My wife and I had a lovely stay with Mecca. The weather didn’t cooperate as we hoped but we found lots to do in Richmond. The omelette as were great and they were wonderful people and hosts. Hope to go back again.

Fabulous get away. Clean, stunning open views of river. Can get outside and look for sharks’ teeth, shells, and simply be. If you pack along some groceries, absolutely no reason to leave.

As always, we enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back in a few weeks

We had a wonderful stay with Hilary for our first visit to Richmond. Her home was in a great location - close to downtown, but in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Hilary was a great host. She was quick to respond, went above to accommodate our early arrival and later departure, and was a wealth of knowledge for all things Richmond. It was very comfortable staying in her home and enjoying her beautiful backyard. The room was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Her two, adorable pups were also a highlight.

I had a wonderful experience with Crystal. She is very calm and attentive, and I felt comfortable discussing anything with her, as she appears to be a highly knowledgeable person. Crystal's home features a beautifully vintage artistic decor, skillfully blending various art styles from different eras and contexts with her own creations. Overall, the atmosphere of her house is very welcoming and aligns perfectly with her name; you can truly feel the presence of "crystal" in the space.

We loved our stay at Amelia’s cabin! It is such a beautiful location and so peaceful. Our family had the best time fishing from the dock, going out on the canoe, enjoying the hot tub and having a bonfire. We would definitely come back! Our dogs had the best time swimming as well. Amelia was always very responsive, friendly and helpful! She is a wonderful host!

We were in town for my grandson‘s wedding. Blake’s Airbnb has an amazing private location, large pond, grill, fire pit, very nice screen in porch with a great view. If you’re looking for a serenity location this is the perfect place for you. The house has been nicely renovated and very clean. We will definitely be back for a nice long weekend getaway.

We had an amazing experience staying at J’s place. Communication with J was seamless and quick, even when we had a late-night flat tire on our check-in day. The cabin was charming, cozy, and had everything we needed. We were fortunate to meet J and his family, and when they found out I ride horses, they graciously invited me to help out at their barn and even gave me the chance to ride one of their horses, Pete. Their hospitality and kindness were truly exceptional. We highly recommend staying at J’s property—you’ll have a fantastic time and be very well cared for!

We had a lovely stay and created wonderful memories with our friends and family at this beautiful log cabin. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a remote getaway that is still easy access to Richmond, which has plenty to do. Our favorite was waking up and looking at the 3 horses, taking walks down to the river, and our kids playing together in the playroom, which has all the toys a kid could ever want. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here! We wanted to take our kids to Busch Gardens, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This house had all the adventures for our kids with plenty of space and a short drive to Williamsburg!
