Hebalm : locations d'appartements de vacances

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en el apartamento y la experiencia cada vez es mejor, claus nos facilitó todo para un hospedaje perfecto.

Zaradi težav med potjo, smo prispeli sredi noči. Kljub temu je check-in potekal perfektno. Stanovanje je lepo opremljeno, kuhinja pa ima vse kar potrebujete (tudi med daljšim dopustom). Na dvoriščni strani so potekala gradbena dela, zato so nama prijazno dali še dodaten popust. avtomobil lahko pustite 3min hoje stran (1eur/h). Stanovanje je bilo prijetno toplo (januar). Dodatno bi pohvalila prave (in ne kot po navadi umetne) rože 👏☺️

O espaço é como anunciado. apartamento muito limpo, confortável e próximo de tudo que precisávamos. Anfitrião educado e gentil. Só tenho que agradecer e com certeza recomendo.

War leider nur ein sehr kurzer Trip nach Graz, aber auf jeden Fall habe ich es genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr lieb und heimlich. Habe mich wohl gefühlt!

David es un anfitrión ideal, pendiente de la llegada y ofreciendo toda la ayuda necesaria. El alojamiento es muy bonito y cómodo. La limpieza impecable. Y el equipamiento todo nuevo y electromésticos de calidad. Realmente ha sido una estancia gratificante . Solamente comentar que mejorará cuando la escalera de acceso esté terminada. David, gracias y enhorabuena!

L’alloggio é molto ben curato e pulito, gli spazi sono ben arredati e i dettagli molto ben curati. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la chiave al check-in ma l’host l’ha risolto in brevissimo tempo, un po’ lontano dal centro se ci si sposta a piedi, ma noi avevamo la macchina e non é stato un problema. Very quiet and comfortable place, with great heating and clean furniture, everything looks new and welcoming. The host is responsive and always available. Great stay for the price, in excellent part of town, close to the store and inviting for a walk in the afternoon. The building is old, Shakespearean like, never before seen blend of modernity and past, the kitchen table overlooks the city and the Alps, having breakfast with purple sunrise will certainly stay in my memory.

Solo puedo poner 5 estrellas pero se merece más, puedo decir que Florián ha sido uno de los mejores anfitriones que he tenido, todo lo que describió era exacto, yo tenía dudas sobre cómo estacionar y me explico claramente cómo funcionaba, reservé con 7 meses de anticipación y a cada pregunta que hice de manera cortés y rápidamente me respondía. El apartamento es una taza de plata, impecable, súper limpio con vista a un patio frondoso, a media cuadra de un gran supermercado, dormí 5 noches perfectas y para cierre con mucha pena le pregunté si podía salir 2 horas más tarde y modificó de inmediato al personal de limpieza para que llegara más tarde sin problema. De repetir, sin dudarlo.

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft; einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Kevin; klare Check-in-Instruktionen; alles gut erreichbar mit praktischen Parkplätzen. Kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: schwaches WLAN; kein Mülleimer im Bad; kein Wasserkocher; Spülmaschine war noch voll; langsamer Wasserabfluss in der Dusche; Nachttisch mit Lampe wäre praktisch. Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – vielen Dank!

Elly is a super host. greeting with hot snaps amazing and a friendly atmosphere. my daughter understands how a place looks like as my family and I travel alot so she gives a thumbs up. only one slight thing Wi-Fi kept loosing connection. 👍🏽👍🏽.

Sehr schöne geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter zentraler Lage. Alles war perfekt, gute Kommunikation und klare Anweisungen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

We loved Dietmars apartment. While only a studio it has one of the best layouts I’ve stayed at. It was easy to keep it tidy and organized during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Nice location close to transportation, graz is compact and easy to navigate. Would not hesitate in recommending this place.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Zentrum von Graz. Umgeben von zahlreichen Lokalen und den wichtigsten Attraktionen am Fuße des Schlossbergs dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der steirischen Hauptstadt. Ein unerwartetes Problem wurde kurzfristig und unkompliziert gelöst. Nochmals vielen Dank für das großzügige Entgegenkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hello, my experience: Very positive Mr. Vida is so far best provider I’ve met yet. Very fast replies, very friendly and communicative, mr. Vida did wait for us before arrival to be sure that we will get to the correct appartment. And he did even more for us, what I really apreciate. House met our expectations, beautyfull view even from the bed, everything written about this place and house is correct.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal bei Nikolaus für 1 Woche zu Gast. Wie auch beim ersten Mal war alles TOP! Unterkunft was super sauber, Nikolaus sehr gastfreundlich und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Meine vollste Empfehlung! Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Es war eine super und schöne Unterkunft. Einfach klasse. Unsere Anreise/Ankunft war an einem Sonntag und unsere Vermieter hatten für uns einen Snack, Obst und Getränke bereitgestellt. Einfach nur top - mit so etwas hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Vielen lieben Dank an Rita & Tim. Sehr gerne würden wir uns bei Euch wieder „einmieten“. Es war für uns eine traumhafte Woche. Η καλύτερη διαμονή που θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ! Ξεπέρασε κάθε μου προσδοκία και ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου! Το διαμέρισμα είχε ό,τι ακριβώς χρειαζόμουν, ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και ασφαλές. Η περιοχή απίστευτη, δίπλα στο κέντρο και σε τραμ, γεμάτη ζωή. Η Eva απίστευτα φιλική, απαντούσε πάντα αμέσως και με βοήθησε πολλές φορές, ό,τι κι αν χρειάστηκα. Θα το σύστηνα και θα επέστρεφα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Hat alles super gepasst, tolle Beschreibung von Mark. Die Badewanne war ja natürlich der absolute Hammer, auch der Rest war super sauber und alles hat gepasst. Einzig einen Stromausfall gab es, aber Mark hatte gleich eine Lösung und die hat funktioniert 💪🏼 Das einzige was eventuell zu bemängeln ist das Haus von außen, aber wenn man in die Wohnung kommt ist man gleich in einer anderen wunderschönen Wohnung. Wenn wir wieder mal on Graz sind kommen wir liebend gerne wieder 🤗

Super mooi appartement/huis met super vriendelijke en behulpzame onder buurvrouw. Van alle gemakken voorzien en veel te doen op loop afstand. We komen graag weer een keer terug!
