptly communicated with me and resolved the problem, and the ants were quickly gone. Rest assured, the apartment itself is free of ants. The apartment is located by the street, so there is a bit of noise in the morning, but if you wake up early, it won’t be a problem at all. Staying here is an excellent choice. I hope to stay in this lovely little apartment again the next time I visit Napier.

My husband and I were in town for the NZ Ironman. The location was absolutely perfect. Liz and her partner were very kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if visiting Taupo!

We really enjoyed staying at Sarahs place. Everything was as she described it. We appreciated her friendly welcoming and also her recommendations for dinner. We would definitely stay again.

10/10 highly recommend, super central, yet peaceful. Heaps of well displayed brochure of local activities for you to flick through, the bed! so comfy. The stay itself is so lovely and convenient, with everything you need and more; including games, gym, pool, and literally food places right on the door step. Felt well cared for in this B&B, cleanliness was spot on and the host Shelly, so responsive and friendly and really has thought of everything you would need to make this the prefect stay.

Amazing lake side apartment - the pool was a game changer it was heated, the kids had multiple swims each day. Great location, tidy apartment and super comfy beds - we will be back :)

Very clean and recently refurbished. Nice furniture and quiet, considering how close it is to a main road. Very comfortable stay.

We had the most amazing stay here, maybe the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The views were breathtaking, we loved the walkway, the swimming pool, gym and the hot tub, overlooking the lake. The place was clean, tidy and the beds were really comfortable. Our host John was so helpful. We didn’t want to leave and we will certainly be back! Highly recommend!!

We were there to support friends doing the Ironman. The place was perfect!! Walking distance to the swim and transition area, and the marathon course came past us on both sides, so very handy for popping out to cheer our friends on, but then returning to relax in cool comfort in between. A very large clean and comfortable apartment, that we loved. Great water pressure in the shower; comfortable beds. Easy parking and access, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, or to stay again.
