We stayed for 2 nights as a weekend escape and Geeta’s place was perfect for this. Very easy to use- clean, tidy, easy instructions and a good location. Within easy walking distance of the bustle, with shops and things nearby such as a useful Co-Op and a friendly traditional pub bar over the road! Great little shops, restaurants and a lovely cocktail bar (Seven) in St Ives and views to soothe the soul . Thank you Geeta

Chris was a fabulous, friendly host. The apartment was well equipped with essentials to get our stay started e.g. coffee, tea, bread, milk, butter and jam, plus we had access to oils, vinegars, herbs and spices. The bathroom was also well stocked with essentials. The apartment is in an excellent location - just a short walk to the centre of town, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and the train/bus stations. Chris's recommendations were very useful, particularly the Pocketful of Stones gin distillery where we had a fantastic gin tasting session. I can't recommend the property high enough. Thanks Chris for making our stay in Penzance so enjoyable!!

My dog and I had a lovely 4-night stay at Sabine’s wonderful little flat. Sabine welcomed us on arrival (with cookies, thank you!!) and showed me around the flat, the flat was exactly as described and very clean. The private garden was great too. The kitchen had everything it needed (although, may I suggest an air fryer?), the bathroom was clean and the shower was absolutely lovely! Bed was comfy and living room was cosy! Tv doesn’t have any streaming services so I would suggest bringing a laptop if you like to use these. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this to anyone wanting a nice flat to stay in, just a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Thanks for having us!!

I have just come back from staying at Dave’s beautiful property for a couple of nights. I stayed there with my dog and partner and felt right at home straight away, the apartment is beautifully furnished and in the most perfect location if you want chilled days at the beach or to go and surf! I would definitely stay there again. Dave was very accommodating and friendly and very quick to reply to messages. An awesome host! Thanks again for a great stay Dave, I will 100% be recommending to friends.

David and Lizzie’s place is a true sanctuary for the soul. I have read in other reviews that the pictures on here do not make it justice and I couldn’t agree more. I loved how peaceful it was, and will certainly miss seeing all the robins, squirrels and other animals pass by the windows in the morning, all on an exploratory mission into the majestic garden. The cottage has quite a history having hosted numerous families and famous painters over the centuries. The garden at the back still has the same layout established in the nineteenth century and it is great to see all the various species of exotic plants grown by the various owners still thriving to this day. The cottage is perfectly located if you are travelling by public transport. This goes not just for train links in and out of Penzance, but also for local buses around the area and the Land’s End Coaster. Thanks a lot for all your tips guys, and for being so humane. 5 stars does not do this apartment justice, it deserves more. If I could give this apartment a higher mark I absolutely would. Not only is it a beautifully located apartment, it is spacious, BEAUTIFULLY decorated with everything you could want for a luxurious, restful stay. The design and attention to detail make you feel as though you are staying in a high end boutique hotel. A remarkably peaceful place to stay considering you are literally steps away from a bustling, working harbour. Our hosts were kind and generous with their time, recommendations and help during the stay maintaining contact prior to arrival to ensure ease of check in. I can honestly say it is the best sleep I have had in years, the bed was an absolute delight to sleep in which was in keeping with the comfort and luxury throughout the apartment. I have absolutely no doubt we will be returning to Quayside many times in the future.

We really loved our stay at Treetops. Such a peaceful location with beautiful views over Mounts Bay and beyond. The cream tea and being able to look out over Tom and Gail's lush, almost tropical garden were a real bonus! Although we used the car very little during our 4 night stay, being able to leave it outside made everything very easy. And if you don't mind walking back up a steep hill at the end of each day, there are sooo many things you can do in this area by walking and/or using the local bus service. Tom was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Allowed us to be as independent as we wanted to be, but also available to offer advice when we needed it. The apartment was cosy as well as spacious, with everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen/sitting room and a super comfy bed. Thank you so much Tom and Gail for a fab holiday. We would definitely love to return someday soon :)

Fantastic communication with Cameron & Julie... warm & friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The place was delightful, quiet and peaceful, and had its own little garden which was a plus! The surrounding area is beautiful. with lovely walks and a useful shop and tea rooms just a few minutes walk away. I had a wonderful few days and certainly would like to visit in the future. Highly recommended!

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

We chose it as it was near friends we were visiting. Local shops nearby, car needed for Morrisons etc and easy access to tourist routes. Train & parking to other resorts 10 mins away. Just what it said on the tin. A lovely Hobbit Hole, under their bungalow. Private entrance, low ceilings. Compact, everything we needed - cooker, fridge etc. Washing machine on request. Sylvia was very friendly and helpful. Would go again. Great value for money. Clean and tidy.

Sally provided a wonderful, clean and beautiful accommodation for me, my wife and mother in law to stay while I worked. Everything was as described and Sally kept us fully informed on our 1 night stay. will definitely use again!

Me and my partner had a great stay at Wrens Retreat. Compact but very cosy and warm in the 2 degree weather we had! Ali was very responsive constantly during our stay, there was a slight issue with the toilet flush but it was fixed very quickly and without any fuss. Ali even let us get in a bit early and leave our bags there as there was no one checking in which was really great! Comfy bed, and ample storage, even a hair dryer! Had everything you would need for a little break away. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend! 👍🏻

Really lovely stay! I had a fairly late check in as my train didn’t arrive into Hayle till past midnight, and Lain & Sarah had left the light on for me as well as the heating which was really nice of them! Was a lovely stay, really nice bathroom and wonderful bed! Thank you both so much!

Everything about this place was perfect, so nice to sit in the window and look out to the land, very peaceful. Hosts are lovely and friendly, lovely space, fully equipped with everything you need. Hot tub is lovely, will definitely be booking again! Thank you ❤️

great accommodation next to beach and a short walk to the harbour town. view was superb and the added passes for the spa at nearbye hotel was icing on cake. there is a little train station by beach which we used to visit other nearbye beaches and towns. walking and dining in St ives all day, visiting the gorgeous beach and making great use of the spa facilities. whats not to love.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely flat to stay in, very clean and everything there that you will need. Nice new kitchen which is well equipped. Plenty of hot water in the nice shower. Comfortable bed. Car park easy to access. Just be advised that if you choose to walk into town it’s very hilly. We did, every day, and our legs got a thorough work out. The walk is not for the faint hearted!

Georgie and Chris were great hosts, the hay loft is exactly as described and a beautiful place to stay. As others have mentioned, it’s peaceful and within walking distance of a lovely local pub which does fantastic food! Georgie and Chris had provided a welcome pack of eggs, milk, bread and Prosecco which was a nice touch. The hay loft has everything you need for a quiet break, the hot tub an excellent addition to. Would highly recommend 😊

This is a beautiful apartment. The location is stunning, we know Fistral well, and being able to sit and watch the surf was incredibly relaxing. The welcome hamper was a really lovely touch. It really did have everything we could have asked for, it was crisp, clean, well furnished and an easy stay - a perfect place to spend a special birthday!
