The flat is beautifully and newly decorated. It's extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, very spacious and has everything you need. Great location in the centre of Cromer and near the seafront. The outdoor space was a bonus with a view of the church. We really enjoyed our stay.

Carly's place is spacious and comfortable. The sun hits the little courtyard in the morning which is perfect for coffee and breakfast. A river swimming spot is 3 min walk and the sun hits the bedroom in the afternoon. A variety of food shops only a few minutes walk and easy to walk to the centre. A great place for a Norwich stay!

We had such a wonderful stay, Jane and Jason were excellent hosts and couldn’t fault them whatsoever, we had a slight issue when we arrived and it was sorted straight away. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, very clean, big flat. 5 minute walk to the beach and shops and dog friendly!

This is a lovely 1st floor spacious apartment with a huge kitchen and a particularly lovely front bedroom which is light and airy. Bigger than the photos imply. The kitchen was well kitted out and we were able to get Sky TV so everyone was happy! It was also a good base for walks through the golf club and onto the cliff path into Cromer itself - approx 20 mins. Michelle was super helpful and Mark did a good job of meeting us, showing us round and recommendations. Would definitely re-book if we are down that way again!

Just returned from our stay in this exceptional apartment. We felt at home and it was spotlessly clean. Everything was of a high standard and what a bonus to have parking. Jo is an excellent host and responds super fast and is extremely helpful. We have been regular visitors to Sheringham for many years and are really happy to find an apartment that we would love to return to, and will always check availability first as this was a little gem in a peaceful location. Such a lovely place to stay!! Loved being in the middle of nowhere The lodge was spotless and very comfortable. We loved our little new year get away.

A spacious, warm, comfortable and homely space with very easy parking in the front garden. In a bus route into Southwold but with local grocery shop within 2 minutes walk from the house.

We arrived on Christmas Day after a long travel day with our infant. Travel cot and highchair were great. Tobias left us snacks, basic foods and drinks which was greatly appreciated with everywhere closed on arrival. Location is perfect, easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The owners even offered to put up xmas decorations which was very kind. Huge plus is a private parking spot and not having to worry about street parking. Very clean. Everything you need in the kitchen. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again!

I visited the area to attend a friends funeral and the cottage was a perfect place to reflect. Everything was spotless and decor was to a high standard. The view over the river was beautiful and we saw quite a few canal boats going past as well as a family of geese. It had the most perfect garden with a view to enjoy a morning cup of coffee with and was just a 15 minute walk away from March town centre. The walk into town was absolutely lovely with our dog. Our dog especially loved it with the lovely enclosed, spacious garden. I would definitely recommend this property and am thinking of returning in the near future. Thank you to our host who was very responsive and friendly over messages.

Beautiful new build house, plenty of room on driveway. Felt really relaxed there, would stay there again if I'm working in the area.

Bungalow was exactly as described very clean welcoming and cost, Ruth was efficient at replying and very friendly and easy to liaise with. Worth a visit if looking for a peaceful quiet country break!

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

We had a lovely stay at Verity’s. The apartment was exactly as in the photos provided and Verity was very helpful (including her recommendations of the nearby places of interest, such as Blickling Estate, which is a National Trust site) and communicative in the lead up to our stay. The location is quiet, serene, peaceful and private. The French doors from the bedroom provide an exquisite view of the little river and its green surroundings. Loved the sauna, however, didn’t try for a dip in the river (February visit!). Booking a massage if you have the time, is highly recommended. Book ahead at the Walpole pub next door, as they may close the restaurant if they get too busy. If you approach with the pub on the right, there are 2 driveways on the left. Verity’s is the one directly next to the road.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. 5 minutes from the town centre with all the shops close to hand. Mark’s place was as described clean, well equipped and very spacious too. Everything we needed to get settled in with was supplied and the welcome pack was very thoughtful and kind too (especially milk and coffee). We would certainly recommend their place to stay and we will stay here again when we next come back to Norfolk. Thank you for letting us stay. David & Andrea.

Fantastic find - a perfect location with all of Cromer within close walking distance, but a really peaceful sanctuary. Loved having North Lodge Park at the end of the road. Easy private parking also a huge bonus. Flat was comfortable and spotlessly clean, kitchen very well supplied. Loved all the board games! Thanks for a great stay.

We had a very enjoyable weekend staying in Jemma's cute, art - filled apartment in the "Lanes" district of this wonderful city. The warm and cozy apartment could not be better located to enjoy all the Norwich has to offer. Jemma is a super host and an excellent communicator. She is justifiably proud of her city and is a great source of knowledge on places to visit, to eat and to drink. There is so much to see and do in this ancient yet vibrant city. Highlights of our visit included the Cathedral, The Castle Museum, wandering through the "Lanes", the open market and visiting the incredible Jarrolds store - the Harrods of Norwhich. Thank you, Jemma. If we are fortunate enough to visit Norwich in the future, we will be in touch.

The Garden Studio is hands down one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at!! Ann and Simon have every aspect of a home from home covered, and then some! The layout, the access, the welcome goodies and all the mod cons are provided, not to mention the hot water pressure, which is amazing. We spent a lovely few days here over Christmas and we would not hesitate to book again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
