We had our family Christmas here and it was very memorable. No issues with the house. We wish we could of enjoyed the porches more than the one warm afternoon we spent out there. They made a good size house even larger and everyone enjoyed all the places we could hang out in different family groups. We really appreciated the kid gates at the top of each stairs. Our family had no worries about our toddlers or three year old. The driveway is very steep but everyone made it up and back down with no problem. We went with putting just one car in the driveway at a time and two down the street. The walk is short and there is the entrance to a park/trail on the way that we all enjoyed at some point. Thanks.

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

We had an amazing stay in this comfortable and well-equipped home, it truly felt like home! The peaceful area made our stay even more relaxing, and our kids had a wonderful time. Such a beautiful and comfortable home! Very charming and the neighborhood was great. Access to fishing and trails. Communication was excellent!!! Highly recommend!

We really loved this place, from the time you step in the house, it is so inviting. What sold me on renting it, was the fact that it had a playroom and toys for my 4 year old grandson. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. They even had bottles of wine for you to taste if you wanted. We will be back again!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and when the clouds broke this morning there was a double rainbow over the valley. The house is decorated so cute. I loved all the artistic antique doors. It reminded me of my grandmothers house and the kids loved the pool table. I would definitely stay again maybe in the summer so we could use the pool.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful this home and experience was for our family. We had family coming from several parts of the country for Thanksgiving and it was an ideal location! We loved using hot tub and making fires in the outdoor fireplace. Thank you for a great experience!

This property was perfect for a winter getaway. The home is lovely, the neighborhood is charming and the surroundings are nature at its best. We like to prepare our own meals and the well equipped kitchen met all our expectations. The fireplace provided such a nice comfy feeling. Although it was not the right time of the year to indulge in spending time on the spacious porch, being so close to the river added to the peaceful mood created by the home's interior environment. We enjoyed the opportunity to take long walks in the surrounding area. And it was a plus to have any needed services close by. This would most certainly be a place we would consider revisiting.

Phenomenal house on a quiet and spacious property. We were provided with all of comforts and amenities we could want from a rental property. Having coffee out back with the sound of the water running behind the house was the highlight of our stay. Highly recommend this place

Wonderful host! Anything a guest would need for a stay here has been considered and provided. Clean and well stocked. Great amenities to go along with a beautiful and peaceful property. Easy day trips to Asheville. Would recommend as a nice place for some quality family time.

Rachel was an awesome host. She left some goodies as a welcome. I loved her property. It was cozzy and very clean. Most importantly it was very peaceful and queit. Also, It has a water softener as well so water was great 🙂. The location is great and close to everything we needed it.

We booked Aaron's home for a family getaway. The house was amazing & clean. I think the sunroom was our favorite room. The view was beautiful! There were TV's in every room even though we didn't watch much TV. The basement was like a completely different living space. Would be nice for teenagers to get away from parents. Honestly, there's just too much to compliment but our favorites besides the sunroom & view was the kitchen & the bathrooms. The main bathroom felt like a luxury hotel. Massive shower, heated floors. The only thing we had issue with was we couldn't figure out how to start the dishwasher & towel warmers in the bathrooms but thats "first world problems"! My only suggestion would be to have instructions on how to start appliances. All in all, the home was gorgeous, we felt very comfortable there & we were able to bring our pup along. We would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here before and will do so again if available. It is clean, comfortable and convenient.

We all loved the beautiful deck in the back with the view on the mountains. We spent there hours even when it was chilly. We went also skiing. It’s a 30 minutes drive to the Cattaloochee ski area. We recommend this place. We really liked it spending time there.

The property was beautiful and everything was just as the photos described. Beds were so soft and felt absolutely amazing after a long days hike or outing! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and bathrooms squeaky clean! Will definitely be back!

The Honey House is lovely. I loved the honey bee theme. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip.

The house is exactly as pictured and described. The location is great for visits to Western Carolina, or as a base for exploring this area of western North Carolina. Host is very responsive.
