The home was exactly as pictured, clean , and comfortable. The hosts were accommodating. We booked less than a week before we needed it and they treated us as if we’d been planning for months. The neighborhood was quite and the back deck was great to get some alone time away from the other guests.

This is a great house in Church Hill. It is a beautiful historic home with a comfortable homey feel. The lower level is large with plenty of room to visit, cook and entertain. The upstairs has three large bedrooms and two full baths. The location is close to some nice restaurants and coffee places. The neighborhood is great for walking. The host was helpful and very responsive - will rent this place again when I'm in Richmond if its available.

Samantha’s place is perfect for families with kids - we have family in Richmond and needed a place to stay nearby. The house was clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished and had everything we needed, and Samantha was proactive in checking on how things were going and if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend her place!

Crystal’s house was everything we expected it to be, neat, clean and a little on the funky side. We were in town for a wedding and had our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren, all under 10. It was really nice to have a yard the kids could play in so they could burn off some energy. We would definitely recommend Crystal‘s house to friends.

Really enjoyed our stay at Elisa’s home in Glen Allen, VA. We were in town for a soccer tournament and the location was great. Lot of stores and restaurants close to the house. The home was very neat and clean. The backyard is beautiful, lots of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Very well lit at night. The third bedroom had an extra large bean bag in it, instead of a bed, so my 81 yo mom and 16 yo son had to share the room on the first floor, with two beds. Wasn’t expecting that. But we made it work. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Airbnb. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded. We even made friends with Patty across the street!!!

This was our second stay at this house - very comfortable and convenient to all of the things to do in the Richmond area. Very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It will be our go to place to stay when visiting Richmond. Claude is an excellent host.

This was an AMAZING stay! A group of us came to Richmond to celebrate my 30th birthday and our plans consisted of staying in, cooking, watching tv, and playing board games. We wanted to feel at home and be comfortable cooking and spending time together. This Airbnb certainly delivered! The rooms were big and spacious, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE and we immediately felt at home. If we needed anything, it was likely already provided and if we had any questions, the hosts were very quick to respond. They certainly went above and beyond. It was well worth the money we paid and we enjoyed ourselves so much. The photos came out beautifully too! What an incredible house and even better facilities. We can’t wait to return — this time in the summer!

We stayed at Katy's for a small family gathering and to see the sights in Richmond. The property was private, peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the trains passing across the canal but others might not. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with quick and easy access to many parks, museums and other activities. We had no issues with the house or amenities and Katy promptly and helpfully responded to our questions.

My partner and I had a lovely time staying at Nadine’s listing! The accommodations were perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is walkable to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do. We really appreciated Nadine’s local recommendations. From the welcome sign to the provisions provided, Nadine made us feel right at home!

The apartment/condo is just as described. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots/pans and everything else I use in my kitchen. That was a treat. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home was quiet and easy to come and go from. There is an electric fireplace in the master bedroom which made the room so warm and cozy. The parking was perfect, right outside the door and we never had a problem getting a spot. Chandra’s communication was punctual and very helpful. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday and it was so festive as she had a beautiful little Christmas tree with lights and ornaments and a wreath on the door; it made our Christmas feel more like home since we had to travel. The place was wonderful and highly recommend to other guests.

We love Church Hill, and Christine and Derk’s place was perfect for us for the weekend. They were very thoughtful, from having milk and creamer in the fridge, to leaving us a personalized welcome card that was incredibly sweet. Their home had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful space with lots of character, and in a beautiful location. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience staying at Mary‘s place. When we walked in the place was immaculate cite with sweet touches. I would definitely recommend Mary’s place to anybody. I cannot wait to go back in the spring or summer.

Such great hosts! Their space is perfect for long stays, equipped with everything you could need. They are super responsive and were always so kind and helpful! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area.

I stayed at Johnny's place for a month while I was relocating to Richmond, and it was exactly what I needed. It was a great location, especially since the commute to downtown was so easy. As an extended stay, he provided all of the amenities I needed and was very responsive whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend this place!

This was one of my favorite trips to richmond, because I got to stay in such a rare location in the fan. it might be an english basement, but it managed to be ultra comfy! the guidebook that the host put together was very informative and truly accurate to richmond, I highly recommend looking at it when you're here!

I stayed in this basement apartment for a month and a half while working downtown. The host was extremely friendly, showed me the space, communicated with me about packages and mail, and kept me informed of things to know about the house. I felt very safe in the house and the area. The linens and towels felt very new and clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were also cleanly. The bed was stiffer than I am used to, but I got used to it. There is not much natural light in the apartment since it is a basement unit, but I appreciated all of the lamps and light dimmers so that I did not have to use the overhead lighting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone.
