It burdens me to have to post some things, but I do think it is fair to others to be transparently honest. I rated this a 5-star mainly because of my interactions with Joseph from the point of just inquiring about the home to check-out. Each time, he was a delight to engage with, being very friendly and helpful. Where it gets bad is the house filty. It was not up to par, from the base boards, and especially the floors. My 5 year old kept coming bck to me with his feet caked with dirt from the floors. Both bathtubs and sinks were dirty. In the middle bedroom the sheets and pillowcase were dirty. Overall it just looked like the place was sitting and not thoroughly cleaned in a while. More to add but not enough space. The house looks nothing like the pictures; the first set of pictures should be removed. It's false advertisement, and my whole family's hopes were high coming from CA, we would've just went to a hotel, for the price being charged. My whole family was disappointed.

Our large family stayed here for Christmas and I cannot say enough good things. The house was in such a great location with beautiful views of the golf course from the backyard. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful, we enjoyed the fire pit at night. The amenities in the house were just a fantastic! Plenty of space and updated. To top it off they had gone the extra mile to decorate for Christmas which made it even more magical. Check in was simple and check out wasn't overly complicated. The hosts communicated well and made us feel so at home. Would absolutely stay here again!!

My family of 11 stayed here for 3 days and we enjoyed our time. The host was great and helped us out to resolve a prompt issue we had one day and they were very responsive and understanding. The home is beautiful and would stay here again!

Heather has truly thought of everything one could possibly need for the perfect weekend away! We had blast playing pickleball and enjoying the views from the hot tub. Hopeful to be back at this amazing house again in the near future!

2nd time staying at Henry’s place. Just as good as the first time. House is as described, beds are comfortable and everything works. Didn’t get to use the pool, have to come when it’s warm out next time. Ate at The Blacksmith and Rock n Dough, both good spots.

AJ was an exceptional host and my family really enjoyed the house. I would definitely book again.

Ken is an outstanding host. And honestly my new favorite on Airbnb. His communication is quick and responsive. My fridge went out and he had it replaced the next morning. He is a very tentative and helpful host. He gave me some fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and activities. He knows the area very well. The home was described in the listing very accurately. It's an older little Guesthouse. But it has everything I needed for a one month stay while I was in town working. I highly recommend Ken and look forward to staying at one of his listings again soon.

Enjoyed our stay!! It seems to be host is working on some final touches with renovations, however, eveything was accessible and ready for our arrival. Enjoyed that all bedrooms had smart tv. Dee was gracious enough to let us arrive early to make it more convenient for other guests to arrive. Dee checked in on us via text to make sure we had all we needed.

Chris’s home was wonderful. Felt right at home. Good half way location between Dyersburg and Jackson. Alamo is a nice little community. The home itself was great. Just what I needed for a long stay as I continue to work in the area. Easy access, comfortable furnishings, and great kitchen items. Chris checked in periodically and even reached out when the temperatures dropped significantly. All around wonderful place and stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Carolyn's place was a wonderful stay. We appreciated the communication as well.

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful surroundings and my wife and kids really enjoyed it during the day while I was at work. When I’m in this area again for work I will definitely be staying here once more. The host was very helpful and very responsive.
