We loved our stay! Having a "home" on our little trip made life with the little ones so much easier and more enjoyable. The kids would get tired and ask to return to "that house" :) We used GPS to go everywhere and found it easy to navigate from this home to all the places we went. There's LOTS of a room. We didn't even need the extra playroom, although the toy corner was a huge hit! The back deck has a porch swing. The kids loves the playground equipment. It's all around a wonderful place. I loved that we had access to the the laundry room and cleaning supplies. I was able to clean up after my messy little eaters and even run a load of laundry. All the good things! Highly recommend!

Great host, great place to stay. Home makes you feel right at home. Host also shows great hospitality making sure you are comfortable and to see if you are in need of anything. Would definitely stay again.

Quit neighborhood. Was not to far from broadway. Would recommend for any one especially a large group.

We loved this place! it's everything we needed and very spacious! Room to sit and eat dinner, a large kitchen to cook food, and very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The sofa sleepers were easy to use and the recliners were comfy! Julie was very responsive, ensured we had everything we needed for our time at her place! We will be staying here again with or without kids!

Location was great. Close to downtown. Close to Vanderbilt. Comfortable and spacious. Owners were prompt with responses to questions.

We enjoyed our 3 night trip to Nashville. The location of this home is so convenient no matter where in Nashville you want to visit. We mostly stayed off the interstates and found driving through downtown the easiest way to get across the city. Great being 5 minutes from downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. It is an older home so some parts of the home are a little run down, but has been remodeled well and overall we felt comfortable staying here. Was bigger inside than we thought it would be. Only negative was the vinyl player was broken and didn't work, but otherwise everything else was great. Having 3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms was a big plus.

We had a wonderful stay! Myself and some girls spent the weekend here and went to the Great Junk Hunt at the Nashville Fairgrounds. Loved every bit of the house! The decor, the use of space, the cleanliness!! Definitely recommend!

Ann's place was exactly as expected. It was so cute! The neighborhood was quiet. There were restaurants and a Dollar Tree within walking distance. Ann reached out to us first thing and made herself available if we needed her. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking. There was also a grill and the necessary utensils. She also had lots of board games plus croquet and frisbees. I would definitely stay there again!

This quiet neighborhood is quite delightful, with easy access to lots of great restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. I really enjoyed exploring East Nashville, but it was also super easy to get into downtown either by renting an E bike or driving. The Airbnb itself is clean and functional. The bed was comfortable.

We had such a wonderful stay at truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in Nashville! We were traveling with my parents, spouse, and 3-year-old, and it was such a relief to find a one-night stay that was also family-friendly. The backyard play structure and other amenities was a huge hit after a long travel day, and inside we were happy to find games and toys that were fun and age-appropriate. The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked—with a full kitchen, plenty of cookware and dishes, a fully supplied bathroom with complimentary toiletries, extra linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making their space comfortable for all guests. Even after a middle-of-the-night wake-up from tornado sirens (classic Tennessee!), we were able to settle back in and rest well. Huge thanks to the Randy & Diane we’d absolutely stay again and hope to return soon!

the place was a great stay. Listing was advertised well. Overall, our group was very happy with location and appearance.

Julie's place was so comfortable! Streaming services were included on the TV, it was in the back of the house with plenty of trees around with a beautiful deck so it was very privately. We never saw another person. There was a small fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and regular sized stove. The place was well decorated. There was a record player with plenty of records. The beds were soft, every room was a decent size and it was an open space so you can sit in the kitchen or dining room and talk to somebody in the living room. There was no exhaust for the stove, carbon or smoke detectors and the shower was a smaller standing shower. Otherwise we felt so safe and comfortable!

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. BOOK WITH RACHEL!

Very cute place to stay and Lizbeth was a great host! Hot tub was super enjoyable!

Ideally located near some excellent music venues and tons of restaurants which are walkable from the airbnb. spacious, clean, private. Kitchen well stocked. We had a personalized itinerary made for us based on our interests which was incredible and more detailed than I have ever experience in my many years of using Airbnb

Wendy’s place was great. Very clean and matched the description. She was flexible with check in. No problems whatsoever and would recommend to anyone visiting the Nashville area.

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

This spot was super convenient to all the good spots down town, we did rent a car, although with this location it was not necessary. The patio was very private and you can sit back there with wildlife like birds and woodchucks in the morning, which we loved. It was clean, the bed was comfy, and again the location was perfect.

This place was very clean and cute! We very much enjoyed our stay! I loooooved the rainfall shower!

This was a perfect size condo for our family of 5. My boys loved the bunk beds and watching out the big garage window. The condo front door was around a corner from the main hallway which I appreciated. It was within walking distance to a nice coffee shop. We felt safe. We noticed the noise from the interstate because we live in quiet neighborhood, but it didn’t keep me up at night. Our host was lovely and helpful!

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
