Headington : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

Three words are all that are needed: “home from home”. We live this house in Princes Risborough and is our second stay. I very much doubt it will the last. The hosts are very friendly and very responsive prior to check in and throughout the stay. We visited London, Marlow, High Wycombe, Thames and of course the local Public House, The Bird. Very easy to get around. One thing I’d like to mention that does resonate with us is beds. SO COMFORTABLE!! I really would not hesitate recommending this home to anyone.

I stayed at Kathryn's place over the New Year with my family (three adult couples, a 2 year old and 2 month old). It was just perfect! There was everything we could have possibly needed for the children (and more!!). Our daughter loved playing with the dolls' house. The house is beautifully done up and was very clean and well equipped. It was well located - just a few minutes walk to the centre of Witney. Kathryn was a great host - very responsive and kindly let us have an early check in and late check out. We'd love to come back again! Thank you!

Wonderful property just a short walk from the town centre. Beautifully presented and decorated. Had everything we needed including really comfortable beds (rare for many holiday let's). Great layout, perfect for socialising. Jessica was super helpful and I really couldn't fault anything.

Absolutely beautiful property. Everything was exactly as described. The attention to detail in this property is second to none. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you could possibly need to cook a gourmet dinner if you wanted to! The bedrooms are cosy, the bathrooms spotlessly clean. The outlook was lovely across the lake and the overall area was very clean and well maintained. Can't wait to go again - highly recommend.

Lucy was a lovely host right from the day of booking to the end of our stay. She gave recommendations for our trip and she went above and beyond during our stay. Would definitely recommend Lucy as a host.

Old Amersham has lots of charm with characterful historic buildings. The property is more spacious than the pictures suggest and is beautifully decorated. So nice to be able to have breakfast in the Kings Arms too - all included in the price!

Couldn’t fault our stay. Perfect in every way. Enjoyed the check-in upgrade since our last visit - lockbox so much easier …. Fabulous luxury home. Perfect for our family Christmas!

We had a lovely stay in Oxford, the house is very tastefully decorated, loved all the artwork and books! Everything was lovely and clean and the kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were all very comfortable and we had plenty of space. Great location too as walkable or plenty of buses into Oxford

Lisa’s house is a dream for kids: games, toys, trampoline and for adults too as it’s super well-equipped, organized and clean. 5 minute walk to Walton Street shops & restaurants. Lisa was great with communication & suggestions. Such a nice stay!

We had such a lovely stay at Browns Cottage - it has been furnished and decorated to such a high standard and felt super luxury as well as being so homely at the same time. I won’t hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone, and hope we can stay again soon!

La casa è la classica villetta a schiera inglese. Due piani: cucina attrezzata e salottino al piano di sotto e due camere, di cui una matrimoniale, e ampio bagno al piano di sopra. La posizione è ottima, specialmente se si deve prendere il treno ogni mattina (pochi minuti dalla stazione) ma anche se se vuole andare in centro (circa 10 minuti piedi). La zona è residenziale, molto tranquilla. Subito vicino scorre il fiume e c'è la possibilità di passeggiare o correre sull'argine. Una delle due camere affaccia sulla ferrovia ma non ho riscontrato rumore dovuto ai treni. Sul retro della casa è presente un piccolo giardino. Ho soggiornato qui per lavoro e nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Great house for multiple people as there are so many rooms, with sizeable beds. Was perfect for our business trip. Relaxing, quiet place with bright, clean décor and nice view onto the marina. The house is nicely designed and rooms very spacious.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el apartamento y pues me gusta mucho tanto las instalaciones, el lugar y la atención del anfitrión, les recomiendo 100% para ir en familia!!!

Amazing place and host! Jenny’s house is very well equipped, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and so unique. The house is also quite large despite being in a perfectly convenient location to cafes and restaurants and central Oxford. Jenny is also so thoughtful as a host. She set up a baby gate for us and even got us some kids snacks from the local organic store. Best place we have stayed in Oxford and hope to stay again!

Loved our short stay at Rabbit haven. Everything we needed was available and location very convenient for Bicester and surrounding areas. We’ll be back for sure!

My only regret is that we didn’t spend more time at the house! Greyfriars’s Hideaway is definitely the nicest most well appointed Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Each room is very private and the house is quite soundproof, with heavy doors and space separating the rooms. The kitchen had everything and more that we’d want. The location is perfect for exploring Oxford, right in the middle of everything and very walkable. We enjoyed the pubs on either side of the home as well. Communication was flawless and we were very comfortable with our group of 12 in the two adjacent properties. Highly, highly recommend!

Great accommodation. Easy walking too city center and train station. Comfy bed. We'll appointed kitchen, but bring your own spices.

Everything was great, it was a lovely place to stay and we had a lovely time. We would definitely revisit and recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights for my mum’s 70th. James & Flora’s place at St. Clements was perfectly located to get into Oxford centre, had everything we needed, and the house was both well styled and spotless. James was super quick to respond to messages, and provided all information required upfront alongside sightseeing tips. Thank you for making a celebration special!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfectly set up for our two families and the split-floor-living meant there was plenty of space. The neighbourhood has lots of delicious places to eat and everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. Rosie was very accomodating, responding to our questions quickly and making us feel at home.

We felt right at home. Easy checkin, nice neighborhood and about 20 minute walk into central Oxford. Would strongly recommend if the description is what you are looking for.

Lovely property, ticked every box for a large family. Spacious, well stocked and close to amenities. Great location to explore all the sights in Bicester and surrounding areas. Would recommend.
