We loved our stay! Our book club went for a reading retreat, and we had a great time. There are plenty of areas to sit and read, although we ended up doing more talking than reading. Emily and Jeremy worked with our schedule and were super accommodating. They also texted to let us know about some severe weather in the area. This was my second trip to Cottrell Cottage and I will be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, especially since we were able to bring our fur baby with us! The home was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The weather was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the deck in the evening. We look forward to coming back with our kids and grandkids soon. Since they have so many things for little ones available it will be super convenient as well!

Tracy is a five star host! She is accessible, communicative, friendly & helpful. Tracy's home (Lucy's Place) not only has everything I needed, the items for her guests are great quality, including the furniture, towels & linens, appliances, etc. Lucy's Place was my home away from home! The neighborhood is quiet with ample parking-street parking, driveway parking & even garage parking. Tracy thought of everything to make Lucy's Place "home." The bathrooms include qtips, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, make up remover & more. The kitchen has a Kuerig with coffeee pods, sugar & creamer. The refrigerator has filtered water & ice. There is a washer & dryer in the laundry room with detergent & bleach. It truly is home. I highly recommend Lucy's Place & if you see this review under another one of Tracy's properties, know that she is a great host!

Loved staying here very roomy and clean and host was nothing but helpful and kind! Would stay here again!

Angela’s place was so cute and was much bigger than it looked in pics. Has lots of beds and can sleep a lot of people. Older home but very solid and nice remodel. On a busy 2 lane highway but we got used to that quickly and didn’t even think about it after the first day. As a matter of fact I enjoyed sitting in the living room with the huge picture window and watch the cars go by. It was quite peaceful. Felt roomy and kitchen was well equipped. About 20 mins to Fairfield Bay and Greer’s Ferry Lake west side. Would definitely stay there again.

It was clean, spacious and somewhat private. It was too cold and wet for us to access the playset, grill and fire pit but it is a great asset. I wish it wasn't listed as VRBO, too high with all the fees and taxes. Would definitely stay again if it wasn't so high. Had to find something last minute. TVs in every room and easy to work, would still like local channels. Decorated very cute and stocked well.

We had a great stay, Sonny was very responsive and helpful. He also had great suggestions for the area, we would definitely recommend staying here . We will be definitely stay again if we are visiting this area, clean quite and a beautiful sunrise view.

It was great to be back! Edie’s place is always so beautiful and enjoyable to stay at. I love how she decorates for the holidays. Everything you need for cooking is there. We love cooking on the old gas stove. It is always very clean and homey feeling ! Edie is very responsive and easy to talk to.

Michaels place was great ! It was the perfect house for my family of 5. The location was close to everything. Mike made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us daily. I highly recommend ! Thanks for a great stay Mike !

Wonderful stay and wonderful host! I had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed the condo. Everything was just as described and Dee is thorough and accurate with the instructions. She also provided great recommendations for activities and food in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! She knew we were bringing our pups and had a had a dog bed, bowls, and toys ready for them. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Communication was super smooth and Rhonda was so accommodating! We will definitely be checking to see if her place is available the next time we’re in the area!

This place stands out as the absolute best Air B&B we've ever stayed at. We were hesitant at first being that dogs are allowed... (we wondered if it would smell like "dog", or have dog hair on the furniture) but no bad smells, and no dog hair. We were very happy about that! The bed's were very comfy! We had a good bit of rain the week we were there, so the quilts all around the house were great, and used by each of us. As a family with 5 kiddos ranging from 13, all the way down 7 months, we were happy to have plenty of room for everyone. We love playing games, so having all the board games available was a big bonus. My guys really enjoyed using the dartboard outside under the covered front porch! They had several tournaments in the week we were there. Lol Suzy was the perfect hostess, and was so sweet to suggest a few family friendly activities within the Fairfield Bay area. There are quite a few things we didn't get to do in our week stay, but are looking forward to next time!!

This place was perfect for a busy family. We were visiting our local grandparents and it was such a relief to have a family friendly home where our kids could unwind and we weren’t afraid of them spilling on the floor or breaking anything. The decor was simple, bright, and clean. The house was perfectly cool when it was incredibly hot and humid out. We loved watching the lighting bugs flicker outside at dusk. She even helped us extend our stay by another night at the very last minute. Thank you Lauren! We hope to return!

This was our 2nd stay here. The accommodations are just what we need to enjoy a weekend away and being able to bring our fur babies is an added, bonus. Close to the ATV trails, & a very friendly neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Melissa's lakeside retreat. Our group had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games around the large table. Everything was super clean and comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at Melissa's place if you travel to the Fairfield Bay area. She was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home.

the wife and I and our two golden retrievers really enjoyed our stay at the little cabin. comfortable seating and a comfortable bed, nice smart TVs and a large yard. the Kevin was very well stocked with cookware and the stuff you use everyday like paper towels and tp. Marla was very responsive to any questions we had and even brought by some extra fresh eggs from her chickens

This charming secluded hilltop rock house surrounded by tall pine trees and adorned nightly with sparkling stars appears to be a well kept secret in Pangburn, Arkansas. The beds are comfy, decor eclectic, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, & bathrooms were not luxurious, but adequate. The driveway would present a challenge for a car, but our SUV & truck handled it fine. The host was gracious and responsive. Definitely will keep this property on our repeat list.

We stumbled upon this listing while on a whim and decided to give it a try. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The two-room layout was a highlight, and there was ample space for our furry companions as well as a spacious yard. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious and provided the most comfortable sleep we’ve had during our entire trip. However, we did encounter a few concerns during our stay. Fortunately, Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing them. The home felt like our own, and it provided everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone. I’m already planning my next stay.

Beautiful, very clean, near really good food with lots to do . However the water heater is too small to use the tub or take a good shower. We would definitely recommend this place

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!
