This place it's fantastic. Direct access to the Skyline to go where you need with out the frozen weather. Great amenities too.

Had a fantastic time during my stay in the heart of downtown in this beautiful, cozy apartment. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is in pristine condition. The apartment is in a central location and walking distance to several attractions, groceries stores, parks, and cafes. It is also accessible via skyway, which is a huge plus! Justin and his team were very clear and thorough in providing instructions for getting into the building and parking—they even provided a video walkthrough and pictures to make it even easier! The apartment was equipped with everything you would ever need; we stayed for 2 weeks and it quickly felt like home. I had no issues whatsoever, but Justin and Stephanie were super responsive the entire time. Absolutely highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a lovely stay of Ryan’s place over the new year. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for our family of five to spend the week in the twin cities. Our children loved all the great board games, picture books and of course hammock. My husband and I loved the peaceful sauna in Ryan’s backyard. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Had a fantastic stay at this place! The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The apartment was vey nice and had top notch amenities. My husband and I felt it would be fun to come here with friends like another couple as there are 2 Master bedrooms. The King bed was very comfortable. The views were great we could watch a doggy playtime going on at another rooftop which was amusing and adorable. The apartment building does have a rooftop dog run but I observed mostly small dogs. Rest assured I never heard a dog barking for my entire stay. We got a good amount of use out of the rooftop hot tub which was indoors. Once the hot tub was under maintenance in the morning but I took the opportunity to enjoy the large comfortable tub in one of the two bathrooms. The location was very convenient. We had an easy walk to restaurants and the Orpheum Theater. The only negative I would say is the street noise at night but by no means is the hosts’ fault and can’t be helped. Thanks for the stay!

It's a great location on Lake Street, close to top restaurants such as 6Smith and a short walk to shops and the beautiful Wayzata Bay. The unit is spacious and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.

We were very happy with our stay. The location is excellent- close enough to both Target Centre and the US Bank stadium to walk to either. Tons of restaurants near by and the area felt very safe. The unit was perfect for our needs: clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge and pool/ hot tub. The building felt very secure, and we appreciated the access to our parking via the skyway. Our hosts were so responsive, very helpful with suggestions and giving us great info. We would absolutely stay here again, it’s truly a hidden gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome value on a well-kept house that is close to everything. MOA is 10 min, downtown is 10-12 min, and the neighborhood itself is really cute. People are out walking their dogs, everyone waves. We loved having the hot tub available and the decor/amenities are straightforward and comfortable. Host is responsive (we had one question before check-in and he replied right away!) but we didn’t need him - the place was great and instructions were clear. We would absolutely stay again!

We loved the home! It was a beautiful place for me and my grown kids from different areas fly to and share a long weekend together. It was very spacious with lots of windows and beautiful views. Comfortable furniture, lots of great amenities. When we had a question, his response was super fast. The hot tub was clean and hot...the fireplace worked and was so lovely. We all agreed we'd love to come here next time! Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd stay (over Christmas) in Jane's beautiful home. It honestly felt like "coming home" when we walked in the door. This home looks like it's come straight out of Better Homes & Garden magazine. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with everything & anything you would need! We felt so comfortable & welcomed here! I must have said, "I love this house" a dozen times! Jane is so sweet & kind. She's a wonderful host!! We really appreciated the beautiful Christmas tree she set up in the living room space. We stayed 3 nights with our 8 family members. We highly recommend staying here! It's worth every penny & truly deserves all 5 stars and then some!! Thank you, Jane!!!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home! It was located two minutes from my daughter’s house so I was very familiar with the area. The neighborhood was really nice and there were a lot of our favorite restaurants within minutes! The house is beautifully decorated with stunning artwork and it had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We spent Christmas Eve by the fireplace with our family and played games at the dining room table. The beds were super comfortable and there were very clean instructions to everything we could possibly need!!! Our hosts were very responsive and friendly! I highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

Andrea's place was beautiful, comfortable, and full of kid-friendly amenities like toys and books. Andrea was responsive and kind. The location is near to downtown, restaurants, and other attractions. Plus the house itself is a great place to hang out!

David answered all my questions promptly. He was very helpful with a charging cord to plug in our hybrid vehicle, which we appreciated a lot. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. The space in the carriage house was cozy, with nice furniture and good amenities. It felt like our own apartment. We were able to cook breakfast there each day, which was a relaxing start. Great place for quality family (or couple) time.

Wonderful stay with our multi-generational family. There was plenty of space for everyone to have time on their own if needed and also to come together. The house was incredibly well appointed: our 6 year old was in heaven with the toys provided (including magna-tiles, legos, k-nex, kids books), foosball table, and the 'secret' passage between the bunk bed rooms) We loved the kitchen with a great layout for cooking. As you can tell from the pictures/description, it is a unique house. Guests staying there should be aware that, for example, staying in the further away bedroom means walking a few steps outside (along a covered walkway) in order to get back into the main area of the house. There is no door between the primary bathroom and bedroom and the wall ends a little bit before the ceiling in the bunkbed rooms (great for poking your head over from the top bunks, but also less private). We felt that these features add to the charm of the house and led to a more memorable stay.
