We had a great stay at this lovely chalet. We absolutely loved the Viking decor (huge viking fan). Loved the two separate rooms, because we brought our two kids along with us. There are two kid's beds and an adult bed in separate rooms situated right next to eachother. Loved that the couches had protective cover blankets. That was very helpful, because our dogs loved running out into the wet dirt, and we had kennels for both dogs, but didn't want to keep both kenneled the entire time we were indoors. The covered porch is very spacious, faces the farm and mountains. Very beautiful and peaceful! I was also very happy to have a washer and dryer, because while we brought extra pairs of clothes, our kids decided to get wet and dirty in the rain, and we were able to wash up easily. Hosts are very communicative and helpful! Directions to find the chalet were also very helpful to make sure we didn't get lost. Wifi works really well. I have so many great things to say.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Retreat. The view and surrounding property was beautiful and peaceful! The sunrises were stunning. The cabin itself was cozy and delightful with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Mark and Tracey were very friendly and easy to work with. Thier place was very nice to stay at while we were down in the area working.

A great getaway outside the Tri-Cities of East Tennessee. Chris's place is absolutely stunning instead and out for a couple looking to relax. The outside features a covered patio with seating, a TV, a fire pit, and a hot tub. If you get a chance, go take a hike to some beautiful waterfalls at Laurel Run Park.

The cottage was clean and the appliances were in good shape and the house was it was very quiet

My family and I stayed here to find a home for ourselves in surrounding areas and it was a perfect place to make us feel like we were already at home. It was peaceful, had great views and helpful friendly neighbors! Can’t forget about Beau to make the experience feel complete! I loved waking up to see him sitting outside waiting to play with us. I would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay and it felt like home away from home. The house was clean and exactly as described. The host was responsive and very helpful. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed for out stay. We were able to enjoy the beautiful back deck and couch on the back porch. A comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will hopefully be back to enjoy again in the near future.

Nice stop on our way to ETSU for a college tour. Very responsive host and a great place to relax.

My friends and I stayed here for a few days, we had such a great time. Lee provided heated blankets for the nighttime as it got a bit chilly. I loved waking up to the birds singing and the sun shining through the windows. There is so much nature in this environment, with birds in the morning and howling at night it's the perfect experience for those who like camping and outdoor experiences. There is so much to explore on this property, a great place to unplug from all the screens and just be in the present moment. There are so many little things that make this place so magical! Lee is a great host, and I plan on visiting Sweets Retreat again.
