Lovely place to stay, amazing views and a cosy feel while still being nice and open, great views of the harbour, the road is nice and tucked away from the busy streets while the centre of the town is easily and quickly accessible with a co-op only a couple of minutes walk away. Great range of amenities and could easily be used to stay in for multiple weeks happily. We had told Vanessa about an issue with the Nintendo Wii and she had been round and put in a replacement one in less than 10 minutes. Great location, great accommodation and great service. Couldn't ask for any more we had a lovely weekend

what a gem of a find in St Ives. The view from the lounge window was incredible I couldn't stop looking out off it . less than a 10 minute walk into St Ives. less than 10 minutes to the train station for a day out in Penzance. I'm hoping to make this an annual stay in Elaine's flat.

The flat was perfect for a couple's getaway and the views amazing! It had everything we needed, was bright & clean and comfortable. Katherine left great instructions about the flat and the area. We had a fantastic time, thank you.

Enjoyed a three night stay with my girlfriend and having stayed here previously a few years ago, can’t recommend it enough. The flat is as described and pictured, clean, tidy, relaxing, in a great location with amazing views! Barrie is a great host and very responsive although we didn’t have to contact during our stay as the instructions are really easy to follow and everything in the flat was fine. We will be looking to stay again when visiting St Ives.

We had a lovely stay! Apartment is just by the beach and on the same street as all the shops - fantastic location! Getting to the car park and in and out of town is generally very tricky but follow maps and Pauls instructions! Highly recommend and we would definitely come back :)

Wow! What a gorgeous house! The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The kitchen / living area is a beautiful space, well equipped and very relaxing to spend time in. The bedrooms are so stylish and beds very comfortable. A real luxury to have 3 bathrooms too. Handy to have a hot water outside shower and large shed to store wetsuits and boards etc. A very short walk down to the beautiful beach. Can highly recommend the surf school - great instructors. Loads of eating places a few minutes walk away. We especially enjoyed Catch, also great pizzas from the pizza place. The cafe at the Bedruthan Hotel and Spa was also fabulous. Great to visit nearby Padstow and Port Isaac and a great walk to Bedruthan Steps from the National Trust car park. Jax and Simon’s home is a perfect place to spend a week in Mawgan Porth and we would love to come back one day.

My wife and 2 sons stayed here only for 2 nights but it felt like our home away from home and we really enjoyed our stay. We would come back.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

Danielle and Marc are great communicators and were available via phone/text should i needed them. The annex is lovely and cosy with all you need for a short break, i look forward to being back down again either end of the year or early next year and hope they have availability.. will recommend them to family and friends

We had a wonderful holiday in the perfect location. From Ocean’s Edge, perched above the glorious Smugglers’ cove, the views are outstanding. All necessities are provided plus a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. We look forward to returning!

Lovely spacious house just a few minutes from the beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. Good to have the garden for wetsuits and surfboards. Easy walk into Newquay. Tolcarne beach is lovely and watched a lovely sunset having drinks at the restaurant there.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!! Cannot recommend this place enough - the location was perfect, being so close to the beach was amazing and it was great to be near to Newquay, Padstow etc too. It truly felt like a home from home - had a great amount of space, comfy furniture and the welcome hamper was so thoughtful (even something for our pooch!). Everything we could have needed was provided and we just had the best weekend! We will definitely be booking again and can’t thank Barbara enough for our fantastic stay!

I booked Emily and Matt’s place for my fiancés birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. The views from the living area and the bedroom are amazing. (As a keen golfer it was difficult watching the golfers play in the sun without wanting to join in) The place was spotless and we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of bubbly which was a nice touch. Any questions we had were answered very quickly so communication was spot on. We ate and drank at the places they recommended and they were all amazing. I think Rosa was our favourite for tea and box and barber was our favourite for breakfast. Perfect location for beach walks, coastal walks and 5 mins from the local town. We would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again when we return to Newquay

Becky and Alex's flat has beautiful views and they give very clear and thorough instructions. They also let you know what to expect in advance regarding the road leading to the flat and they give you several different parking options, which were really helpful. The place had everything we needed and it was really cozy!

Absolutely loved this stay - cannot recommend enough! SO close to the beach, very homely, within walking distance to the town centre. The place was bright & airy, plenty of space for the 3 of us & our four-legged-baby. Julia was extremely accommodating & super responsive. Excellent seaside stay. The apartment; cozy and nicely finished. The location; perfect walking distance to fistral beach. The setup; lovely and clean with good WiFi, perfect for remote working. Great setup for a pet also. Extra mile with treats for humans and K9’s alike on arrival which was a classy touch. Parking easy and plentiful which is at a premium in Newquay. Would recommend.

Exactly as described and as of photo’s. So clean, all that you needed. So lovely, little extras so well planned. Also a little covered terrace area little grassed area looks over the sand dunes nice just to sit enjoy a drink and read a book. After a lovely walk came back through the middle of the accommodation to find a a lovely roof top bar, snacks, coffee etc beau view of the beach and sunset, also another good restaurant, bar had no idea it was there no noise never heard anything in our apartment it does hiclose at a certain time so no nuisance noise. The apartment has a wonderful postion, straight onto the lovely beach of Perranporth, wonderful sandy long beach, rock pools and fantastic geological sculpted under cliff cave fronts. Straight onto the dunes for walking. Waterfront beach bar convenient for drinks n snacks. Very short access straight onto the coastal paths fantastic walking, scenery and interesting. Perranporth good range of eating places, takeaways. Relaxing stay.
