Wonderful location, close to town. Had everything in the kitchen to enjoy thanksgiving with the whole family!! Definitely recommend and will rebook!!

Gorgeous mountain retreat is a perfect way to describe this property. I found everything in the description of this property to be true. In my opinion Karla’s description was very humble and we found the property to be much better than expected. Entire family celebrated my father’s 90th birthday, and found the house plenty spacious for all of us. With full living space on the main level and downstairs we never felt crowded.The house was immaculate and very well stocked with items that were above and beyond any other property I’ve ever stayed in right down to the firewood. Directions were easy to follow and communication was always done in a timely fashion. If you want to relax, do nothing, enjoy the views this is the place for you. If you want to be active, go hiking, play golf, tennis, etc. this is the place for you. If you want to grill out and watch football with the gang, this place is for you. So if you have a large group, and you are looking for a mountain getaway, I recommend that you stop looking and book this property NOW!!

Belle Terre Chateau was only minutes from downtown Helen and was great for a large group; in our case, we had 7 adults and 3 children. We used this place as our base in Helen, fixing food in the kitchen or getting take out from the restaurants in Helen, which were expectedly overrun in the days between Christmas and New Year's Day. Bedrooms were as advertised; one connects oddly between the master and the front hallway. Four-person hot tub was great for morning coffee wake-up. A few other nits typical of AirBnB rentals during the holidays: - Cleaning was not complete before 3:00 PM. (Late cleaning was non-issue as we arrived after cleaning finished.) - Previous guests left garbage disposal jammed and indicated non-existent problem with Keurig coffee maker. (Kathryn arranged fix to disposal. We determined coffee maker was fine.) - The lock box on the door to the basement confused us. (We ignored it.) Would return if visiting Helen again.

great house in dahlonega. perfect location, really close to downtown aka the square. a group of us stayed comfortably at the house for the six Gap Century Bike Ride. we will definitely come back in the future.

Awesome house. Right one the river. Very relaxing. Great place to stay in Blueridge. Close to town.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and my children really loved the pool and hot tub.

We loved the cabin! It was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely bring a different vehicle next time, had a little bit of a hard time maneuvering on the mountain roads to get up to the cabin. Steep downhill and inclines. Immaculately clean! We are very selective renters and this place went above and beyond expectations. Came to relax and we achieved that! It was quiet with plenty of privacy. The views were amazing, even with the water receded this time of year. Close to town without the feel of being close to town. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our time staying here!! The house is beautiful, so much space, and has everything you need. The view!! Gorgeous. We loved kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing each day for hours. Our kids (and us) didn’t want to leave. We had s’mores by the campfire every night and enjoyed lunch on the porch each day. Everyone is already asking when we can go back. ❤️

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

A lovely, relaxing home in Sky Valley! We really appreciated the natural light coming through the skylights during the day and the cozy feel throughout the home. The loft area also creates a nice sense of connection with the main living room area.

We booked a long weekend with our two elementary age girls and dog. We had a blast! It was our first time visiting Dahlonega, but honestly, we didn't want to leave the house. The size and features of the property are incredible. Besides being creek side with your own private waterfall, there is tons of flat grassy lawn to play and explore. The house is super family friendly and there were so many thoughtful touches. Our girls loved the dishes to pan for gold, we played cornhole, there were outdoor towels on hooks ready for us, plenty of fleece blankets to snuggle with, and we didn't realize there was going to be a legit air hockey table! We ate meals creekside and enjoyed the campfire. Our dog definitely lived her best life all weekend long, as did we all. It was the perfect place to unplug and spend time as a family. Joe was an amazing host and hands down we would highly recommend.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful, well kept, and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! There was 14 of us and the home was extremely accommodating for everyone. Plenty of space and great views just as advertised. I hope to book this home again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is very private and has some wonderful views from the hot tub. We had a slight issue with finding the house because my GPS did not register the road we were supposed to continue down, but we still easily found the house. Be warned if you are traveling with anyone who is not super active because the walk to town involves you going up/down a steep hill in the neighborhood and the very steep driveway. The town is only a 5 minute drive if you don't feel like walking (which is what we did) and there is ample parking. Our only issue was the chemicals in the hot tub were too high but, the host was very responsive after we left and informed them. Overall, I would definitely recommend for a stay with a large group!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family. Even with the rain we had a wonderful time. We loved the smaller cottage for us older folks. Some peace and quiet from the grands! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We thoroughly enjoyed the large fireplace. So warm and cozy! The large Christmas tree and decorated mantle was a beautiful addition to the holiday spirit. Thank you again for sharing such a special place!

We had a great stay at blue harmony! It was the perfect location, easy walk to the downtown area and super close to the country store which had everything we needed! Plus 4 easy parking spots! House was nice and big and really nice and recently well done, beds were super comfortable and overall the perfect space for 3 adult couples and 3 kids. You’ll need to restock on basics like paper towels, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and trash bags but it didn’t hinder our stay. Also note that there’s no TV in the living room (only the bedrooms but we had fun playing games!), 1 towel per person - so bring extra if you use more than one, and only 6 seats at the kitchen table. We loved this place and can’t recommend it enough! Wish it was warm enough and not raining so we could’ve used the fire pit!

This was the second time we have stayed at Ashley and Brads beautiful home. We came back for a reason! The home offers lots of space, is well furnished, and they have thought of everything you need for a great place to relax. They are great host!

We enjoyed our four nights! Rachel communicated quickly throughout the process, and we had everything we needed during our stay! If the opportunity arose, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Our family loved staying here! It was comfortable inside and the amenities were exactly as described. The views outside make it so special, the porch felt like being in a treehouse! We'd love to stay here again.

Gorgeous house and was extremely comfortable!

What an incredible cottage. We booked last minute and were SO pleased. We hike, hike and more hiking so having a clean and comfortable place is always number 1. The home was peaceful and quiet and bright (big windows to see the beauty outside). The home was clean and had everything anyone could need. There were amazing instructions - never had to wonder. You could tell so much love and attention went into the home. We treated it just like our own and hope to be back. Great location not far from Hayesville or Franklin. The area is an outdoors paradise. Every cooking thing you could think of. Made cooking dinner so easy. The beds were comfortable and the master even had a fan - which I love. My husband left his phone charger at home. Joan even had one for his phone. Books to read and games and beautiful bird feeders to watch. Such a beautiful place. I so appreciated the no cleaning fee. We gave traveled all over and this one is one of the BEST! Thanks, Joan!

Terry’s home was an amazing couple of days… everything you need to feel at home and more! The views were spectacular, the gardens a treat to walk through, birds chirping, nice fire pit! The bedrooms are all very inviting and the bathrooms are each luxurious in their own way! Top notch place… I highly recommend!
