Lovely place to stay, amazing views and a cosy feel while still being nice and open, great views of the harbour, the road is nice and tucked away from the busy streets while the centre of the town is easily and quickly accessible with a co-op only a couple of minutes walk away. Great range of amenities and could easily be used to stay in for multiple weeks happily. We had told Vanessa about an issue with the Nintendo Wii and she had been round and put in a replacement one in less than 10 minutes. Great location, great accommodation and great service. Couldn't ask for any more we had a lovely weekend

My stay at The Penthouse was fantastic. From walking in the front door, opening the living room door and seeing that magnificent view to checking out the other rooms, everything was on point. It is spacious and the colour scheme is crisp and bright. The view is amazing and I could and did sit in front of that window looking out at it, a lot of the time!! It's position is central to everything, within 3 minutes you are in the centre of town, near all the restaurants and bars and you are"on top" of the beach, so no worries about that! The train station is also only a 12 minute walk away, as well as Asda and Aldi etc. Bedrooms are beautiful, lovely linen and towels, lots of mirrors so you can check out your look from every direction! The second bedroom has an outside area with a lovely little swing too! I give this place a 10/10 and will definitely be back - if you going Cornwall and want great views and a classy spot to stay - this is it! 😁😁 Janie and Darren etc are lovely hosts.

Great stay over twixmas - it was a perfect base for some stunning coastal walks and we loved the sea views from all 3 rooms!

I booked this for my brother and his family . They were utterly delighted with the place, it gave them loads of very comfortable space in a great location with fantastic views - only slightly offset by the scaffolding currently surrounding the building. Alex was exceedingly helpful and proactive with his messages of information and guidance on how to find the property, get in and make the most of their stay - I absolutely could not fault him at all. I would have no hesitation in booking this place again

With an easy stroll down to the town centre, garaged parking and everything needed for a relaxing stay including an outside space with amazing views across the water, this place is an absolute gem. Janet gave good instructions and was quick to respond, the place itself was very clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the added touches of milk in the fridge and fresh flowers in the rooms. Clear instructions, well equipped for what you need, host was very responsive. Noisy location but wasn’t a problem for us, right near the centre of town with lots to do.

My family and I had the fortune to stay at Gordon's house during half term break and from the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. The views; well what can I say? The house is surrounded by stunning sea views and it was so calming to fall asleep at night with the sound of the waves and to wake up each morning with the sunrise and the sea in front of us. The views were so stunning that I insisted on our daily excursions ended promptly at 4pm so I could spend an hour sat on the sofa with a glass of wine in hand, staring out to sea before the sun set. The house itself is beautiful and so tastefully decorated. It made me want to buy lots of art and improve my own home! We lit the gas fire every evening which was easy to use and created a gorgeous atmosphere while we relaxed with a meal or the kids watched TV. Oh and what a shower! For rest and relaxation, this home will not disappoint.

Just returned from a lovely 3 night stay among the dunes at the Rest House. The property was very nice, a short walk to the beautiful Holywell dunes and beach. Debbie was very responsive throughout our stay. Thanks!

Thanks Steph! Your place is fantastic and helped make our break relaxing after some hectic days exploring Cornwall. The house was used as a base for our family of four and had so much space for all - and then some! The house was spotless and very comfortable. We loved dealing with the friendly staff in local shops and pubs - everyone was so welcoming. Oh and check out the local bakery opposite the pub for breakfast pastries - sooo good :) All in all a fab place to stay and a very responsive host who was just great. Thank you again Steph and hopefully we will visit again in future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The home was just as described, bright, clean and welcoming. Jane is a great host and provided very clear instructions in addition to some lovely welcome treats. Our children loved the variety of board games available (and the smart tv of course). The cottage is perfectly located for the promenade and the town with a lovely cafe at the bottom of the road and a couple of beautiful gardens/parks nearby. We hope to return in the summer!

Ideal location for our long stay during winter. The sunrises over the bay were beautiful. Three coffee shops and a supermarket within in a short walk. Super comfortable bed, luxurious bed linen. Fast and easy communications with the host. Everything you could need in an AirBnB. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I, two elder kids and a dog had a great time here. The house was exactly as described with all the extras like dishwasher tablets all included, which makes such a difference. Sharon was very responsive and helpful. Lots of info provided including detailed walking maps for the walk to the beach, which was a beautiful stroll. The immediate area itself is like a resort with its own bar and restaurant, which we enjoyed. EV charging on site a real bonus. We’d definitely come back here.

I booked Emily and Matt’s place for my fiancés birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. The views from the living area and the bedroom are amazing. (As a keen golfer it was difficult watching the golfers play in the sun without wanting to join in) The place was spotless and we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of bubbly which was a nice touch. Any questions we had were answered very quickly so communication was spot on. We ate and drank at the places they recommended and they were all amazing. I think Rosa was our favourite for tea and box and barber was our favourite for breakfast. Perfect location for beach walks, coastal walks and 5 mins from the local town. We would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again when we return to Newquay

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

When booking somewhere to stay I was looking for a place close enough to walk to the beach, two separate boxes rooms and a carpark space in Falmouth. Amanda's place hit all those requirements! Really nice location, very quiet and right next to the Gylly cafe for dinner the first night. Everything we wanted in Falmouth was in walking distance. The flat was very comfortable and a great place to chill in the evenings. Very quiet area, although we went out of season I can't imagine it too noisy at other times of the year. Was greeted with a bottle of wine and pack of shortbread! Will definitely be booking again.

We had the best stay! The host was amazing and responsive and helpful with anything we needed, very clean and tidy and as described! Will definitely stay again :)

A real gem of a flat, well positioned with own parking place just a few metres away. The flat was exceptionally well equipped, cosy but spacious with a lovely outlook towards the Fal and harbour. The kitchen area had everything for a short, or longer, stay and was a delight to work in. A lot more kitchen equipment is provided than the usual airbnb's. The main bedroom was full of light in the morning, the small balcony a bonus for sitting out with a cup of tea or coffee. The fixtures throughout the flat are quite new and very clean. We struggled with the cold bath tap, probably because of old hands. Elly provided a comprehensive guide for using all the equipment which was very helpful. The welcome basket of nibbles was a really nice touch. A quite delightful spot, we thoroughly enjoyed our week stay, thanks Elly.

We were looking for a suitable accommodation property to host my differently-able son whom we only get to see when we travel down from Wiltshire. No 9 was ideal - certainly beating 2 previous properties we have tried. Our son was really relaxed in the property and seemed very at home with the facilities.

Exactly as described and as of photo’s. So clean, all that you needed. So lovely, little extras so well planned. Also a little covered terrace area little grassed area looks over the sand dunes nice just to sit enjoy a drink and read a book. After a lovely walk came back through the middle of the accommodation to find a a lovely roof top bar, snacks, coffee etc beau view of the beach and sunset, also another good restaurant, bar had no idea it was there no noise never heard anything in our apartment it does hiclose at a certain time so no nuisance noise. The apartment has a wonderful postion, straight onto the lovely beach of Perranporth, wonderful sandy long beach, rock pools and fantastic geological sculpted under cliff cave fronts. Straight onto the dunes for walking. Waterfront beach bar convenient for drinks n snacks. Very short access straight onto the coastal paths fantastic walking, scenery and interesting. Perranporth good range of eating places, takeaways. Relaxing stay.
