Very comfortable and cozy, in a great part of the Cape. Kitchen has all you need, good set up for a couple or even small family. One note, not a huge problem: the fireplace is only ornamental. Bed is comfortable, might be too soft for some. Very helpful and friendly host, gave clear instructions but respected privacy. Thanks so much!

I've been going to Ptown 2-3 X a year for over 30 years to visit with friends who live there year round. The original hotels where I used to stay are now condos. With the arrival of AirBnB, Booking and so on, prices are not what they were, but on the flip side, the range of accommodations and amenities is much better nowadays. With that preamble out of the way, I have to say that Jason's apartment is beautiful, modern, well equipped and furnished. Because the ferry is not available in winter, I drove and needed a place to park. In addition, due to the cold weather I was glad to have the luxury of a gas fireplace. There is a park behind the property and it is on a quiet street. There is a Gulf gas station a few minutes walk away that sells basic necessities. Also, I was able to walk into town very easily. The showers get plenty of hot water. I cooked breakfast (cheese omelette) and one dinner (soup) and found the kitchen had everything I needed. Excellent experience.

We had a wonderful time at Ariana's beautiful home (which is exactly as it is described). Cozy and stylish! And the local surroundings / Sandwich area is full of interesting things to do - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ariana!

We had a fantastic stay at Bruce’s cottage! Great rustic cottage right on the beach, perfect for a “slower pace” vacation away from crowds and hustle/bustle. Bruce and his wife are very friendly, very available for questions, and were pleasantly flexible with us on checkout timing really allowing us to maximize our last day on the cape. Will absolutely visit again!

We had an incredible stay! Very accommodating and welcoming space. Right in the thick of downtown and close to pretty much everything in Provincetown, very central. Just keep in mind the bedroom is in a loft, so you have to be able to climb steep stairs to get to the bed. Also if you’re taller than 5 foot expect to hit your head on the beams a few times. Solid deal for a great place!

My partner and I have visited PTown on several occasions now, but this was our first stay at Jason's place. I cannot say enough great things. The space itself is adorable! Everything was well thought out, and made to feel like a home. The bed was cozy, and Jason provided any and all of the amenities you could have asked for. Jason's space is less than a minute walk to Commercial Street, and close to Joe Coffee (along with so many other places). Jason was extremely accommodating, communicated so well, and went out of his way to welcome us. The location alone was easily one of the most convenient spaces we have rented. We would absolutely stay again.

cute little cottage on a cove with that classic old cape look and feel. Plenty of things to do and great food around! the Ice Cream cafe is fantastic! and really liked friends market. Nauset beach is beautiful and the cape as a whole is lovely as it always has been.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Walkable distance to the beach and nearby shops. Great hosts and very helpful with the recommendations. We are considering to come back and recomend it to our friends.

Fantastic home that clearly is actually enjoyed by the owners (so no weird surprises like you find in places that only exist as rentals). Well designed space that’s very comfortable to exist in. About a mile to the nearest ocean beach so we ended up driving more than walking but there’s plenty to do with a car.
