Really enjoyed our 3 nights. Best thing was the morning breakfast chats with other guests, so interesting and the huge amount of food on offer. Highly recommended. PS we left our food bag in your fridge, hope you can use the contents!

Barb und ihr Airbnb haben unserer Erwartungen übertroffen! Wir haben uns noch nie zuvor eine Unterkunft geteilt und waren anfangs etwas skeptisch aber Barb hat gleich im ersten Moment alle Zweifel ausgeräumt. Die Unterkunft ist absolut wie beschrieben, sauber und die Bettwäsche hat einen angenehmen Geruch. Die Location ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Aber das beste ist Barbs Persönlichkeit! Sehr herzlich und freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen jedem, der in Napier Halt machen möchte, bei Barb zu übernachten.

Upon arrival we were greeted at the gate by Nanette daughter Auriela. She was so helpful what a great host. The home was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We met some wonderful people as we weren't the only guests in the house. Great breakfast with the other guest. At first, we thought this is going to be awkward. Nope, it was quite the opposite. We had a great time with the other guests. I will do it again Thank you

I loved staying at Nanette’s. The room is cosy sunny and bright. The bathrooms are spotless and are also very spacious. The shared spaces are great. Nanette and her girls are warm and inviting they really look after their guests in their home. I loved meeting other guests as well that came from all over the world . It was fun having a chat with all the new people. Taupo is beautiful of course with the lakes and spa park is very special. The cost of the room with breakfast is very economical you even get Nanette’s wonderful homemade baking. I would definitely highly recommend.

Very friendly family stay location. Clean and comfortable. Full kitchen, dining room, and sitting room with a gigantic TV.

What a lovely house and hosts. Kurt showed me around the house and even drove me to the lookout point and a place to hitchhike the next day. I felt at home immediately. Would have loved to stay longer (sadly they were booked out). Great breakfast too. Highly recommended

A beautiful sanctuary tucked in a quiet leafy street of Havelock North. It is a relaxing haven, within a short distance of the shops and eateries of the village. Grahame and Jenni are exceptional hosts, providing excellent communication and information. Once you arrive you will find them to be very friendly and helpful and your accommodation is beautiful, immaculate, comfortable and inviting. They pride themselves on their gourmet breakfasts (included in the price) and the food and presentation will certainly one of the highlights of your stay. Highly recommended!!

Nanettes place is a home away from home. The room is big and cozy (tv, lots of room to put away clothes), everything is made available to have a comfortable stay. I was spoiled with the homemade yogurt and the glutenfree muesli every morning!! Nanette is one of the kindest and thoughtful person I've met along my trip. She went above and beyond to make my stay easy and enjoyable. I can't recommend her enough. I've really enjoyed staying with her and her lovely two daughters.

Our stay at the Savana estate was amazing, the view from the chalet is so worth it. Great location, stunning views and pleasant hospitality from the host, will def come back :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Nanette’s place. Her family made everybody feel at home. It was also nice to get to know the other guests. They served an incredible breakfast every day. The communication was perfect and she was available for any questions. Nanette and her daughters went above and beyond what is expected of a host and provided whatever help was needed by each guest. Just a great experience.

Mary and Tim are amazing hosts. Everything is exactly as described with one exception - Mary is an amazing cook which truly made our stay very memorable. Breakfast each day included eggs, bacon, fresh orange juice, toast and various homemade jams. They also have an option for a home cooked dinner - don’t miss the opportunity to take advantage of the dinner. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Set in a beautiful location amongst the vines on a hill not far from the ocean. Very peaceful and calm. The studio is basic but tastefully decorated and seperate from the house. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. James is a friendly and helpful host who is very responsive.

Quiet and peaceful. A relaxing place to rest after our busy days harvesting at a local vineyard. Neta is a wonderful host. Highly recommend. The home cooked breakfast each day was awesome. We felt like we were at home. Thank you for your awesome hospitality and sharing your beautiful home. We look forward to staying again.

What a wonderful time we had with Jane and John in their beautiful home. Some thoughts after spending time here. 1. The house. We're jumping on the "photos don't do it justice" bandwagon. The accommodation is spacious and you get an entire half of their house all to yourself. It's a beautiful space where every little detail has been thought through, making you feel comfortable and relaxed in a wonderfully luxurious setting. 2. The location is so peaceful and tranquil yet amazingly convenient to everything. You can be sitting at a cafe in Havelock North in around 5 mins or be up the top of Te Mata Peak in 15 mins. 3. The hosts, Jane and John, couldn't have been more welcoming and were very amenable to all our requests. They strike a perfect balance between leaving you in peace and privacy and being available to assist if and when needed. We enjoyed a wonderful time here and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We loved staying at Kilmoylan. Heather is a fantastic, welcoming host and the room was spotless and beautiful, with a very comfortable bed. The location is beautiful, private and peaceful. We will definitely be back.
