The place was cozy, easy to find, and in the heart of Munich! It was beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and the place truly added to our stay in Munich.

Robert was very friendly and helpful when we neesed. The appartment is placed at excellent location in the center of the town next to bus stop, ski rental and restaurants and has private parking. The appartment is quite, clean and very well maintained.

Alles super funktioniert, saubere und moderne Wohnung. Hat uns gut gefallen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles ist sauber und die Möblierung ist äußerst ansprechend. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Allerdings war die Adresse etwas verwirrend, sodass wir abends nach einer langen Fahrt das Häuschen nicht sofort fanden, da es eine andere Adresse war. Trotzdem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, vielen Dank! :)

Alles war top! Die Terrasse war ein absolutes Highlight: morgens - Kaffee trinken mit Ausblick, abends nach Skifahren - mit Glass Rotwein, Nacht - fantastisch zum Sternebeobachten mit Kids!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und es war wieder super. Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen und mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns bei Lucie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und uns hat’s an Nix gefehlt. Die Aussicht auf die Berge wie den hohen ifen oder das walmendingerhorn sowie ins Tal zu schauen ist unglaublich. Wie hatten einen super Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und vielleicht sieht man sich ja wieder :-)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :) Es waren sehr große Räume und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Perfekt für ein Wochenende raus aus der Stadt und dem Trubel. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Einrichtung, alles da was man braucht - wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Wspaniały kontakt z gospodarzem, miejsce przewyższa najśmielsze oczekiwania, czysto, schludnie i bardzo dużo przestrzeni. Definitywnie wrócimy w lecie :)

Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Prachtige locatie met een schitterend zicht op de bergen, rustig en mooi met veel mogelijkheden in de buurt. De woning heeft alle nodige voorzieningen, het is zeer proper en aangenaam. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf, zeker aan te raden!

Für unseren Kurztrip in den Bergen mit 8 Personen war das Haus perfekt geeignet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Alles super beschrieben

Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die Sauberkeit ist einfach perfekt. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Küche mit allem, was man braucht, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Wohnzimmer lädt mit einer gemütlichen Schlafcouch, TV und weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zum Verweilen ein. Aber das absolute Highlight ist der atemberaubende Blick auf die Zugspitze. Er ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön und macht den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Der Empfang mit heißem Tee und warmen Wärmflaschen im Bett war einfach wunderbar. Sie nehmen sich Zeit, um alles zu zeigen und zu erklären, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Und Alines Ganzkörpermassage war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und sie geht auf die Bedürfnisse des Kunden ein. Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein Ort zum Verlieben und wir empfehlen sie jedem, der Ruhe und Erholung sucht.

Hoch oben über dem Tal fanden wir ein kleines Paradies, ruhig, sonnig, mit herrlichem Ausblick in die Berge. Wir wurden herzlichst willkommen geheissen und haben uns in der liebevoll gepflegten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft, ruhige aber gut vernetzte Lage. Für unseren Kurzurlaub mit Kids einfach ideal. Vielen Dank!

Andreas‘ Wohnung zeichnet sich durch ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus! Die Wohnung mit einer tollen Sitzbank im Erker liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof und zu den Skiliften der Rosshütte. Danke an Nikolett für den Check-in und Check-out vor Ort!

We had a great time at this beautiful home in Munich and the host, Lemlem was exceptional. She met us at the apartment when we checked in and was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this location to all fellow travelers!

Sabine is a great communicator and the check in went very smoothly. Great location and pretty close to anything you need .

Laura and Stefan are lovely hosts - really proactive in checking that we had everything that we needed and were ok. Great location - accepting that it was out of town. Timing the trains right it was around 25 mins from the house down to Marienplatz and an hour from the airport. Lovely spacious house in a residential area so really quiet. The supermarket 300m away and also just two mins from the station was also really useful. Only suggested improvements would be ; Bigger bath towels. The ones in the double bedrooms were really small and no chance they’d go round even the slimmest of us!! 😂 Also a house manual would be handy so you don’t constantly Bother the hosts eg heating, coffee machine, tv (never did manage to get it working) Really small things though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
