My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Staying here truly felt like being in paradise. The house itself feels so inviting; it took no time at all to relax and feel at home. This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

The house, to which the unit is attached around the back, is beautiful. To access it you go around the back from the driveway & across the patio. Although it's pet friendly, it doesn't smell like it in the least. The design is almost minimalist in nature yet very welcoming, calm & cozy. This was ideal for our brief stay. We're thankful it was conveniently located and fit our needs. The host was very responsive, which is always a plus.

Absolutely fantastic place in a perfect location on Fire Island. Maryann is also an incredible host—by far the smoothest communications process of any vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Would love to return to this place and check out some fantastic other properties she has. One word to the wise though— if you come early in FI offseason, there is a lot of maintenance work being done around town—-the neighbors across street somehow had someone power washing their fence for two days straight and there is some car traffic on the island. Not a dealbreaker but worth being mindful of…

Mabel was very responsive and friendly! The place was super cute with the bee theme and we all enjoyed our stay! There were 10 of us in the group and we fit comfortably. The location was great and you can easily get into NYC and Hoboken. Everything was clean as well! I would rent from Mabel again in a heartbeat! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Emily's place was perfect. Great location and Hoboken is a very cool city. Walkable, friendly area with easy access to PATH & NYC. Emily was an exceptional host. We got in town earlier than expected & she responded immediately to our text. She allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could explore while the place was being cleaned. We will definitely visit again!

We had a peaceful garden apartment stay at Margo and Vipin’s. 2 very comfortable bedrooms and a beautiful outdoor garden area. Private, secure, and spotless! Felt like home with lots of blankets and towels. Walkable to transportation, restaurants, and shopping, while situated on a quiet, family-friendly street. Kindly, they were flexible with the checkin and checkout we needed. Sparkling bathroom!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.
