Emily's place was perfect. Great location and Hoboken is a very cool city. Walkable, friendly area with easy access to PATH & NYC. Emily was an exceptional host. We got in town earlier than expected & she responded immediately to our text. She allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could explore while the place was being cleaned. We will definitely visit again!

Had 3 wonderful nights here, took LIRR in & back to Manhattan twice & was able to catch some Broadway shows between my concert at the local historic Paramount Theatre John was a great communicator!! A+++

Kimberly welcomed me whan I arrived and helped me with parking. I was given a tour and was thrilled with this accommodation! It was bright, minimalistic yet had everything I needed and other things I might have forgotten. A variety of coffees and teas were available, not to mention some snacks. I was impressed! It was just how I wanted my stay to be: quiet, clean and comfortable! I slept very well there. My only regret is I didn't have enough time to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. When I come to visit after my new great nephew arrives, this will be my first choice in the area!

We thought the space was comfortable and clean. We were happy to have a space to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day. I gave this Airbnb a good review mainly because the owners were nice, accommodating, quick to respond and active to make my stay as comfortable as possible. All the amenities we needed were there, including a tea kettle! Check out was simple and easy. We were grateful to leave without having to strip any beds or take out the trash. If you are sensitive to noise: there is another floor below this one and occasionally you can hear sounds coming from downstairs. The shower head is a bit weak, but got the job done. Overall good experience.

We stayed from March 21 to Apr 10, a long stay. For a family of three, the studio is perfect. Location is great, very clean, comfortable, cozy, nice amenities. Bathroom is super tight, which is the only issue with the unit. But the best part was Howard, the host. He was super friendly, very proactive always asking what we needed, and responded very quickly (even when he was away). Overall, we were happy with the place.

Jessica's place is lovely. It's comfortable, clean, and spacious. We didn't spend a lot of time there but if we have had the time we would have. I recommend Jessica's place.

It was a perfect home away from home, we had a toddler with us during our stay and we had space from the bedroom for a place to put a crib along with a jungle gym across the street for us to entertain him while having a beautiful coast line to entertain us. The house was beautiful and a perfect coastal home. We loved it very much and would recommend. Thank you again for the great stay in patchague.

A very clean, spacious and well equipped and presented property with easy walking to every facility. Particularly liked white bed linen and towels which gives confidence of cleanliness. The property is well proportioned and in an ideal location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the massive park at the top of the slope. Travis was always responsive and helpful.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and our dog while in the area for the McLean Ave parade - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Matched the description and photos. Clean, spacious, welcoming. Friendly and responsive hosts.

Great experience for a week-long parent-kid NYC trip! I was in NYC with my 13 yo sightseeing for spring break. I wanted something more spacious and home-y than a hotel, and this was a perfect fit. Beautiful, modern, clean - very close to a full grocery store and the subway - right blend of upscale and comfortable. Kitchen is great - we ate about half our meals at home (stovetop, microwave, and oven). Bedding and living areas both very comfortable. Appreciate being able to access my Netflix, Hulu, etc. on the tv. It’s about 30 min to get to lower or midtown Manhattan on the subway, about 50 min to Harlem. Straight shot to most places. Felt safe walking the couple blocks home at 9 - 10 pm. I would definitely stay here again. Great experience for what we needed!

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

We were in NJ for an u certain amount of time, and julie worked with us to help extend our stay a few times. Quickly responding and fixing any issue we had along the way. Great host!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

Great place! Classic Hoboken apartment. Alex was very proactive with communication and super easy to work with. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Would definitely stay again!

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!

L’emplacement permet de profiter du calme tout en étant rapidement au cœur de New York. La maison est très bien équipée, propre et parfaite pour un séjour en toute tranquillité. William est un hôte accueillant et attentionné, toujours disponible si besoin. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et gardons de merveilleux souvenirs de notre séjour !

El hospedaje era muy lindo , cómodo y todo súper limpio , lo que describían era cierto, lugar muy lindo para hospedarse unos excelentes anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo lo recomendaría 100% al que quiera reservarlo, muy buena comunicación y tenía jabón, shampoo en los baños de cortesía y algunas cosas útiles en la cocina todo lo necesarios, fácil acceso a la casa en la esquina hay un supermercado mexicano con todo lo necesario. Todo súper bien.
