It’s very clear that a lot of love went into renovating this historic home. There is so much charm! The beds were cozy and the bathrooms were lovely. We will happily stay there again in the future.

Clean, affordable stay in Evansville. This is a great stay with pets because of the fenced yard and hard floors throughout. Keith was responsive and was able to accommodate our early arrival. Happy with our stay and will keep in our list of favorites in Evansville.

We had a great stay at Kendal's home. Great neighborhood, beautiful house, and my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the porch swing. We would love to stay again next time we're in town.

Was I wonderful say. The host was very Helpful, And prompt to answer any of our questions.. Provided us with snacks and breakfast. The home was very welcoming, As well as spacious. Everything we needed was provided.I would definitely recommend staying.

Kaci was an excellent host and went out of her way to help us get items we needed to celebrate Christmas even though there was a snowstorm. She was also flexible with us as we had to change our check in date at the last minute due to the storm. The house was beautiful and cozy with awesome views out of the many windows in the rear of the house. There was lots of room to host our families Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a full Christmas meal. We will definitely stay here again. Only next time we are hoping the weather will be better so we can enjoy the awesome deck and outside entertaining area this house offers. Our only complaint would be that the internet was slow, and we wish the couch in the living room was bigger to fit the family better.

The space was exactly as described. Check in and entry were easy. Nathan communicated well and was helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the place was very comfortable and private and had everything we needed for a five night stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay. The space has nice energy and is decorated well. The area is really pretty so we spent a lot of time walking around the neighborhood and by the river. Sean let us check in early and I really appreciate hosts that don’t throw fees at you every chance they get. 10/10 recommend this place and we hope to stay again soon.

We had an amazing stay! The studio was fantastic, especially that chair and light, which made it perfect for reading. Kale was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The convenience of everything was also a huge plus. If the weather hadn’t been so cold this past weekend, we could have easily walked to all the attractions. I’m already planning to return to enjoy the studio and the surrounding area when the weather improves. The rooftop is so charming and cozy. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

Me and my friends had an incredible stay at Melissa’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to bars and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Melissa was a fantastic host, providing clear communication from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, even offering great local recommendations!

This home is so cute and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Tammy met us at the home as the cleaning was just being finished up. The place was immaculate. You could smell that the towels and linens had just been freshly laundered. The kitchen was spotless and the living area couches so comfortable. The bedrooms were both comfy too. Maybe could use a brighter light bulb in the back bedroom as we were working from home and it was a bit dim. We opened the back door and that brightened it up a bit. Tammy was aware of a few small loose knobs in the bathroom and pointed it out to us with the understanding she was aware and had repair underway. I don't say that as a negative, but as a comment to her attention to detail and desire to address anything at check in. The house is a quick walk to Donut Bank and the University of Evansville. We were there to visit our students and walked to campus more than once, we would stay here again. The street is quiet.

I stayed here for two days to make my commute to work easier with the weather, so a very last minute booking. I was so pleased at how fast Angela responded & got me in there. She was super helpful & the place was so nice & clean! The instructions to get there, and to get inside were spot on too! Definitely recommend this place & will be telling co-workers if they’re looking for somewhere to stay :)

One of the prettiest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. So much charm. The location is great too! Walkable to Haynies corner !
