Very friendly staff. Everything as expected. We had a nice clean room with view to the mountains. We could book an additional breakfast for just 4€ per person. Of course for the price payed you can’t expect luxury. But all in all it was very decent, everything was really worth the price.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the apartment for one week and it was totally awesome. One of the best Airbnb-accomodations we have ever been to. We enjoyed our dinners at our private and spacious terasse with a fantastic view over the beautiful landscape and the distant sea. The apartement is located in a rural area some kilometers away from the touristic center of Rethymno which is perfect to experience the charm of a typical Cretean village. It is advisable to rent your own car, but it is also possible to go there by taxi which we did on our first day. We loved going for a swim in the clean and inviting pool which we could nearly use for our own. Finally, we are especially grateful for the help of NTIVOS and his lovely family who helped us with all of our concerns and would definetely recommend staying at this apartment.

Le petit hôtel d’Eva est génial, tout le confort dont on a besoin en vacances est disponible : piscine bien chaude, transats de qualité, une multitude de services comme la location de voiture, la commande de taxis, la planification d’activités, des repas, des petits déjeuners délicieux. Éva est toujours dispo pour discuter, pour apprendre à nous connaître, pour nous renseigner et nous aider. La chambre est impeccable et l’emplacement est top ! Un Lidl à 5 min en voiture et la mer à quelques minutes également. Je garde l’adresse !

This place was amazing. Loved the layout, the materials, the design. Absolutely beautiful. Other big plus: Comfortable bed, a picturesque view, modern wooden window in the upper floor that could be open partially from the lower part as well and water/tea/coffee included. Only downside was something out of control for our very good host; the last night we had a smoking neighbour which made it smell like cigarette smoke in our hallway. But we could fortunately close the door to the bedroom, so not a big problem. Otherwise nothing at all to complain about. To conclude, we would definitely stay again!

Giorgos was great, welcoming, showed us around the apartment ensuring we knew where everything was. This is the best place I have stayed in, had my own swimming pool and the main one was absolutely great as well. 2 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Easy to get around. Apartment was cleaned to a very high standard, breakfast can be ordered and delivered to your room at what time suits you. The best part was that I didn't have to ask for anything as it was perfect and had no issues. loved the whole complex and setting, nice and pieceful, spent a week with my wife and son which was lovely and stress free 😀. Thank you Giorgos for providing such a lovely setting, we all loved it ❤️

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire aux petits soins. La chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable, avec une vue magnifique. L’emplacement est relativement bon, proche de tout en voiture - nous n’étions pas motorisés mais aucun souci pour cela, 10 minutes à pied et le bus nous emmenait partout, nous avons pu voir tout ce que nous souhaitions visiter. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs, et nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Un grand merci au propriétaire pour ce séjour inoubliable !

Nice room with everything you need. The bed was very hard, I made it softer with the 2 duvet that are in re cupboard next to the bed. Close to the busstop (really cheap) and the "strip"😉 you are just about in-between. Loved my stay

Pantelis ist sehr hilfsbereit, ausgesprochen höflich, hält sich immer im Hintergrund, reagiert aber blitzschnell am Handy, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Er kümmert sich auch auf Wunsch um einen Taxitransfer (hat super geklappt), Wasser und Obst bei der Ankunft, gibt Hilfestellung beim Mietwagen, verleiht seinen Sonnenschirm usw. Pantelis ist ein ganz besonderer Gastgeber, und ich kann seine Unterkunft, die sehr sauber und charmant ist, nur weiterempfehlen. Für mich war es die allererste Airbnb Erfahrung überhaupt und so positiv, dass ich an diesen besonderen Ort bestimmt zurück komme. Efkaristo poli Pantelis!
