This was a perfect place for some quality family time. The house is awesome! Very well-appointed, clean, and well-thought-out for families. The surroundings are beautiful and convenient with a gym, pools, pickle ball, and tennis accessible within a short walk. There are walking trails everywhere in the large resort and the kayaks provided by the house are a nice activity. The communication was great with the hosts which made the visit stress-free.

The condo was clean and modern. There was everything you could imagine you would need. Every switch is labeled. The towels were the best part. They were of high quality. And plenty of them. The HVAC was great. The condo felt like home from the moment we stepped inside. The only issue was communication about the code. They do not communicate over Airbnb. They will give this only to your email, which I did not know. You need to insure you have all of the info you need at least a day or two before you go.

The unit was extremely quiet, clean and comfortable. Lots of room for 6 adults. The unit has everything you need for cooking meals. The views are amazing. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from Liberty University. I would love to come back when we have more time to enjoy the amenities. Kellen was extremely proactive and responsive.

What a blast! This is the second time I've facilitated a group trip to Kristie's place for a weekend of pickleball, food, and laughter. I'm already planning the next one! The house and other buildings are well-equipped and well-kept and provided everything we needed to fully enjoy our time together, including a gorgeous view of the lake from the dining table we gathered around. Absolutely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again at this location in the future! The location is perfect, with convenient lake access and access to other nearby activities. The house is pristine & gives both vacation and homey vibes. Marsiela was responsive and easy to work with. I can't recommend highly enough and would definitely stay again in the future!

Our family enjoyed our too short of a stay over the thanksgiving holiday! This beautiful home provided all the essentials and space we needed to have a beautiful Thanksgiving feast to enjoy with family! The 2 ovens came in handy to heat our meal. We also had a short drive to enjoy hiking at the Smith Mountain Lake State Park. Would be a beautiful place to stay and visit in the warmer months as well.

The house was older, but had very nice features and has been well taken care of. We loved the old history of the home. Kimberly was very responsive. We couldn't get the hot tub to work and she sent someone over right away to help.

Shameka's place was great! Exactly what we needed..the kids really enjoyed the pool ! Location was pretty nice ..lol we didnt hear a peep out of the neighbors!! House was very clean and well kept! I would definitely return back to it and also would like to recommend it to anyone!!!

This was a great spot for my family’s weekend trip. Everything was as described, Rachel was proactive with communication and we found the neighbors were friendly and welcoming too. The street was quiet and centrally located to many activities/restaurants and quick stops for shopping and groceries.

We were absolutely blown away by the hospitality of the hosts and the beauty of the home and property. We are so lucky to have stayed there and we are absolutely going to come back!

Great getaway place to stay!

I was well pleased with Jessica's cottage. She provided all the necessary amenities that you would need for your stay. I definitely recommend Jessica's cottage.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We came down from Northern VA for the races at Martinsville Speedway, and this property was perfect in every way. The host was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and made everything super easy. The home itself is beautiful: clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location is very private, with an incredible view that made our mornings and evenings especially relaxing. We loved spending time by the firepit after the races—definitely a highlight. All the amenities were top-notch, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We’ll absolutely be back for next year’s races. Highly recommend!
