Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, about a 15-20 minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The rooms were cozy with comfortable bedding, and the living area was a great space to unwind after long conference sessions. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong- important for catching up on work and staying connected during the trip. One highlight was the outdoor area: the backyard was peaceful, with a small patio and seating area, perfect for early morning coffee or evening relaxation. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Only minor downside was that there were limited grocery and dining options within walking distance, so having a rental car or rideshare apps was necessary. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Las Vegas.

The host was very kind and helpful. I had a little difficulty on getting in and it was late. However, the hosts came down and greeted me and helped me get adjusted in my room. I also enjoyed their cats. Their home had cats but there wasn’t a cat smell. It was extremely pleasant smelling. I’d gladly stay there again.

We had a good time at house. The courts are nice. Have plenty of equipment, no need to bring your own. I did but didn’t need to. Paid for early check in but they didn’t change the door code. Took over 30 minutes to get inside but they still billed me for the full amount. I thought waiving that fee would have been the move. So be careful if you pay for early check in to contact them prior to heading over. You might be standing in the driveway a while. The doors to the backyard have an alarm that is deafening and it goes off right in your ear. Maybe get a tutorial on that before checking in. I wish I had. Other than the early check in and the door alarm the place is great for family fun. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils to cook and grill. Backyard is quite nice and the reason I booked it. Courts have lights and the pool looked very clean. I didn’t go in because it was a little too cold but I can see using it in the summer. I probably would stay again if they get rid of the alarms.

We had a great stay at David’s place. We would definitely come back.
