We loved our stay at The Roost. The area was beautiful and peaceful, and it was so clean and cozy. We enjoyed all the little extra touches throughout, as well as the walking paths and outdoor space. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

Great place close to campus! Clean and neat.

We loved staying here and getting to meet the horses and very friendly cats! The apartment is cozy and clean and we appreciated the bathrobes and breakfast items and country views. Steph kindly helped us meet her beautiful mustangs and told us about the farm, and the cats were incredibly cuddly. A lovely experience!

We had a fantastic time at this property! The house was spotless, cozy, and so well organized. It felt like a home away from home. Our crew was really impressed with the attention to detail and how accommodating the host was. We were all very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect quiet location for a quick night in Hays! I will keep this house in mind if we ever stay overnight there again. The house was very clean and comfy!
