A great cottage in the heart of Woodstock. Beautifully decorated with interesting (antique) furniture, pristine kitchen and bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. The central location makes it easy to access the town's great selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants, whilst the double glazing means that it is still very quiet.

Quintessential Cotswold Cottage The Old Bakehouse

We loved staying in Ros's place. The cottage was quaint and beautiful, exactly as described and as in the photos. It is very quiet and peaceful, and there is a great view from the living room over the fields all the way to the horizon. The location is great to explore the Cotswolds but you will certainly need a car. Ros was very kind and helpful, the communication was great at every stage. We absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back in the summertime.

We had a fantastic stay at Nikki’s place. It was very relaxing and the home was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Nikki gave us all the information we needed and was very prompt with replies throughout. Would highly recommend - thank you, Nikki!

Cottage c1790, Superb central Witney, free parking

This beautiful cottage is very cozy, well situated in a peaceful location. The size is great for a family but also ample for a couple. Lots of space and a great kitchen. The bath is just a wonderful touch to a peaceful home in the Cotswolds. Louisa is a great host.

Idyllic 2-bedroom rural lodge with hot tub

Acre Lodge is such a beautiful peaceful place and the perfect destination to switch off & unwind. The views surrounding the lodge are so pretty 🌳🌅. Janet & Graham are so friendly and helpful- they even kept an eye on the wood fired hot tub temperature for us whilst we were out so we could come back and get straight in ☺️. There were plenty of board games in the wardrobe for our son to play with and the beds are really comfortable! Thank you for lovely stay 🤍

Stunning Cottage in the Cotswolds

Wow what a find. Tracy's place was just what we needed in the middle of winter. Despite the damp and windy weather the cottage was lovely and cosy with everything we needed for our traditional family weekend. The wood burner was great and we really appreciated the extra touch of pastries and bubbles. The cottage is in a lovely peaceful location and was beautifully presented and really well equipped. In terms of finding it we would recommend "What Three Words" rather than the sat nav which wanted to take us to the farm up the lane!. Thank you again Tracy.

Entire river side house near centre

Four members of my family stayed here over Christmas as our own house was full. They loved it. 'Brilliant. Great. Five stars,' was one response. Although it is a typical Oxford cottage and looks small from the outside, it is suprisingly spacious inside. Aside from the comfort , my family enjoyed the personal feel of the house, the selection of books, the charming garden, the location by the river and the thoughtful provision of a vegan breakfast. Everything worked well. We will definitely book it again.

Absolutely stunning house, well stocked with everything we needed. The communication was excellent with all the details we needed and lots of information about how to work the appliances. The house was stunning with lots of games for the children and adults

The photos don’t really do this place justice. As many reviewers have mentioned the place is much larger than the photos suggest and there’s ample room for guests across the ground floor. The upstairs bedroom is spacious too.

Spacious House Cotswold border

Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

Had a lovely family holiday in this remote location. Was a very peaceful and cosy stay. We were well informed of all the necessary details. The space was very clean and well presented on arrival. would definitely stay again.
