What a lovely experience! Our two nights at Tara were very cool and comfortable. I couldn't write this review without mentioning the fabulous platters that this Airbnb is famous for. These were catered to our requirements as Pescatarians ( Kathy kindly msged us to make sure all was right). These were especially welcome because we were there over Christmas day and Boxing day. Our doggo made friends with the resident llamas and the two sweet pigs. We may have to take our grandson to come and stay with us next time. Kathy popped by for a quick chat and to see if everything was fine. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon was also very welcome. Thanks Kathy for a lovely stay.

Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet weekend get away! It’s basic but awesome, you get sheep coming right up to the house, a winery on the door step and a dam metres away! Loved our stay

The little miners cottage was an absolute delight to stay in… especially after seeing Sybella Court’s Restoration Australia on ABC following along with all the trials and tribulations to get it to being beautifully restored with so much character. The small lounge and bathroom extension works with the heritage building so well and the landscaping was delightful too! The “kitchen” facilities are tiny but for our overnight stay was enough. The fact that it is a dog friendly stay is an added benefit which we would love to be able to make use of once we get our new puppy.

A gorgeous, peaceful spot and wonderfully cozy stay! Kim was a helpful host but also left us to our own devices. We particularly enjoyed the art, the super record & DVD collection, the visiting bird life and rain on the tin roof. Highly recommended <3

Beautiful little area, easy to find and clear check-in instructions, the spa was the perfect temperature, very clean and the perfect distance from town to be walkable but also nice and quiet and very private. The only issues we had was a lack of sponge or cloth to wash the dishes with but aside from that it was well worth it, I highly recommend

we stayed at the little cabin for 2 nights, mainly to travel to Ballarat for concert. The cabin felt like it was in the middle of nowhere which is exactly what we loved about it. surrounded by rabbits, cows and sheep. Simple cabin with a pre built fire we could start. No window coverings allowed the outside to feel like inside! Laying on a comfy mattress looking at the stars with a fireplace was delightful.

The tiny house is beautiful. It is so peaceful on the property, so if you’re looking for a quiet spot to rest and relax for a weekend, I can highly recommend Ann’s place. Ann is also super friendly and responsive, even meeting us at the gate when we arrived to show us around. As long as you’re prepared to climb a ladder to get into bed, then I can’t think of a better place to unwind and get away from the city.

My mum and I absolutely loved our stay here! The converted train carriage is so beautifully and simply designed. It was calming and regenerative - exactly what we needed! And the stars at night are just beyond beautiful. With no city lights to detract from them, you can see the Milky Way. Gorgeous. Anna was such a generous and communicative host. She gave us great local suggestions for places to eat, and left us delicious fresh fruit and croissants from the local bakery for breakfast. The space was set up with exactly what we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Best sleep I've had for ages. I can't wait to get back here for more nights! I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Anna!

Place was amazing, a relaxing stay away felt like we were in our own world. Loved the sun out on the deck and the outdoor bath, very private and relaxing stay with amazing views. Kitchen is simple but had all we needed with gas cooktop

We had a wonderful stay at the tiny home on the raspberry farm! The location was perfect, just a short drive from town. The tiny home was cosy, well-equipped, and had a unique charm that made my experience special. I loved picking fresh raspberries right outside my door, it was definitely the highlight. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Stephanie’s place! The tiny home was beautiful clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect as we were expecting for our anniversary weekend. Stephanie was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The thoughtful touches, welcoming us with their home baked pizza and chocolates made the experience even better. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and we hope to comeback again in the future.

It was a fabulous, cozy and off-the-grid tiny home experience with our furbaby. Even though in the description only allowed dogs under 20kg, Stephanie was very understanding and made an exception with our 37kg dog. It was private and had an enclosed fence that allowed our dog to run around. Stephanie was very responsive and accommodating when the water stopped working on the last day however it did not take away the experience of staying in a tiny home. We really enjoyed our time there and so did our dog.

Loved my stay at Georgias place! Beautifully appointed, peaceful and private and a great spot to base myself while in the area for a short stay.

Amazing Airbnb! Can’t recommend highly enough. Ella has restored the A-Frame with so much care, attention to detail and creativity. You instantly feel at home, with high quality fixtures and finishes, and ready to relax with thoughtful furniture, bedding and a beautiful peaceful location. Ella has curated the space to feel cosy and comfortable, with the perfect amount of furniture, homely comforts (quality of a good hotel) and a very clean and considered presentation. The kitchen is very well thought out, which made cooking so enjoyable. The bathroom is beautiful, with floor and wall tiles and a deep bathtub. The photos absolutely do not do the space justice. Ella has an excellent communicator and host. You can tell how much care and love her and her partner have poured into the place.

Anthony’s place was the perfect mini escape from our busy, screen-based lives. The scenery was very idyllic and serene, and we felt right at home. We enjoyed walking along the road and going into Daylesford. Thanks to Anthony and Connie for being great hosts.

Thank you Hans and Christina for the most amazing stay in Daylesford. It was the best tiny home we have ever stayed in. They have thought of every single detail and it is the most beautiful spot, so much so that I proposed to my fiancé there. We can't wait to return soon.

This tiny house was wonderful! It was well equipped with all the required essentials. Stephen, our host was amazing! He was wonderfully helpful. The tiny house is located at the back of their property facing the farm, it was just surreal, so peaceful and secluded. The live stock on the property are so friendly and super cute. I highly recommend this tiny home. Thank you Stephen for having us, hopefully I left some kumquats for you and you'll have us again! :)

We stayed in the Potting Shed for our one year wedding anniversary with our dog Remi, and the space exceeded expectations. We were truly blown away by the amount of small, thoughtful and caring touches, from the little record player, to the plants Sandy and Rob left us to make tea with. The bed was so cosy, the bathroom was beautiful, the shower amazing. The garden was gorgeous and peaceful. The highlight was the bath experience. It was again, so peaceful with many caring, thoughtful touches. You really can feel the amount of love and joy Rob and Sandy have put into the Potting Shed. Thank you both so much for your hospitality, we are recommending you to everyone we know!!

Do yourself a favor and spend some time at ROOM AND BOARD You’ll be surrounded by nifty elements and plants. Scrumptious apricot and oats muesli with fresh milk can be accompanied by fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast The bed… where can such a comfortable bed be purchased you will ask? Cooling concrete floor for rain shower✔️ Now how about take a coffee to sip in the greenhouse and gaze at the pampas grasses OR take a bath out doors in the slipper tub? We had a superb stay with Lynda’s decor Lovely lovely!!!
