Candice and David apartment was top notch, very clean and had the personal touches of been at home. Very convenient to the Gisborne CBD and local beaches. Ideal for a family of four or two couples. We would definitely stay again, Candice and David extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay.

Great location for privacy but also a step away from restaurants, shopping and the ocean. Good communication and friendly host

Stunning location. Stepping out onto the beach was absolutely divine Geraldine was a lovely host, responsive and helpful. Very cute location. I would love to go back. Very doable to get to Gisborne especially if you hire a car.

We had the most amazing stay here, maybe the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The views were breathtaking, we loved the walkway, the swimming pool, gym and the hot tub, overlooking the lake. The place was clean, tidy and the beds were really comfortable. Our host John was so helpful. We didn’t want to leave and we will certainly be back! Highly recommend!!

From the minute we arrived Virginia & Ken were friendly, helpful and the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, from allowing us the use of their washing machine and drying facilities to providing us with plenty of equipment to cook a meal with and recommending the best places to visit ( including wineries) in the area! We highly recommend them and would most definitely stay there again!

Staying in an Art Deco architecture apartment is a truly gorgeous experience. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the sea, a peaceful moment that can heal all the worries in life. Sandhya has decorated the house with such warmth and coziness. Every morning, sitting by the window, enjoying the sea view while having breakfast is simply delightful. Upon check-in, there was a small issue where the cleaner had forgotten to take out the previous trash, which attracted some ants. Sandhya promptly communicated with me and resolved the problem, and the ants were quickly gone. Rest assured, the apartment itself is free of ants. The apartment is located by the street, so there is a bit of noise in the morning, but if you wake up early, it won’t be a problem at all. Staying here is an excellent choice. I hope to stay in this lovely little apartment again the next time I visit Napier.

We had a wonderful stay at a beach front unit. Jaki was very proactive in communication and friendly. Walk to the beach is only a few minutes away. Kitchen and bathroom are clean with all the amenities we needed. Nice comfortable beds.

Lovely spot , great location with access to the lake, river walk, and easy drive 5 minute drive into Taupo. Well fenced for children and outside bath was a treat. Will be back again next time we visit Taupo

The house was lovely. We not had a very short stay and wish we could have stayed longer and explored.

one of my all time favourite holiday stays in the north island, loved sharing it with friends this time. Simple in the best possible old school kiwi bach sense, but with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wonderfully remote to get away from it all, beautiful scenery and fantastic outdoor space to relax in any weather.

Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

All I can say is WOW! Gorgeous location and walking distance to town. We were met at the place by Sugar "Sug", who walked us through the entire home AND gave us great ideas about eating, drinking and exercising. There was milk in the fridge and flowers on the table...it truly felt like home! Thanks to all, JT

Incredibly responsive and thoughtful hosts. The house is on the waterfront and is both gorgeous and spacious. The hosts have plentiful quantities of everything you could possibly need. A lovely stay.

We had an amazing time at Jo’s place. We received very clear instructions, the place was so beautiful with an amazing view. Perfect time to relax. We will definitely be back.

Walking distance to restaurants, and they will be building a Woolworths nearby soon. Was so peaceful watching the river flow by from the balcony.
