I played chauffeur on this trip to a friend who recently had a stroke and could not travel long distances alone, so that he could attend a local ceremony for his brother. We needed a place to stay that was quiet, serene, and handicapped accessible. Michael's lodge was all that, and matched the photos in his listing to a tee. Beautiful lakeside grounds, complete with dock and a shoreline seating area with fire pit. I had the privilege of meeting Michael and his wife on arrival - they are friendly, very personable, polite, and extremely helpful - the best example of "southern hospitality" you could ask for. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys nature and the outdoors, especially if they enjoy fishing!

The best stay my family and I have ever had! Such a sweet quaint home and perfect for our family of 7. The hosts were so sweet and attentive, made sure we were happy with our stay and made sure we made it in okay when we arrived. We will absolutely be staying here again very soon. Jennie’s property was a peaceful retreat clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to stay in. The serene surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind after long workdays. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the home. Communication with Jennie was smooth, and she was a gracious host. Whether for work or leisure, this is a fantastic place to stay. We highly recommend it and will be returning!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful, spotless home! Plenty of space to spread out to sleep; Perfect open concept kitchen/living room to pull the family together to hangout! Well stocked with kitchen gadgets & household items! Host was great! Offered easy to follow instructions/details! Very responsive!

This was a great peaceful, quite to stay. We were in town to attend an event at FHU, and it wasn't too far from Henderson and we felt right at home. It had everything we needed and the house was very spacious and looked up to date. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy check in. Close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Will be coming back to stay here again!

Can’t say enough about this place and the host! Making sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating to all our needs even with many vehicles and boats! If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, and amazing host, you found it! This one is staying in my list if we ever come back. The views and the lake is well worth it, highly recommend! 10/10!

Brian’s cottage is adorable. Very private and easy to find. Loved the Caribbean theme 🏝️⛱️🏖️

Our stay was excellent, had a great time on the water having easy access. Our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We willl definitely be back!

2nd time staying at Henry’s place. Just as good as the first time. House is as described, beds are comfortable and everything works. Didn’t get to use the pool, have to come when it’s warm out next time. Ate at The Blacksmith and Rock n Dough, both good spots.

We will definitely be back! The Villa was beautiful & the balcony view’s stunning to say the least. Added perk was i comfort mattresses in bedrooms down stairs, just like ours at home.Cassandra was a great communicator & a joy to meet. We enjoyed our stay & our dog was allowed to stay with us was icing on the cake.Highly recommend it to anyone needing a break from reality. 5stars!!!

Beautiful place” very nice, private , clean ! Had all the amenities of home . Looked like the pictures ,everything was as said ! Setting on the deck was very relaxing . The large Jacuzzi tub was very nice as well . Brian the Co Host went out of his way to make sure we arrived with no problems, an even left ballon’s an Cheesecake for my wife when he heard it was her birthday . Really made her feel special . We had a couple questions an he responded very promptly! He was very friendly an professional and assured us if we needed him just to call . Doing business with people like this makes a huge difference to me . We enjoyed staying here an will gladly return ‘ Thanks Brian greatly appreciated!!

Awesome stay. Prettiest views on the lake.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. I was looking for a place to retreat and just have some quiet time. It was a beautiful setting and wonderful views. Will definitely make a return visit. Thanks for a wonderful retreat.

Coby’s place was a wonderful little getaway spot. Nice and relaxing. Perfect for stargazing and enjoying the Tennessee river. Friendly neighbors as well. I hope to come back one day!

This house is AMAZING! Loved our first week so much we booked a second week and brought the kids back for spring break. Beautiful area, great fishing from the banks by the Pickwick Dam. Great walking trails in the local state parks. The house had everything we needed comfortable beds and living room furniture. We spent most of our time outside sitting in the two decks and enjoyed bonfires at night in the cozy little fire pit! We will definitely be back can’t say enough great things about this house.

Becca and Steven were amazing to work with. They are great people. They communicated very well and gave great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Their place was absolutely adorable and very peaceful. I felt right at home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

A perfect little place for relaxing and getting away from the world. I didn’t have a cell service (Verizon) but the internet that was provided works very well. Stairs are definitely steep, but once you are use to it it’s not too bad. Stormed majority of my stay but what I could see outside was very nice.

I stayed at the Barn Tent Site for about 3 weeks. in that time we had some heavy periods of rain and the summer sun is heating things up. The site is on the high ground in the shade of a sprawling Oak. Not only did the tent stay dry but it was shaded from the sun and was very comfortable. The site is very close to the horses who happily graze the grass, the fireflies are abundant, and you can fall asleep to the calls of the Whippoorwill. Tammy was very responsive to any questions or messages, and had great recommendations. Tammy's property feels like it is miles from town, but in reality it is minutes from anything you could need! Overall a fantastic experience.

We had such a great stay at Jennifer’s home! House was perfect! Super clean & comfortable with beautiful furnishings & decor. Setting was very peaceful. You can tell the owners take great care of their property & want to provide a great stay for guests. Exceeded our expectations. Hope to stay again. Thank you for the hospitality!
