Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan : locations de vacances en résidence de tourisme

Nos quedamos 8 noches en lo de Stella, y no podría haber sido más perfecto. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, amplio, cómodo con una cocina impecable llena de los elementos necesarios para cocinar, como en tu casa. El barrio es divino, tranquilo, y seguro! Stella responde rápidamente, siempre atenta, nos ayudo en todo lo necesario. Definitivamente es un lugar recomendable para estadías largas, volveríamos sin dudarlo!

We had a great stay at Pablo’s place. Beds were very comfortable, really nice bathroom and shower, everything was clean and neat. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with coffee and a drip coffee maker. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. Great location in Bushwick, just a block from Kosciusko st. Station. We could easily walk and explore the neighborhood, with lots of great bars and restaurants nearby.

Nicholas’s apartment in a clean, spacious and centrally located in Hoboken He was responsive to my questions and flexible regarding my arrival and departure times. Overall great host!

I really enjoyed my stay. Place looks exactly as the pictures, check in was a breeze as instructions were pretty clear. I arrived after 11 pm and checked out at 3am had no inconveniences at either time. Loved the spacious bathroom, didn't find a need to use the washer/dryer but nice to know they're available. Parking was perfect! Safe and spacious (which is hard to find) Overall a 5+plus rating, I would definitely consider this place for a future stay if I'm in the area. Thank you Orian!

Location is outstanding and the management team was responsive and friendly; so two thumbs up to those two things. The small apartment was fine for two people for a week. It was, on the surface, as it appears in it's profile pictures. Overall, however, the place is in need of repair and general maintenance. Definitely does not feel like anyone actually lives here and is taking care of the place. While building noise was bearable during the week despite thin walls between apartments, Thurs-Sat noise was excessive and went well past 2am. Wifi was strong and reliable. Shower/Sink water took awhile to get hot, but was great once it came to temp. The neighborhood is lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at Tamayo’s place. It is exactly as described, and was just right for my husband and myself with our teenage daughter. The beds were cozy, the space was very clean, and the host was responsive. We were glad we brought sleep masks as the bedrooms have a lot of light and no shades. The area is fantastic to get to the NJCL and into NYC quickly. This also means you’ll hear trains and their horns frequently. There are a lot of restaurants within a short walking distance. Tony’s pizza was our favorite. Make sure to read the listing so you know what to expect because it is advertised as a minimalist Airbnb and that is very true. You’ll have just what you need, but no frills.

The Ave is our first choice when we visit northern NJ. The gym is top notch. The building and parking is very secure. The property is well maintained.

Very thankful to have found Sundays spot — like other reviewers have mentioned, the space is much bigger than what you would expect. Very clean, great decor, and huge tv’s in every room with the world’s comfiest beds. Apprehensive at first when researching because of how Newark can change from block to block depending on the area, but it’s a good location and the neighbors are friendly. Home felt very safe, especially with the gated parking in driveway or garage option; and would not hesitate to come back for another stay!
