Had a late game for our son and didn’t want to make the drive back home so we wanted Bruce’s place. It was clean and nice. We’ll definitely stay again!!

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE APARTMENT AND THE AREA WAS PERFECT FOR US TO TRAVEL TO FLAT ROCK TO FAMILY HOME FOR THANKSGIVING. VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED WITH ALL KITCHEN, TOWELS, ETC FOR YOU. I DO HOPE WHEN WE TRAVEL TO THE AREA AGAIN FOR FAMILY TIME WE CAN STAY WITH CHRISTOPHER AGAIN. THANKS SO VERY MUCH!!!!

Very clean unit with everything needed for our stay. Comfortable bed and the washer/dryer in unit is a plus. Paul is an excellent host, quickly responds, and we would definitely love to stay here again when we are in this area.

This is a great unit in a great location. We walked to everywhere downtown and to Brevard College. It was a perfect spot to relax and hang out in the evenings.

Just WOW. I recommend this place 1 million percent!!! I was actually sad to leave . Do yourself the favor and book! Thank you Emily for being the BEST host. Attention to detail was spot on. The fact that you have toothbrushes. It’s just the little things! Thanks a million 🧡🎆

This cottage apartment hosted by Christopher & Tracey was an absolute gem, definitely deserving 5-star rating across the board. The space was spotless, one of the cleanest stays I’ve ever had. It’s a fully standalone apartment, so you get total privacy & peace. The location feels tucked away just enough to offer quiet and rest, but it’s still incredibly convenient. The kitchen is huge, full fridge, oven, and little touches like coffee and bottled water were much appreciated. The bed was super comfortable, and the thermostat made it easy to keep the space cozy. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind regardless of stay duration. Communication smooth, fast, and helpful from start to finish. Bonus points for the local gems: Cognitive Coffee and Root & Bone are literally 2 min away for great breakfast or lunch Horse Shoe Farm Spa is 5 min. Simple key code entry lock, easy checkout instructions. clean, quiet, and well-located place to recharge in Horse Shoe stay here again 💓

Great spot for us to stay while visiting family in the area. Melissa responded to a question we had about water temperatures super fast and resolved any issues quickly. Great spot in Hendersonville, we could have walked to town if it wasn’t so cold outside (maybe next time!)

Another great stay at Erica's (with support from neighbor Marilyn). The photos accurately portray this wonderful house. Peaceful neighborhood, lovely yard and screened porch. I highly recommend this home for a stay in Brevard. Super-clean, has everything you need, spacious, great location, comfy furniture. Had a great time - thank you for sharing your home!

This was our 30th wedding anniversary. An unexpected turn of events occurred and we had to find a place to celebrate. Adria’s exceeded our expectations inside and out!! We hope to return for another getaway. I highly suggest this lovely spot of tranquility for rest, relaxation and making memories.

Great place, great hosts

We were visiting our granddaughter who is a student at Brevard College. Drew's home is in an idyllic neighborhood within walking distance of the college and the picturesque downtown that offers great shopping, very good restaurants, and surprisingly sophisticated art galleries. The pictures of the home don't convey how professionally this 1930's quintessential southern cottage was enlarged and brought up to modern standards. The kitchen is part of the expansion and was completely equipped with modern upscale appliances including very sophisticated coffee making equipment. All four bathrooms are modern, spacious, and all the bedding is beyond high end hotel standards. Drew stayed in touch with us until he knew we were safely inside and then discretely texted us throughout the stay making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't recommend this place more, and since our granddaughter is sophomore, we'll be back!!

We had an amazing stay with our Daughter who attends Brevard college. The house was perfectly clean and new and our dogs and kids loved it. Close to everything. We will be back

Lindsay’s place was exactly as described and perfect for us. Unfortunately, we were only in the area overnight and wasn’t able to enjoy the Lake Lure area more than we did. Lindsay’s place was extremely clean, cozy and peaceful. We will definitely reach out to Lindsay to stay in her home when we are in the area again!

Loved our stay. The unit is super clean and comfortable and ideally located. Two minute walk to many great restaurants (for sure try Curate!) and also easy walks to all of downtown area and south slope. Appreciated the safe convenient parking. Would chose to stay here next time we are in town.

Alicia was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking process and during my stay. She answered all my questions promptly. The kitchen was also stocked with everything I could have needed/wanted during my stay. Thank you for a great trip!

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely incredible – everything I needed was just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With so much to do within walking distance, I never ran out of activities. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

My friend and I came to Asheville for the weekend to attend a wedding at the Restoration Hotel. Kristin's place couldn't have been more perfect. It is located in downtown Asheville and within walking distance to everything you could need. We had a 5 min walk to the hotel. During our downtime, we explored the downtown area. Lots of wonderful restaurants, specifically Early Girl Cafe and Tupelo Honey. And right downstairs is a great little place to grab a Poke bowl. The condo was very spacious, clean, very comfortable, and in a great location. I felt right at home. Thank you, Kristin, for hosting us. I definitely plan to return to Asheville. Kathi

We had a great stay at Melissa and William's place! It was perfect for us, and cozy in the winter weather. With leaves off the trees, the views of the lake and mountain were awesome!! We were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay again sometime!

My stay at this beautiful home was absolutely wonderful. Though I never met April and Derek in person, they were incredibly attentive and responsive to any enquiries, making everything seamless. The house itself was stunning, well-equipped with great amenities, and set in a peaceful, scenic location—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a quiet retreat!
