Joannie’s place is beautiful, it feels like a home and has everything that you need with lots of space. It is perfect for both town and also a short walk from Ballyholme beach. Joannie is very responsive to any questions. Just perfect!

Lovely house with many interesting and personal features. Clean, well equipped and pleasant outdoor space. Would happily return.

Our stay at Louise's lovely home was great. She thought of everything we could need. The location was great for getting around the North Coast and she had left treats for both us and the dog! Very thoughtful

The place felt like home away from home… everything was perfect and intact, my family had a good time with no complain whatsoever. The Furnitures, utensils and amenities were perfectly fitted for our stay. The environment is calm and peaceful…

Absolutely stunning place. Comfy beds and communal sitting area. Although we mostly all sat in the kitchen. Even better Andy provided a washing machine which was brill for 11 lasses and the gym gear! Everything was perfect apart from the 2nd evening. The plumbing system (both showers and downstairs loo) let us down. Messaged Andy and it was sorted immediately. He even offered us another empty accommodation nearby to shower and use the loo, which was good but not practical for us at that time. Off street parking for 3 cars was another bonus. Would I stay here again? Absolutely i will. would

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

Absolutely lovely house and fantastic host. Charles let us check in early and gave us flexible check out on our last day since there was no other booking. He also gave us use of the house next door for an extra bedroom as there was no booking there, which was great for some additional privacy as we were a booking for 13 adults. The house was perfect, everything was easy to find and use and Charles also provided a lovely welcome basket. Withernsea itself is quiet but charming and the house is located just off the high street, making it very easy to access shops, restaurants, arcades and the beach. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend this house and host!

My friend and I have stayed here twice and we love it! It's very cosy and homely, always clean, in a great location and despite being in the centre and on the ground floor it is quiet and peaceful. Katie and Karen are lovely and quick to respond. We will definitely be staying here again😊

This was a lovely place to stay, only sorry that we didn't have longer to enjoy it as we arrived late and left early. But it was just what we needed and we felt right at home - thank you!

Terry’s apartment ticked all my boxes for a peaceful, quiet spot with lots of walks and so many opportunities to relax. The apartment was everything I needed in terms of layout and is located in a friendly, safe area. I highly recommend it. Terry was a welcoming host, who respected my privacy and was there if I needed him.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment exactly as described. Good location with some shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Car parking also easy. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again.

The place was great, clean, and as described on the photos. Nicola is very quick to answer and very nice and polite. she was helpful and gave a lot of instructions and guide in the house/neighbourhood, which was great. Thank you, I recommand!

Teresa's place was perfect for a short break in Port Rush, the apartment was super clean and cosy for relaxing in. Teresa explained how to access the property with easy to understand instructions.

The apartment was excellent again, well heated, plenty of towels, extra blanket and very clean.

This was our third stay at Brendan’s. The apartment wuss immaculate and tastefully appointed. The location could not possibly be better. It was just away from the hustle and bustle of the prom, but well within a short walk. We hardly scratched the surface of all the wonderful restaurants nearby. I can however highly recommend The Cottage Loaf, amazing pub with lovely food, and a great and varied menu. We were within a short walk from the Great Orme tramway. I can also highly recommend a visit to the Penderyn distillery just down the road. The apartment was excellent value. Brendan was an excellent host, without being intrusive and I can highly recommend a stay here. We will certainly be coming back, wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Brendan.

Fantastic time staying here on my 2nd visit. I stayed for a few weeks and felt right at home the whole time. Danielle was always on hand if I had a question. She was always very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend! I look forward to staying again.

Really lovely stay here would certainly come back was a beautiful location and just a little walk to Liverpools heart as well. The hosts were great at communicating if we had a problem. Would recommend to anyone going to Liverpool

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement mit einer wundervollen Aussicht sehr genossen. Alles war makellos und auch Dean und seine Familie waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir erhielten auch super Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Es war auch ein kleiner süsser willkommensgruss und eine nette Karte vorhanden. Ein aussergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt direkt am Strand und Meer von Stonehaven. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank.

Kobi and Becky’s flat was modern and homely, I felt like I was home straight away. The bathroom really stood out for me, it was gorgeous. Kobi and Becky were really helpful and replied to messages straight away. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

Great apartment in a fantastic location really close to sea front. Very well catered to children and baby with equipment on hand. Host communication was excellent and they left us with some essentials like milk bread and jam. We would definitely visit again

Easy to find, well located centrally for St Anne’s. Stayed for a week with 2 adult children whilst visiting area for a family funeral. Plenty of space in all three bedrooms, didn’t ever feel we were on top of each other. Full size kitchen a definite plus. Three flights of stairs is worth noting if accessibility issues are important for you. Would stay again.
