Great place to stay! Very friendly host. The place was really clean and spacious and a great location for a weekend in Leeds catching up with friends and family. Very convenient bus route into Leeds about a minute from the house aswell. Highly recommended!!!

Great place, really near to Leeds Bradford airport.

Very clean, comfortable beds for each of us. This place was inexpensive, but good value for what we paid for it. I did struggle to get in, I just needed to wait a few seconds before trying the door. Everything was set up exactly as described, towels and bedding were great. It was quite cold inside (due to it being cold outside!) but soon warmed up with the instructions provided. It’s in a block so there are other people moving around, you can hear them talking when they are right outside but they moved on soon enough. We weren’t disturbed overnight, and had a good nights sleep in advance of the following day’s fitness event. Sat provided everything we needed for a good overnight stay .

The place was amazing, the appliances were amazing the place were clean fresh and smelt amazing, the bedroom was spotless and it was amazing the bedding smelt like daisy’s which my girlfriend enjoyed and the shower was amazing but i would recommend staying here and I know I’m definitely staying here again

We had a lovely weekend stay at the apartment. It was lovely and clean, homely, had everything we needed! It was also close by to the station and city centre which was perfect! The host was very reliable, and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you ☺️

A very convenient location exactly as described on the site

Paul is a good host he contacted us after we arrived to ask if everything was ok . We received all our instructions the day before our arrival date instructions were very clear. Lock box was easy to use. Very comfy and clean apartment walkable to train station and city centre by road or canal THANK YOU PAUL

Fabulous stay at GGs. It’s beautifully done out, really well equipped, and in a great location. Train station a couple of hundred yards away and Menston is a lovely village. If a couple of you are staying in the area, forget about finding a hotel, and just stay here!

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and lovely and responsive hosts. The house was perfect for us, and we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. Lovely clean and modern home. We had everything we needed for our stay and only a few minutes walk from a lovely park. Lots of shops and things nearby in close walking and driving distance. It truly felt like a home away from home and Paulina was a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again - thanks!

From the moment I saw at the listing it looked incredible. There was brilliant detail and care put into everything from facilities and amenities to things to do in the local areas. Helen is lovely and very responsive and takes great care in making sure your stay will be the best it can be. The guest house itself is relaxing and comforting with plenty of space to facilitate your needs. The location itself is stunning and full of things to do and see (especially if you follow Helen's guide). Put in short, this is one place I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a relaxing and peaceful place, with lovely hosts and a plethora of things to do and see.

What a fantastic location, this is beautiful cottage full of character, tucked away down a long drive way, very secluded but close to everything you need. The Host was really flexible with our arrival and departure and helpful with info on places to eat. Would definitely stay again.

Me and my family had a great stay here, nice peacefull area just outside city centre. House was perfect for our needs, and was exactly as shown in the photographs. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to host a family or group of friends in Leeds!

I was very pleased to find Andrew’s garden retreat in an ideal location for my visit to be near family. Quiet and cosy, with plenty of freedom allowed by the owners to come and go without disturbing each other. I would love to return another time.

A spacious, sumptuous apartment, finished to a high standard with all mod-cons, and the added bonus of outside space. The sizeable balcony is a great place to enjoy a morning cuppa or a sun-downer whilst enjoying the peace, and listening to the river across from the apartment. An ideal base for exploring Yorkshire. One point to note, take your own shampoo. Although this is listed as an amenity there wasn’t any provided, and we had to pop to a nearby shop to buy some. During a brief chat with the owner he confirmed this is something they don’t provide. For the price point, it would have been nice to have this provided. All-in-all, a great stay and would recommend.

Had a great one night stay at Ryan’s guesthouse. He was there to meet me and to ensure I got parked ok. The studio was extremely clean and very comfy, had a great nights sleep! It feels very private, yet is within easy walking distance of all that Farsley has to offer. Great pubs, restaurants, and cafes just 5 mins away - a perfect location for exploring Leeds and further. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Christine is an attentive and helpful host and the apartment is in an ideal location for my needs. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room and bedroom comfy and inviting. It's really handy to have a parking space on site too.

Very clean spacious apartment with hot tub. The apartment was very clean & beautifully decorated. It was around 5-10 minute walk from bars and restaurants.

Lovely cosy apartment with easy access. Nice being able to park on the premises too. The bed is really comfortable and we slept really well. Lovely sofas in the lounge too. Kitchen is has everything in that we needed which is so convenient. Bathroom has a shower and bath option which is great. We were mainly visiting nearby family but did have a little walk along the canal path and visited the tiny cafe which was very nice. Would recommend this place & Im sure we will be back.
