This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

we had a lovely stay at Jos’s accommodation, it had everything we needed. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy too. the linen was clean and the towels provided were soft and washed. i would highly recommend staying at Jos’s accommodation if you need a pit stop or break in manchester, very accessible and easy to park. will stay again.

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was easy to find, quiet, had everything I wanted and Jo was so helpful and responsive. I’d definitely recommend this to people. A beautiful getaway in the country. Peaceful and relaxing. So good I want to go back!!

It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

Fantastic accommodation and great facilities. The whole family loved the pool, hot tub and the pizza shack! Beds really comfy. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend a 2 night stay here. There is so was much to do and it was so enjoyable - we had a group of 10 people ranging from 30 to 1 year old and we all had so much fun! From swimming all day to playing on the football pitch and tennis court - it was truly never ending fun especially for the kids. The cottage was lovely, very nice and clean and everything needed was already there. It is abit far from local shops so definitely something to keep in mind but other than that it was a great stay. Host is very helpful!

A Spacious and comfortable house, immaculately clean throughout. Friendly and responsive owner who lives right there to offer any help and suggestions. Lovely shared garden and a public park with access through garden gate. Easy, secure parking was a bonus. A great stay, thank you Jo.

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

Fantastic place to stay, lovely home and was perfect distance from the Emmerdale tour that we booked! Thank you, had a lovely stay.

The place was fantasticly located near Leeds City Centre. The living area was a perfect hang out spot and the place could easily sleep 15 of us comfortably. Naz was a fantastic host, communicated well, registered us for 3 parking permits and posted back a jacket we left there. Thanks for a great stay

Very good stay, even when something was needed it was sorted quickly. Good location for pub and easy to get into town or other local areas.

Really friendly host, offered lots of help for our stay. Very clear communication. The house was great for a family stay, bedrooms were good sizes, very clean and tidy.

A welcoming and lovely place to stay. Christina and Johnny were very accommodating and friendly, the small touches like having a play mat for our baby was lovely. The house was well stocked with baby books, toys, and the kitchen had everything we needed. A bonus to visit the animals in the back garden too!

We had a great stay in Baildon in Andrews beautiful house. He was a great host very responsive we had an early check in and the offer of a late checkout no problem. The house itself was in a great location. A large spacious house and lovely private garden. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable and it was lovely and warm, we even had a log fire. The house was well equipped and everything was easy to use. There was lots of local information and ideas for walks in the area. We will definitely look this one up next time we are in Baildon a 10 out of 10!!

Stayed for a couple of nights for a family function in Leeds. He had a lovely stay. The place is quiet and has an added bonus for off-road parking.

Totally love the house very clean , tidy and quirky Only thing ideally better mirror in main bedroom and needs a mirror in the small bedroom Would definitely recommend and return in the future xx

Great accommodation and host

A lovely cottage in a beautiful part of the world. Sally couldn’t have been more helpful, lovely little things like having Yorkshire tea, Earl Grey tea and ground coffee provided, and popped a bottle in the fridge for us! Really responsive, offered loads of help - including when our youngest spiked a temperature, made sure we had all we needed in a quick, thoughtful message. We didn’t need any of the offered assistance but it was great to know it was available. Super cottage, amazing countryside. Easy to find but I know the area. Couldn’t recommend the cottage or Sally’s hosting highly enough.

A great place to stay. You need a car to get around, didn't try public transport. House is lovely, clean and comfortable. Travelled with 7 other family members and we had plenty of space 😊

we stayed at Karly's place for Christmas and had a beautiful time. the house is so spacious and comfortable. the bath is so lovely and the kitchen is huge and equipped extremely well. everything is of a very high standard, even the blankets, pillows and towels. we enjoyed our time so much that we decided to extend and Karly was very accommodating! She even let us check out much past the originally agreed time and it really helped making our holiday extra relaxing and special.

It was easy to check in and Syed was a friendly and communicative host. The house was lovely and spacious, well decorated and inviting. I was staying with my adult children and we all had a big double room each, which was great, as for the same price in a hotel, we would have all had to share one room. Halfway home to Hampshire my son realised that he had left his earbuds behind! Syed posted I'm home for us. Thanks Syed.
