Gorgeous place for our extended family to spend the weekend together. Hot tub is huge and was much enjoyed. Plenty of room for people to enjoy time to themselves when needed.

Beautiful house, awesome large heated pool. Plenty of games available to keep us busy as we had some rain and large open spaces. Caretaker was awesome upon leaving to make sure we left nothing behind. We all loved it. Thank you

We had a magical weekend at Bill’s place, the location is truly spectacular & the house is an actual castle. I was celebrating my 40th birthday with friends & our dogs and I really felt like a queen. Thanks so much Bill & Cher 🙏 great hosts & great property 🏰

Lulu and Greg have to be my favourite hosts so far. Saw Greg on the way in and he offered me a speaker so we could listen to music next to the pool.

We had a lovely long weekend. Hosted a small 60th birthday dinner on the Friday, a family wedding (28 people), on the Saturday, and then a small wedding party on the Sunday. Did all the catering from the shops at North Richmond. Simone was wonderful throughout the process. There were lots of cool entertaining dishware, vases etc. Great weekend!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your house. We had an amazing time, and one of the highlights was definitely the outdoor pool. It was absolutely stunning – spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. The area around the pool is beautifully landscaped, creating a peaceful, private oasis with the lake at the background. The view is breathtaking. Not only did this house have a luxurious outdoor area, but inside the house is beautifully designed and decorated. The open floor plan made everything feel spacious and airy, with plenty of natural light. In addition, the two floors added privacy and comfort. The house was also very clean and maintained very well. Every detail was carefully thought out, and we felt very welcomed and right at home from the moment we arrived.🩷 Thank you Fiona and Graeme!

Perfect spot where I hosted a small gathering for my son’s 21st birthday. Was exceptional in every way with something for everyone and privacy for celebrating with freedom to roam. Thanks Gary.

Bubbles Place is lovely! Even better than the gorgeous photos on the listing, and every last detail thought of. You can tell the hosts have really considered everything a guest would need. We had toddlers and a baby with us and Avrill made sure we were all comfortable, even going out of her way sometimes. We were very appreciative. The location was perfect for our little weekend getaway. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of Kurrajong and areas nearby. Avrill is such a perfect host too. Super responsive and so helpful. Highly recommend.

This was our second visit to He's place because we found it to be such a lovely, comfortable & convenient place to stay the first-time round. He's place is very well supplied. You get your own entrance to the large upstairs apartment above the main house. Sometimes muffled sound travelled but we didn't find it a problem. My husband particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early evening, relaxing and taking in the view.

Troy’s place was amazing! It’s really a special place right along the river with gorgeous views of the mountains and palm trees and you can swim right off the jetty out front . It’s like a special community vibe of a bunch of gorgeous cabins along the waterfront- seemed like out of a movie. Perfect place for friends or families, and my dog had a blast! Troy was also super responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

it was one of the most beautiful places I have stayed around Sydney. away from all the hustle and bustle of Sydney.. yet not too far from the city. no mobile network was such a great add-on. however wifi worked fine most of the time. Kate was kind enough to give us late check out which made our day a bit more relaxed and fun. the pool and firepit area were great too. overall we enjoyed the place alot.

It's nice to stay in an AirBNB that exceeds expectations! So often the photos look better than what you get, but in this case Fiona & Stephen's cottage was roomy, located on a large picturesque farm, and well equipped. The bedrooms were bigger than I had expected - we could fit our family of 4 into the bunk bed room. We had a really lovely stay, and there was lots for our pre-schooler to do (trampoline, searching for the goats, swimming in the river)

We used Paul’s place for a family get together and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room (basically everyone had their own floor and bathroom) and everything we needed. Lovely linen, towels etc and a well stocked kitchen. We weren’t particularly worried about TV/Internet and spent downtime doing one of the many jigsaws available and fishing, of course. Even a spot of kayaking. Transport and communication were spot on and we found parking easily enough (3 cars) on the Berowra side. Nothing was a bother. Highly recommended - I may even be back for a girls weekend!

Su's place was perfect for our party of 5. Clean, modern and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Can recommend this place.

If there was a 6star review we would have given that! A beautifully renovated old home that was comfortable and well appointed. A nice bottle of wine and vouchers for coffee were lovely surprises. Would definitely recommend!!

We were 2 families of 8 people that stayed at Audrey’s place over the Australia Day weekend . Location was absolutely stunning . The 4 kids spent most of the day paddling kayaks supplied by Audrey , fishing and setting crab traps. The house had everything’s we needed to enjoy this short break. Upstairs is where the adults spent most of the day overlooking the river . The kids utilised downstairs where there were beds, lounge room and toilet and shower. Great place very easy host to deal with We will be back for sure

A group of 8 of us stayed for the weekend and loved this air bnb. The house is incredible with so much space and amazing views. We had planned to go into the blue mountains but ended up staying in Bilpin as loved the area with some nice cider breweries nearby. Did not want to leave.. would 100% recommend!

We stayed at Kingsview for our annual ladies' weekend and absolutely loved it! The house had everything we needed and more—spacious, beautifully appointed, and designed for both comfort and convenience. With four bathrooms and lots of beds, it easily accommodated our group, making our stay even more enjoyable. Larissa, the host, had thought of every little detail—even down to plenty of fresh ice! The location was stunning, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and reconnect. Highly recommend Kingsview, and we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect in every way! This stunning riverfront property exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and peaceful the setting was. The river and the view was exactly what we were looking for. The home itself was spotless, tastefully decorated and made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The outdoor space was a true highlight. We spent mornings on the deck with coffee, afternoons with a few drinks and bbq and evenings soaking in the view as the sun set. It felt like our own private escape. The host was fantastic ensuring we had everything we needed while giving us complete privacy. This was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we’re already planning on coming out there again!

Cloudcroft was a beautiful house to rest and recuperate in over the busy holiday period. There was enough space that everyone in our large family could have time alone, and amazing communal spaces for time together. The property is beautiful and our host was available for assistance when we contacted them. I would highly recommend Cloudcroft to people for their next holidays.

We loved staying on the water! It was a fantastic experience to arrive by boat. Alan was great at communication and made it easy to get to the property. The house is well setup and has a modern kitchen. We loved the balconies to watch the boats. The location is directly next to Berowra Waters Inn, we were able to walk through to the restaurant.
