We had such a wonderful time here. The cottage is great with fantastic views. Our dog loved the garden which was very secure, the cottage was exactly as described with good quality furnishings and appliances etc. Kate was very friendly and happy to help. Lots of information provided on local walks etc., there are walks you can do from the cottage or a short drive will open many more options. We can’t wait to return for another peaceful, relaxing break!

Great place to stay and explore Sligo! We really enjoyed our stay and the experience at the farm. Kelly is very responsive, helpful and friendly host who greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we need. In the morning Kelly met us and show around the farm. We fed animals, learned about their life on the farm and took lots of videos! This was our highlight of the stay in Sligo! The place is located conveniently next to all main attractions and only 30 min away from the city. House is big and has everything you need. We highly recommend this place! Thank you, Kelly, for this great experience! Thank you Bob (dog) for being such a good boy! We truly felt welcome!

Ben’s place is quite good place to stay and he is a good host,His family welcomed us with Lumberjack cake that was very delicious and also provided farm egg and milk.The caravan was equipped with all the amenities .The place was so beautiful and we spotted some dears too.If possible will visit again during summer so we can enjoy at the fullest.

Lovely place. The beds were very comfortable and the living room was very cozy especially with the log burner. We had an extremely nice stay. We loved the proximity to Mablethorpe beach which was glorious in the spring sun.

Great accommodation and lovely hosts. Perfect spot for the endless local mountain biking, walking, coffee and cakes. Wish we had stayed another week!

We stayed here for my mums 60th birthday. We had 5 couples and 2 small children. It was fantastic. House was beautiful. Location was quiet and peaceful but lots of things to do in the surrounding areas. House itself was well equipped, my 3 year old loved the train set in the living room and the childrens books. Lots of places to sit and relax, as well as all being able to sit together and eat as a family of 12. Garden was suitable for dogs however we decided to leave ours at home for a more stress free weekend. We did make use of the garden and the beautiful view by hiring a photographer to capture the weekend. Thank you for a brillant stay.

We stayed here for a hen weekend and we had the best weekend. Lovely place to stay, plenty of room, clean, all facilities you could ever need and so on. It was so amazing to see the animals every day, if you’re looking for countryside farm vibes but not out in the sticks, this place is for you! Amazing location, plenty of shops near by, we got an uber into Liverpool city centre also. The hosts are lovely and very accommodating. 10/10 definitely recommend

From the moment we arrived caitríona was there to greet us and show us around. The cottage was so cosy and warm the hot tub was ready for use and stayed warm all night really enjoyed sitting outside under the stars and how peaceful an quiet it was the whole trip was so enjoyable and the pizza oven was fab not to forget the 2 doggies who were so friendly pottering around. 100% recommend staying here will be back in the furniture. Thanks so much for having us and been a fantastic host.

Brilliant 4 days staying at the lodge, as previous reviews have already stated I really don’t think the photos do how beautiful the location is justice. We were in the area for a local wedding and if we are ever here again I wouldn’t hesitate to book. Kayaks on the loch were superb, and overall we had a great time. Thanks again.

We had a lovely stay at the Shepard’s hut, which was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of great recommendations for things to do in the area, and the complimentary gifts left for us were a lovely touch. Host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend this place!

Such a beautiful location and really lovely accommodation, the hot tub was perfect under the night sky.

Terry’s apartment ticked all my boxes for a peaceful, quiet spot with lots of walks and so many opportunities to relax. The apartment was everything I needed in terms of layout and is located in a friendly, safe area. I highly recommend it. Terry was a welcoming host, who respected my privacy and was there if I needed him.

We had a wonderful stay at this impeccably clean and inviting home. Nestled in the peaceful countryside, it offers the perfect isolated escape for relaxation. Communication with the hosts was seamless, ensuring a smooth experience. Do plan ahead for supplies, as it’s a bit far from shopping centers. We highly recommend this serene haven and would gladly return!

All I can say is WOW. What a beautiful location. This is a perfect location for a getaway in their Scottish Highlands. It was so peaceful. The cottage was amazing, we really felt at hope. The cottage is remote and close to a 30 minute drive to Portree where the restaurants and shops are, which was more than fine. We stayed 2 nights and that did not feel like enough. We wish we spent our entire Scotland trip at Sally’s place.

Beautiful home, very spacious and plenty of amenities. felt right at home! perfect for toddlers too. Ian was great, very helpful and easily contactable.

It is a lovely place for short trip. My doggy has a good sleep. There have enough space for dog play and run. Everything is good 👍🏻 Even October is windy months, it makes me feel like back to home. Nice! Thank you for everything. We really enjoy.☺️

The Farmhouse (and annexe) were EXCEPTIONAL! We gather as a group of friends on an annual basis and this was by far the best house we have stayed in. We found the property to be spotlessly clean on arrival, welcoming - owing to the generous welcome hamper - and ideally located for exploring York and the surrounding areas. The proximity to nearby amenities (like M&S Food and a petrol station) was convenient, but by far the greatest advantage of the location was the ease of catching the bus into town - it leaves, pretty much, from the end of the driveway and takes 10 minutes to reach York centre. The house perfectly met our needs - it was spacious, tastefully decorated, and provided an excellent social space for our group, while also allowing for privacy when required. Julie was superb at responding to any queries before and during our stay and made us feel very welcome. Excellent in every respect!
