A perfect place to stay! Megan is a great host! Space is lovely and the added touches make it special , so special I am coming to stay another week! Bed is cozy with beautiful sheets and extra towels . She provides beautiful soaps and extra toiletries . The area is great to walk around easy to get to beach and restaurants , views are just wonderful from the space. Wonderful place to rest after a long day . Thank you Megan see you soon!

We had a wonderful few days in Anthony’s apartment in Williamsburg. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is extremely convenient to subways, coffee shops, restaurants etc. It’s also tastefully appointed and well designed. I wish the weather had been warm enough to spend time in the backyard. It’s beautiful! Anthony is super responsive and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

My family was in town for a funeral, and we were able to book Victoria's home and save versus booking multiple hotel rooms. The location is minutes of I-95, so the home gave us a nice, central home base with a kitchen to get to everything and feed the kiddos between events. While we weren't looking for a beach trip - we were able to walk to the local beach and enjoy it with our young kids for a few hours over the weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for us. Communicating with Victoria was very easy, and check in/out was a piece of cake as there is a lock box on the house. If I need to bring the family back to the Stamford area, we'll definitely want to stay at Victoria's home again! Thanks!

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

This house was a lovely place for our family trip! Our party of 4 had plenty of room to spread out, beach is just a few min away, along with restaurants, shops etc. There is plenty of room in the backyard, but my family really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and playing cards. Everything we needed was there, and all questions answered quickly! I would definitely book again!!

We had a fantastic time at Rob’s place. The location is amazing, super close to the beach and to town. This is a very comfortable home that is well equipped with tons of towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. The back deck area is huge and adds a lot to the house. We loved the grill, hot tub and outdoor shower. We were able to bring our dog which is very important to us. The kitchen is very well equipped. Rob’s an amazing communicator. He was super responsive to us. Highest recommendation.

Everything is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. A very cozy home that was very thoughtfully stocked with things you might need. Roma was a very sweet and accommodating host and made sure to leave me with some snacks and a bottle of wine after giving me a quick tour. A jacuzzi and a parking spot is a such a gem in Brooklyn. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

We spent a week at Joe‘s house and couldn’t be happier. The house, property, and surrounding area was amazing. Everything was super clean, and you won’t find a spot like this anywhere else. The master bathroom is incredible. Already trying to figure out how I can replicate that shower in my own house lol. would recommend this place 100%

We thank very much Bob and François for their apartment. It is well located for easy access to New-York. Grove Station (metro station) is near the apartment, to go easily to New-York through the PATH (Port Authority Trans-Hudson. The PATH offers twos possibilities to go to New-York: to World Trade Center or to 33rd Street if we want to go upper into Manhattan. The street is quiet, without noise during the night. A grocery store is open late at night, between Grove station and the apartment.

We loved our stay with our dog! Would definitely stay here again if in the area. There’s access to the backyard which has a small playground and turf for dogs which came in handy! There’s also a park a block away and some great Indian and Colombian food just up the street a 10 min walk away. There’s also mattress was also super comfy!

Gregory’s place is a bit of a triumphant return to the old days of Airbnb. He lived in the basement but I’d completely respectful of space and privacy and even left during our stay. The house itself feels like a real home and has been meticulously g curated with all sorts of awesome art and eye treasures to uncover. Might not be everyone’s taste but if you need the beds as listed and appreciate pastiche, this is the place. We would definitely return.

We were in town for a concert in Red Bank and the cabin met our needs perfectly. Ideal accommodations for two people and we were able to bring our dog along. An easy stay in a very comfortable setting.

Denia, is a great host. Everything was great, we had a great time. The accommodations were as described, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near NYC.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

The Ave is our first choice when we visit northern NJ. The gym is top notch. The building and parking is very secure. The property is well maintained.

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Nir’s home. It was very clean and welcoming. The pool was just lovely and much needed on some very warm days. Especially after working hard all day! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need to cook gourmet meals! Nice large subzero refrigerator as well. Very spacious home and well designed for private areas. Air conditioning was fabulous as was hot water in the many bathrooms. Lots of towels for bath and pool .Beds we’re comfortable which was amazing. Close to parkways, grocery and gym. We felt very much at hime. Nir is an outstanding kind host and communicates very well if there is an issue. We hope to stay again in the future! I highly recommend Nir’s home!!!

My daughter arrived first, Martha had communicated to me that a ETA would help so they would be available to let us in and give us the keys, anyway I forgot to tell my daughter that part and Martha’s husband was prompt in meeting up without prior notice. The place was spotless, adorable and perfect for us. Parking wasn’t terrible, a couple times around the block and we found spots, walking around felt safe, car was safe. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the kid downstairs running back and forth at 11:30-12am, it’s bad when you can hear it over the tv, and we were trying to be quiet and mindful of them, no fault of the hosts but a bit annoying! All in all, great stay.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.

This place is absolutely perfect for a large family or multiple families traveling together. The description was exactly as described and everything was easy to figure out/find as details were provided in advance. The host was extremely communicative with us and super responsive when we reached out with a couple of questions. There were AMPLE extra towels & linens available and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. The coffee, pods, teas, etc. were a nice touch and we enjoyed them daily. There were Tide pods available for a few loads of laundry (which was really nice when traveling with a toddler). We found LOTS of board games available which was nice to wind down to in the evenings. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and were pleasantly surprised that there was a lighted Christmas tree awaiting us!! This was a super nice touch and made the holiday feel "real"! We absolutely LOVED our stay and although a little pricey-it was certainly worth every dime spent!! You won't regret it!!
