Great place to stay that’s very close to Broadway. The building is extremely secure which made us feel comfortable. The instructions provided for check in, parking, etc were spot on and very easy to follow. Would recommend this host & would consider stay here again!

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Brianna was an easy going yet responsive host. A nice spot that was easy to get around to various places. The balcony is a fun little spot to hang out at. We look forward to coming back!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and within walking distance of many places. He even had it ready early for us to get in when we arrived. Zach iprovided clear check in and check out instructions, and is very responsive to messages. We would defentily stay there again if we reutrn to Nashville.

My boyfriend and I fell in love with this amazing Airbnb! It felt like a home away from home! The Airbnb and environment was so breathtaking & refreshing! Mrs. D was soo amazing! She had the place spotless clean! She’s so sweet and easy to communicate with! She even left a box of chocolates and a card for Valentine’s Day for us. I will definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and everyone! We can’t wait to stay again! Thank you so much!

House was just as described. Very clean and James was quick to respond to any questions.

Had a little difficulty finding it, but the house was as described. It is clean, neat, and up to date. We could not find a remote for the TV in the living room, and within minutes after contacting the owner, they were there with a remote. Great service! We were very pleased with the house and the service.

Great host, great place to stay. Home makes you feel right at home. Host also shows great hospitality making sure you are comfortable and to see if you are in need of anything. Would definitely stay again.

This was one of our favorite AirBnB visits. This house felt like home and was in pristine condition. It was so clean and cozy. The “extras” included were so appreciated and kind. The beds were comfy, the furniture was as well, and we loved the study that became a reading nook. This house is close to everything and the local recommendations that Rand left were so helpful and spot on. I can’t give this house a high enough rating. Don’t just consider this house book it! We will definitely return!

Visited for a work with multiple people and it was spacious for all 5 adults, we all had. A room and shower. We will stay here on our next visit for sure.

The home was perfect for a family, with plenty of shared living space and bedrooms. There were 4 of us but it could comfortably sleep the 9 that it advertised. We did not use the backyard, but it had a porch with seating and a firepit. It was about 15 minutes from dining options. Mimi was quick with her replies!

Location was great. Close to downtown. Close to Vanderbilt. Comfortable and spacious. Owners were prompt with responses to questions.

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

Great location to have pets and walkable to see downtown. Great stay and we got to see everything we wanted in Nashville.

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

We loved our stay in this apartment. Super convenient parking, right next door and an elevator. The unit was in a perfect location to do all the fun stuff in Nashville by foot, while having super quiet and peaceful nights. The bed was particularly comfortable, towels of good quality and the place was very clean.

Spent my birthday weekend here at Maria’s place and it was beautiful. My highlight was the bed and going to sleep. So comfortable and relaxing!
