What a fab couple of days . The guest suite is so comfortable and it was great that Audrey was next door . Had a couple of lovely chats and found out some local knowledge. It was really comfortable and Vinnie our dog loved it . Thanks Audrey , we will be back .

Gary’s place was ideal for our family getaway! We have a 2 years old and 1 year old and it was the ideal place to stay. Gary had gone above and beyond to accommodate us and ensured our sleep arrangements were thought of. He also was extremely generous in leaving lots of wonderful treats such as bread, snacks and milk. Gary was extremely responsive and friendly which made the stay even better. Gary’s place is right next to the beach and shops so a great location. It was also very clean and spacious! Would highly recommend.

Brett was very responsive and really friendly. Her cottage was perfect and very cosy and a stones throw from the beach which our 3 hairy babies loved. We had everything we needed and the perfect weather was a bonus. Would definitely love to come back here - it’s so peaceful- thank you for our amazing stay

Not sure what I can say about Lorens place that hasn’t already been said on previous reviews but this place exceeded our expectations. I will never get over waking up to that amazing sea view it was something else. There is everything you need for your stay, nothing has been forgotten. It’s clean, warm and cosy and I actually want to move in permanently! Johnshaven is a lovely quiet fishing village with a village store, a pub (had a great meal) and there is a gorgeous Lobster shop where we got an amazing lobster toastie! We had amazing weather on our 4 night stay, and it’s not if we will come back it’s when! Thank you Loren for being an amazing host. Sally and Matt 😊

Over many years we've rented many different chalet's in the Fitties, we've rated Harriet's place as the number 1. Loved the peace and quiet, beautiful view of the trees and dunes, secure garden and doggy shower. Beautiful modern interior, comfortable beds,very clean. Loved sitting in the sun room at the back with patio doors open. Will definitely be booking again.

We absolutely loved our Christmas at Seaglass Cottage. The hosts were great, answered any questions, gave us detailed instructions for check-in and even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us. We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying walks along the beach right outside, we even found some seaglass (we felt like children!). The property was very clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, the kitchen had everything you might need, very clean bathroom and handy downstairs loo. Every evening we would sit in the cosy conservatory enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun go down, people walking along the beachpath with their dogs and then into the lounge for a real log fire. It was perfect and we can't wait to return!

Sometimes you need a break. We needed a break, so we chose this place because have a young dog and wanted somewhere near a beach and good walks. What we found was an ideal place for a few days away. The bungalow sits opposite an area of sand dunes - home to a surprising variety of birds. The garden is fully enclosed and well set up for dogs. The back garden is quite a sun trap and we were able to sit out in the afternoon, even in March. Thanks to Kirsty for providing everything we needed.

We enjoy this cottage so much that this is the 3rd time we have been. The perfect place to relax.

We had a wonderful stay at kingfisher cottage over the new year. It was a lovely spotlessly clean home from home in a great location. Jo was very friendly and responsive. I’d highly recommend this property

Absolutely wonderful stay at Mary’s! This place truly is a find. Mary is amazing, nothing was too much to ask and her protectiveness to ensure a lovely stay was second to none. The caravan itself is beautiful, so well kept, spacious & in a lovely spot on a friendly site with so much to do just a stones throw from the front door. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Definitely one of our favourite stays, we will absolutely be back. Thanks Mary!

The holiday park was easy to find and access. The holiday home was well presented and clean. As it was the off season, it was very quiet and peaceful. All the amenities for a self-catered stay were provided, as well as some thoughtful extras such as tea and coffee. We had a cosy family holiday and the location provides easy access to some lovely surrounding areas. Great hosts who were proactive in providing help before it was needed. Recommended if you want a base to explore North Wales.

Lovely caravan, clean, has everything you need such as towels, pots pans, tea & coffee etc. Comfortable bed & sofas. Easy lockbox check in. Easy to park & quite close to caravan. Couldn’t work the WiFi but to be fair it was a nice rest from our phones. Heating was good when on however did drop really cold on an evening but blankets etc provided. Shower was lovely & powerful. Lots of storage too for clothes etc. No paths surrounding so do have to get everything from car to caravan over grass and it was raining when we arrived which didn’t help but wasn’t a major thing just something to note that it can get quite muddy. Lovely stay, so close to the beach which we all enjoyed despite soggy weather! The complex itself is nice if you want to do swimming etc but the music does go on until around 11:30pm and can hear it in the van. Overall lovely stay, great weekend. Thank you!

Another 10/10 stay at The Thistle 😊 It truly is a wonderful gem of a place in the most stunning setting. Liz was marvellous at making us feel at home and communicated everything we needed to know in advance and Tanya is a super host with a lovely property indeed. We'll be back to this special place! We stayed at the lovely house for my 40th birthday weekend and had a brilliant time. The house is amazing and caters for absolutely everybody. Would highly recommend for a family break!! Helen was a fantastic host would go back without hesitation.

A Perfect Stay at Whiterocks Beach Our stay to celebrate my niece’s 30th was nothing short of exceptional! We were warmly welcomed by Ruth with flowers and wine and Ruth also checked to make sure we had arrived safely and had all we needed. We were blown away by the stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The property itself is beautifully designed—spotlessly clean, stylish and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the view and enjoying a morning coffee while overlooking Whiterocks Beach was an experience we won’t forget. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk down steps to the beach and within easy reach of the Giant’s Causeway, Dunluce Castle and Portrush. Dunluce Lodge (new 5 star hotel) is also opening at the end of February (sadly not open when we were there) and it too is in very easy walking distance. Highly recommend and we most definitely will return. Thank you Ruth!

This is our second visit to this lovely quiet bungalow but it is within easy reach of the town bars and restaurants. A lovely walk down the sea front. The view from the lounge window is picture perfect. We were thrilled with the goodies that had been left for us. We enjoyed our stay as much as the first time and would have no hesitation to booked this ideal spot for our next relaxing weekend.

If you’re looking for an authentic Irish experience, this is the spot. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The location is perfect – close enough to explore the local sights but tucked away just enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully styled with a lovely Irish touch. Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole stay even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to enjoy our time in Ireland. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Teresa’s Airbnb! We traveled with our dogs, and from the start, Teresa made us all feel incredibly welcome. Her warmth and kindness made the experience feel like a true home away from home. Unfortunately, we had a minor accident that caused some damage, but when we reached out to let her know, Teresa’s only concern was for our well-being. Her understanding and compassion really sets her apart as a host. If you’re looking for a place where you and your furry friends will be welcomed with open arms and genuine hospitality, Teresa’s place is it! Highly recommend and can't wait for our next stay!

The flat is beautiful and having direct beach access was ideal with two dogs. There is lots to do in the surrounding areas and we would love to come back and go across to Arran. Having a pub a short walk away was perfect as we don’t like cooking on holiday!! Would definitely recommend this place 👌

Regina is a wonderful host. The property is warm and cosy! Lots of space inside & everything you need, we enjoyed some nights in & cooked but we also enjoyed a few meals out at Teds bar which I highly recommend! The basking shark pub is walkable distance and is lovely serving the perfect pint of Guinness. The property is walking distance to the beach and lake. My partner enjoys kite surfing so this was perfect for us. We love Achill, it is a calm, peaceful, friendly place to be & Regina’s beach house is the perfect place to stay for us ☺️

Had a fantastic stay here with our two families. Beautiful place and surroundings. Few little recommendations for the host though, a welcome pack would be helpful, codes for tvs and instructions for bins, how to work heating, laundry requirements for check out etc. WiFi wasn’t working for passwords given either, but figured out other wifi Also some more mirrors in bedrooms would be really useful. Brilliant hosts, quick response when asked a question, loads of linen and towels, toilet paper etc, well kitted out kitchen, lovely house! We had a great stay. Thank you!
