Very clean and well appointed. The extra blankets and pillows, especially the electric blanket, was a cozy addition during our cold + rainy stay!

We were only at Sara's place for one night. It was cozy and comfortable, not too fancy but just what we were looking for. A very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of options for restaraunts and coffee shops. The bed is huge, the biggest bed I've ever slept in and very comfortable. A great place, but watch the stairs going up are quite steep, was glad that the driving rain did not turn to ice, could have made for a tricky exit. It's a great little place! Would stay there again. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our multi-generational family stay! I absolutely loved the decor and furnishings...clean, updated and still cozy! The neighborhood was quiet and safe although somewhat off the beaten path (definitely not a complaint, just something to keep in mind when booking a stay in Minneapolis).

I will be staying here again! Lovely home and location for being close to nature. Lots of beautiful fall colors and several different types water fowl to enjoy off the deck. Quick and easy drive to Rogers for food and fun.

This was a very nice place for me and my mother to stay while visiting family and going to activities in the area. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and decorated, and super clean. It was easy to park and get into the apartment and "walker friendly" for my mother. Andrew was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the spring flower show at the MN arboretum and lunch at Maynard's in Exelsior. The home is adjacent to highway 7, so there is some traffic noise, but that was not a problem for us.

Jo and Chris’s place is an absolute gem in Eden Prairie. Their home is immaculately clean and has a spacious open kitchen and living room. The main bathroom on the first floor is lovely—large, with lots of natural light and an amazing shower. The bed was so comfortable that I felt like we were sleeping at a hotel. I can’t recommend Jo and Chris’s place enough—you won’t be disappointed!

Great place! Highly recommend. The place is exactly like the pictures! Check in and out were super simple. Host doesn't make you do a big cleaning thing, which is really appreciated these days. Was supremely clean. Well stocked kitchen. Bed was really comfy! Private space above the garage was nice and private. Again, cannot recommend enough, would definitely stay again if I'm traveling through the area.

I wish I could find something to critique. However, everything about the place was either as described or better. Beautiful l historic space beautifully appointed in a great neighborhood. Perfect for a visit of any kind, I'm quite sure.

This cottage is so daring!! It is inviting, charming and comfortable. I don’t know who decorated it, but they did a fabulous job. My husband and I stayed 4 nights with one of our sons while in town for Christmas. Our daughter and her husband stayed at the Hotel Landing and the location of the cottage could not have been more convenient to the hotel and downtown Wayzata. We had a car, but walked everywhere. There is nothing not to like about this place. It has everything going for it… charm, location, lovely decor and coziness!
