The photos, don't do the bungalow and the grounds justice. The owners have done everything to the highest possible standards, no corners have been cut! The bungalow is absolutely perfect. It's, tasteful and modern, bright and clean! The outside area is just as good. Hot tub, outdoor cooking area and games room, all clean and well maintained. This place is well worth the money! We didn't want to come home. I loved having a few drinks in the pub up the road, that's completely unique, and then jumping in the hot tub. The hosts left us alone (but let us know, they were available if needed) and allowed us to enjoy their lovely bungalow and tub! We will 100% return. Unfortunately this venue has set the bar very high for all future venues that we stay at and I don't think that will find better or even to this standard. Thank you Simon and family.

Lovely house , grandkids loved it

I had a great time in this place. The property is in a rural area but 5 minutes from the city. Beautiful views of the countryside from the garden because the house is in the hills. The place is an annex to the main house, an old house but well maintained, it's prepared for 2 people but it has lots of space with kitchen+livingroom+bedroom+bathroom. It has a lockbox for self checkin but anyways the hosts waited for me, welcomed me and gave me lots of instructions and tips, and they made everything to be sure I was confortable in the place.

My second time at this property. It's perfect for a little get away with the girls or couples. A beautiful home with lots of space & entertainment within the house. This property is always my go to for a small group getaway

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Rita’s Roost. The apartment was perfect & felt very much like home from home. It was absolutely spotless & had everything we needed. Lisa was a fantastic host & gave us very clear instructions & information about the surrounding area. Short drive to town & we visited Hebden Bridge which was beautiful. We would definitely stay again if we were visiting the area.

By far the best Air BnB experience we’ve had. From start to finish, we’ve had a blissful weekend. We arrived to a pristinely clean cabin. Ian popped over early evening to check all was okay, which was very much appreciated. The hot water went on the Friday evening however we didn’t bother Ian until Saturday morning. He came as soon as we called, and then he called an electrician. All was sorted by the time we returned from our walk. On the Sunday before check out, Ian and Ann kindly showed us around their farm which was such a highlight. A lovely stay, which super kind and friendly hosts.

A beautiful farmhouse with abundant space in wonderful surroundings. it was perfect for a gathering of 12 friends over the weekend, with space enough for communal eating and socialising but also separate spaces so people weren't on top of each other all the time. Easy instructions for check in and check out, nothing complicated or onerous to deal with. Sarah was friendly and communicative. There are many local amenities but equally plenty of entertainment at the house in the form of books, games, and TV. Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay, I'd highly recommend. Comfy well decorated ensuite rooms with good communal space too. We were 3 adult friends and two babies and had all we needed. Alison gave us a warm welcome, and clear directions & recommndations before. Well thought out extras like games and bath stuff with clear instructions. Well equipped kitchen, we enjoyed curry from the local place too. We weren't familiar with the area and there lots are of good days out so we'll be back in sure. We explored Malham cove which is about 20mins away.
