For just the two of us this was a perfect choice for a peaceful ‘away from it all’ holiday break. We had plenty of room to spread out in this beautiful, and extremely well equipped home. Our special thanks to Graham & Jo for having it so well prepared, and for being very helpful with arrival & departure arrangements. This location is already a favourite of ours, with a wide variety of interesting places within a reasonably short distance. We are already looking for dates to go again !

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Wow what a fantastic place , so chuffed with everything, masses of room for everyone, 100% recommend this place, you will love it, would love to return at some point . Thanks Clair for everything 👍👍👍

Hope Cottage was perfect. A roomy yet cosy cottage in a great location. Lots of lovely touches like games and books. We would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at High View House. The house was immaculate and welcoming and just perfect for our family break. Mundesley is in a great location for visiting various locations in Norfolk. Larissa our host, was fantastic when I needed to call her early one morning to help us with something. We’ll be back for sure!

Cute cottage in an ideal quiet location - not just near to the shops and cafes in Holt but also everywhere else like Sheringham, Weybourne etc. Host was really helpful with a long paragraph of local recommendations for bars, beaches etc. House seemed clean :) cosy. And Netflix on the TV 🫶 Only thing is, if you’re a bit spooked out by portraits maybe pass this one because they’re in the hallway before the bedrooms - we’re both scaredy cats and had to keep the light on 😂😭

Lovely place to stay with lots of room. Big kitchen, which was a really nice sociable space. Great location. Would stay again if in the area.

Exactly as advertised, perfect for a group of us wanting to be close to the city (very short walk). Cute little hamper of goodies waiting for us and towels/bedding etc. Regular communication from Sinead! No complaints! :)

We couldn't have asked for any better. Sarah was responsive at all times and so friendly. The accommodation was better than expected, lots of room for 6 adults and a dog plus more if needed. Everywhere was spotlessly clean which was lovely. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Don't hesitate on booking this lovely house, perfect in every way, thanks Sarah 🥰

For our family of 5, this place was perfect. There are four rooms and a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed with two bathrooms which works out well for us. This place is just a stone throw away from the city center, the mall and sainsbury. Liam and team very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in early, which was very helpful after our long flight from Brunei and drive from London. Thank you so much for that. I asked about the limescale in kettle and Liam was kind enough to replace a new kettle for us. Really a five star stay and I would recommend this place for a larger family who want to stay close to the city. There is a parking on site, which is bit tight but we were able to fit our rented estate car quite well.

This is our second stay at this property and I would highly recommend. At the last minute I was unable to join my family due to parental illness, and the hosts were very kind and patient dealing with my husband in my absence. It's a lovely set-up owned by great people.

We just enjoyed a lovely long cold but sunny March weekend at Rachel's cosy cottage annexe. The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated (just like the photos) and wonderfully peaceful and quiet, on a beautiful and secluded road near the golf course. Easily walkable to the beach, town centre or the wonderful Whelk Coppers Cafe, where we had breakfast every morning. The house was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking. Just a note, no victuals provided, so bring your own milk, tea, coffee, salt, cooking oil etc or buy them at the nearby shops, a short walk away. Rachel's excellent instructions made everything easy and she was on-hand if we needed anything. We also loved the sitting room being on the 1st floor, as there was a view and lots of space there. The shower was good and the heating kept us warm, once it got going. We really loved our stay at Little Lodge and would highly recommend it as a base for exploring Sheringham and the surrounding coast.

We had a lovely stay in this quirky, characterful house. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was easy on-street parking. The really good thing was that the owner went above and beyond to sort out an issue we had. Many thanks for that David. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

Will definitely return. More spacious than expected and really well appointed. Great location with beach and town really close. Only downside is parking with the parking space at the end of a narrow road and nowhere to really turn round. Not an issue if you have a small car. We parked in an adjacent street as advised by Fiona. Next time we would go by train and order an online shop for delivery when we arrived. Station is close by and there is a regular service to Norwich that stops at cromer.

Fantastic stay for my 30th Birthday. The house is absolutely stunning and really felt like home for the weekend we stayed. Would highly recommend. The facilities were perfect and had everything we could have needed. Janine was lovely, very responsive and always helpful especially when we needed a slightly later check out! Definitely stay here!

Great location. At least one double bed would be good and a second toilet when 4 people are staying and a cloths line would be good. The house was fantastic everything we needed we were very happy with it and would stay again.
