This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Most comfortable Airbnb and all the extras made us feel very much at home. Excellent value for money. Angela was extremely accommodating with an extra guest at very last minute. An amazing, large, comfortable property and we have already booked another visit.

Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

Stayed with a group of friends - was fantastic, the gaming room, the pool, the garden/bbq areas, freshly cut football pitch. Only issue was one of the wifi routers didn’t work, but we worked around it.

Visited Lower Gill Farmhouse as part of my mum's 70th Birthday celebrations. 12 of us ranging in age from 5 to 75! All rooms were a great size, was excellent having 3 en-suite rooms along with a very large main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The Kitchen was lovely, everything we needed and more - might have been nice to have tea/coffee and a little milk left for when we arrived after a long drive but luckily our tesco delivery arrived early so this wasn't too much of a problem. The living room had 3 good size sofas so we could all relax in front of the log burner. We made full use of the pool, games room, football pitch and tennis courts - a great addition especially for the kids and 4 hours allocation each day was perfect. Our dogs had a ball too - lots of places for them to run and play. Even in January we managed to spend lots of time outside and the little stream at the back of the cottaqe was wonderful. Great response from our host too, even though she was on holiday herself.

Just like the pictures suggest, a modern well appointed house with great facilities. Comfortable bed (#1 priority) warm welcome and a brew on arrival - very welcome! Phil and Cath are very nice and very chatty and told me all about the Vicarage. After a good nights sleep, I slipped away early and didn't see them to say Thank You. Definite recommendation from me

Lovely house, lots of room, very nice bathroom and very clean. Great location- just down the road from the Picturedrome and shops, bars and cafes. Host very responsive and helpful, and check in and out process very straightforward. Would recommend :)

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

Woodsome lodge was the perfect home from home for our girly hen do weekend! Very peaceful, had everything we needed and easily accessible to Leeds city centre! Sara was extremely responsive, and very pro active! Sara helped advise us a wonderful private chef, Emanuelle, who designed us a menu around our hen’s favourite dishes, and then cooked us a fantastic 3 course meal with absolutely no washing up to do!! Would highly recommend!

This house is lovely, well maintained and extremely clean. The description on the site is very accurate. Our stay was to spend family time together, we went on some walks made use of the hot tub and games room. We did all our own food so can't comment on places to eat, this house was perfect for this. In the summer it would be lovely with views on the back and to have a barbecue to dine outside, If your looking for somewhere which is peaceful and enjoy walking I definitely recommend this house.

We had a lovely stay at Greg’s place for a family celebration. The location was perfect and the scenery lovely! The house was clean and tidy with plenty of space and everything we could need. Would definitely recommend a stay here, thank you Greg!

Sara rang a week before check in so we could chat about any questions I had for our stay and to give me some information regarding:check in and our stay. We booked for my sister’s hen party and the layout was perfect for the social activities of our stay and she had a great time. The whole party was thrilled will the property. A gorgeous home away from home.

We had a great stay in Baildon in Andrews beautiful house. He was a great host very responsive we had an early check in and the offer of a late checkout no problem. The house itself was in a great location. A large spacious house and lovely private garden. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable and it was lovely and warm, we even had a log fire. The house was well equipped and everything was easy to use. There was lots of local information and ideas for walks in the area. We will definitely look this one up next time we are in Baildon a 10 out of 10!!

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

A lovely, cosy apartment with beautiful views of the countryside and in a great location close to the centre of Holmfirth. When we arrived the heating was on so it was very welcoming to walk into a lovely warm apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed super comfy. Heather and Brian were very responsive hosts and provided clear and easy directions for check in. Thank you so much for your hospitality and we hope to be able to come and stay again in the future.

A lovely clean and warm cottage only 15 minutes from Ilkley. Access a bit tricky unless you have a 4WD car which we had so no problem. The host kindly left wine, chocolate and fruit cake for us. The cottage is very spacious and easily can sleep 4 in 2 bedrooms.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay while visiting the country for the first time. Great place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing and attending the local event that brought us to the area. Location was convenient and we found it very easy to get around by car. Amazing views to top it off.

Colin's place was perfect for our short break. It was immaculately presented. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Colin was a wonderful host who was very responsive. The guidebook he provides was really thorough. Thanks Colin!
